Bartels Busack Pet Hospital Resort & Spa
I would have put zero stars, but that isn't an option I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone. Bigger is not better. A fancy facility does not make a caring staff. This is the WORST boarding/vet I have ever been to. My cat is 14 years old, 7lbs and doesn't have front claws. The first two times we boarded her there, things went as expected. She was abused as a kitten, and is very shy. They have you fill out a long application and I explained all of this. The second time they took her to have her blood work done to save us a trip and all went well. The past two times however have been a nightmare. Last time she was supposed to have some blood work done, and the cat next to her was "acting up" so they gave that cat 1/2 a gabapentin and were going to do the same to my cat if I hadn't shown up to pick her up. This time they called to do a "complete package". They are always trying to sell you services. When I went to pick her up they said they could only do the fecal test because she hissed whenever they tried to take her out of the "condo". Seriously? I thought these were professional technicians, that could handle a little hissing. We had already told them she hisses when she's frightened. And don't think your dogs are safe. While I was there, a woman was on the phone, very upset because they had picked up her dog when she had given them explicit directions not to. The employee assured her it wouldn't happen again. As soon as she hung up the phone, a different employee came out, carrying the dog and the employee who had just said the dog wouldn't be picked up didn't say a thing. Overpriced, undertrained, and don't care about your pets. Is this where you want to take your pet?

Dog Grooming and Training By Debbie
I messaged Debbie on 6/3/19 to see if she does doggie daycare on Saturdays. She then told me she only does boarding which in fact is not true based off her website. She then accidentally sent me text messages that were meant for someone else and she was talking smack about me in the texts.... very disappointed in this woman who calls herself a professional. Please see pictures of the texts between the two of us

    Gateway Animal Clinic
Dr. Blue examined our dog and prescribed appropriate treatment. We found Dr.Blue to be very knowledgeable and caring. I was really impressed when Dr.Blue called the following morning to check on our dog. The staff at Gateway has always been very professional and compassionate.

The first time I took my dog, it went well though it was very costly. The owner was ver polite. My dog just needed to be groomed. My dog is 45 pounds. She changed around $75 which I thought was very pricey. The second time, my dog had been sprayed by a skunk. I told her that I had tried several treatments and none worked. She said it was because I didn't know how to use them. I had multiple dogs that had been sprayed and had never had an issue. This was the must stubborn smell I ever encountered. She said she guaranteed she could get rid of the smell. $75.00 later my dog still stunk. It may have been more than $75 - it was a while back and I can't remember.

    KENTOWN ANIMAL HOSPITAL
Kentown was able to get me on their schedule quickly. The staff was responsive to my pets needs, and my questions and concerns. My dog needed surgery. They were able to give me an accurate estimate over the phone. The hospital has very reasonably priced services.

I had to have my cat euthanized today, but they are very good. I didn't find them on Angie's List,  I don't remember how I found them. They were close to where I used to live before I moved into the house. My husband took the cat in, I was a little too close.  I don't know what other vets charge but I'd say B hopefully that'll be motivation to bring the price down if they can a little more. I have two other cats.

It was $338 just for surgery. We had an adult dog we were taking there. We have been going there for approximately seven years. Everything seems to be pretty good and theyre very clean. Theyre very informative on what theyre doing whether it surgery procedure or vaccinations. Theyre very informative and thorough. They care about the pet. Price there might be some lower, but I go for quality over pricing. I dont know, there could be some lower priced vets out there. Im not sure. If it is cheaper, it doesnt interest me because Im interested in quality. We have continued to go to them.

There was an issue concerning my daughter's little chihuahua. He accidentally swallowing one of my adults, he was 100 pounds dog and he accidentally swallowed his pill and we had to have an emergency ER. They had to put charcoal in his stomach and then they had to send him to Akron to make sure he was okay and that was probably I would say three years ago.

They didn't charge extra.Well, they seem to come out smelling; they smell pretty good after the bath. I guess the place is pretty clean. They always come out smelling pretty good. Well, our guy is a little anxious, so he, I don't know if he likes the drying process, but he's a little antsy. He has a little angst. So, he's still a puppy, and he still has his puppy issues. He survived. Like I said, they didn't charge us for that one time. They let us know, and they were responsive. Yeah, they're always pretty professional. Well, the reason they do it if they get too dirty, but we don't actually order baths. Like the other day, I gave it to him myself. We usually do it ourselves.Yeah, we would let them give him a bath if he was there and if he needed it, yes.

Whey have several many different packages. The last package we purchased, we purchased a ten day half-day, which is six hours, package, I think was $140. But they do have perks where if you purchase something you get a free day here and there. They have special offers where you can get special, you know, discounts, so it's hard to put a number on it, you know what I mean. But they have packages. They have full-day packages. They have half-day packages. You know, they have various different pricing. Well, you don't have to call. You just drop your dog off whenever. Once you're in their system, you just drop them off and you pick them up at a certain time there. You know, within your time period that you're allotted. They seem to be very caring. They do a good We have a year old puppy and we're home, we don't have to go there, but the reason we do, my daughter works close to there and she has our puppy's liter mates, they're brothers, and we like to take them maybe once a week so they can play with each other. She drops them off because she works there close by at the hospital. So, we like to drop them off maybe once a week for six hours. It's just like a playtime thing where they can burn off energy.job of, you know, making sure your dog is taken care of. I mean, it's just like a playtime thing, the doggy daycare part that we go to. They do have grooming and other things there. They sell dog food, and toys, and such. They do multiple things there. They do grooming, but we only use them for the doggy daycare. I don't know how much longer we'll use them. It's quite a ways away from where we live. Being a puppy, we're using them now to get the energy out of him. You know, if it's too hot, we can't walk him, so we'll take him there, so I'm not sure how long we're going to use them, but my daughter will probably keep using them for awhile because her employment is like a block away, and so she just drops them off and goes right to work. Well my dog is a year old,we've been using them for eleven months.Once in awhile they give him a bath when he gets too dirty. Well, they inform you, which is good, he got full of mud, and they either hose him off, the last time they hosed him off and I had to redo it, but they make sure that they tell you, you know if they're too, if they got into mud, if they got their nose scratched or whatever. The Thursday they did just a hose down because he was a little dirty, so it really wasn't a bath. They informed us, which was good. It was to just hose off the dirt.
