Hired Campea and sons after calling for an estimate for water coming into the basement a couple times a year, Guy the owner says he could waterproof the basement so I agreed to the proposal given, after waiting 3 months for the work to be done they come out Nov 13th 2018 to do the work, the days they chose were below freezing temps for highs and applied the wall coating in freezing wet conditions, no waterproofing material manufacturer recommends this, to top it off they never called 811dig to get the utilities marked on the property so they ended up breaking the gas line to the house and didnt want to take responsibility for that too. Well within a month and a half of the work they did on NewYears eve 2018 I had water again in the basement, so I call Campea and they get real defensive from the start not wanting to take any action to determine the issue just kept blaming it on something else other then their work. I had to hire an outside co and pay out of pocket to get answers on the issue and to find out the work done by Campea wasnt even needed. So I refused to pay the balance owed till my issues were addressed such as the driveway concrete they replaced not being done correctly and the water issue I still have so their resolution was to put a lien on the property for the amount owed plus additional charges to the bill they made up but never cleared with me plus legal fees.. so as of now Im out money I had to pay another co to figure out the issue (that I still have) at my house since Campea only wanted to guess what he thought it could be and not actually find out the problem and also have work not yet completed. So their warrantee means nothing to them, they just blame it on the next possiblity. Campea and sons resolution is a lien not to remedy the issues. Consumers beware of using them they wont stand behind their work and theyll just file a lien if your not satisfied and charge you for it if you dont pay the balance owed. Dont get ripped off like a did my number is2169904369 if youd like any other details, Joe

Upstairs went very smoothly. Incredible difference in the finished product from what we had before. Very clean and fresh. Even my Son and Daughter-in-law were shocked at how different it was. The downstairs bath was a major construction project made even tougher buy the tight spaces and low ceiling. Practically the entire cement floor of the whole 1/2 bath and the bar we had outside the 1/2 bath had to be removed to get at all the root balls etc.... found in the gigantic old pipes from 1960s. All new PVC was laid and quite a bit of cement was poured to finish the base floor. They grabbed as much space as they dared successfully building around the furnace and water tank. They fabricated a 36" pocket door to save space and with the space gained from removing the bar there was enough room for a proper ADA bathroom configuration allowing for wheelchair access. Several structural supports had to be relocated but that worked out ok. When they were finally done we couldn't believe the difference it made with grab bars installed, dimmers on all the lights and the closet in the back for supplies. A beautiful job!

Bill met me at a home that I was in the process of buying to advise on some structural and waterproofing issues. He provided a report and analysis of my contracting needs. Although I did not pursue this job, I will use Clink for future work with out a doubt. Bill was prompt and professional, Dottie in the office was quick to communicate.

They did a great job.  It took about 2 weeks.  They put in full days and cleaned up after themselves.  The wall had cracked and

started to cave in.  They put in temporary supports to hold up the house, then removed the entire wall.  A new cinder block wall

was put up and water proofed.  They were very professional.

He got tied up on a few big jobs so we had to wait for him to do the jobs we needed done but when he arrived  It went very well and the results were beyond our expectations and well worth the wait. We highly recommend Mr Mason to anyone needing work done.

We were very happy with the work Rocco and Son did.  Would highly recommend this company. They dug up around three sides of our basement, hauled away the dirt, patched up the cracks in the wall, applied thoroseal, then let it dry overnight and tarred the walls the following morning.   They place new plastic footer drain pipes, 3 cleanouts, reconnected the downspouts and finished it off by filling it in with stone (for better drainage) and topsoil.  All of our questions were answered to our satisfaction.

We initially contracted Clink to fix our front basement wall that had cracked and gradually shifted inward by about 1 inch.  We had another company install wall anchors about 5 years ago but they failed to stop the movement. Clink planned to dig down to the drain tile, reinforce the wall with rebar/cement and apply new waterproofing.  When they came out to do the work a couple months later,  they found that the side wall had also cracked and shifted  (this wasn't noticed when originally quoted because we had too many things stacked against the wall).    So they dug that out as well, carefully working around front steps and utility connections so our service was not affected.   When they checked the drain tile, they found that it was completely plugged with clay.  So they replaced several sections, flushed out the rest and installed two cleanouts.  After repairing the wall they filled in with gravel and topsoil.  One bush was too large to save but we were able to replant the rest of the bushes that they had removed and stored at the side of our garage.
They came back a month later to repair the back corner which was seeping.  This section was obstructed by our deck and air conditioner, so they had to hand dig about 8 ft.  They found a crack in the wall and blocked drain tile there also.  They patched this, applied new waterproofing and installed another cleanout.
Although the work was much more extensive than we originally expected, we are confident that the problem is really fixed this time and we are happy with the work that Clink did.  Bill was on site himself so we were quickly informed of the additional problems as they were discovered.  His crew was careful and did a very thorough cleanup.

They did a fine job! They put a big beam in and dug along the sides of my house. They were great to work with and were not problems at all. When they dug up my flower garden, he pulled out the extra bulbs I thought I had grabbed and it was just so nice of him to that extra work for me. He was very knowledgeable as well.

Work was completed in November 2001. In the subsequent years, cracks began to develop in the walls where reinforcement was completed. We began contacting Mr. Mural in October 2006 (before the warranty expired). It took Mr. Mural until October 2007 to respond to our request to re-inspect his work. At that time, Mr. Mural indicated the reinforcing beams were and quot;doing what they were designed to doand quot; and only if we experienced water leakage, should we contact him to re-inspect. When other contractors have come to look at the foundation, all have questioned why Mural and Sons used nails to secure the blocks holding the beams in place rather than bolts. All have stated Mural and Sons should remedy the situation. That is exactly where the current problem is. The house is unsellable without additional repair but Mural and Sons has not responded to multiple requests to remedy the situation. This is despite the fact their own staff admitted their work was substandard.
