    I would not suggest anyone use the services of this practice. Every-one is worried about what every-one else is doing that they have no mind to pay attention to the patients which they have an obligation of care towards. Our family have used this office for all our needs for over 5 yeears, thought things would change, time to move on. My family will be seeking our health care needs from another service.

    Terrible bedside manner, and horrible care as a general doctor. Also, the communication was horrendous between doctor and patient care. She saw my mother for years for severe migraines, afib, hip pain due to a deteriorating hip, and for the stroke my mother just had. However, she didn't see my mom herself, she sent a nurse practitioner. When my mom developed a rash due to the blood thinner she was on, she did not ask my mom to come in to put her on a new one. She just said to put her on Aspirin. When my mom needed therapy, we were told they needed authorization from the doctor. Dr. Kuchynski's office told me, three times, that they do not write authorizations for therapy. They said I had to get it from the hospital, after she was discharged. The hospital and insurance company both said that you must get the authorization from the doctor for the therapy to start. I am very disappointed that Dr. has never attempted to call me personally to speak about the care of my mom with all the problems we're having. I have to always talk to a receptionist that has to get back with me at a later time.

    Dr. Lewis is very persistent and tries very hard to improve the quality of your hearing. I'm not quite ready for new aids yet, but I'm sure I'll be replacing my old aids in the near future. He will be helpful in working out a payment schedule with me, interest free.

    on 06/02/2015  that was my last injections for that session.  It went very well and quite a bit of the spider veins have disappeared.

    My daughter and daughter-in-law have also gone to him for treatments.  I would recommend him over all the vein clinics in this

    area.  Also he is a Vascular Surgeon so you are getting the best.

    He does seem to know what he's doing. He listens. If I wanna argue with him, he'll gives me his reasons to doing something. When I go for check up every year, he would have an ultrasound done. He immediately referred me to an obstetrician, who specialize in uterine cancers. If Dr. Mark had been willing to listen to me, I might have spent awful money on chemotherapy. As far as I am concerned, he saved my life, he saved a huge quality of grief by listening to me and acting on what I told him.

    He listens and explains carefully to me. He came in the day after surgery to see if everything was still going well. His availability is pretty good. His office environment is very pleasant. The staff was very friendly. His bedside manner was excellent. I was very pleased with his communication because he told me what actually would gonna happen,  what I can probably expect, something like that. He spelled it all out for me.

    They were all good. They have this new facility. It's just streamlined and it's easy to get in and it's nice. If I wait 10 minutes that's long. It's not very long at all. The nurses and everyone else are very nice. They call you by name. They're just very nice. It's a good place.

    I made the appointment through the doctor's "web portal".  In just a few minutes I had an appointment for two days later.  I arrived a few minutes early.  Doctor Goodman greeted me and immediately took me back to a treatment room.  She determined the two sore spots on my right foot were caused by "hyperkeratotic" skin.  She "debrided" the two spots, alleviating the pressure and irritation they had been causing me, She then trimmed all my toenails, both feet.  Entire visit took about 10-15 minutes.  Doctor's office will submit all paperwork to the insurance company.   Doctor Goodman is very nice, and In several visits to her office over the past few years, I have never been kept waiting.   Very fast service.

    I started going to her when my other doctor retired. She runs an excellent office. I go to her every three months. She is very good. She will talk to me about what is going on and gives me a written report. She prepares for whatever we're doing at the time and she explains things clearly.

    It turned out excellent. We are on the same page. It takes a lot to develop a trusting relationship or understand what you’re doing. It’s a very efficient practice. You don’t wait long. They are very professional but friendly. I’ve been using him for three years. I see him once a year. They are very satisfying. He is available when I need him. They are very much on time. They are a wonderful group. The doctor has great bedside manner. He laughs about jokes. He is informative. He explains things quite well. I have a copayment. There are no hassles or questions.
