It's hard to find people you can trust to do work on your home ,but my electrician ....ALL-PRO ELECTRIC SERVICES, INC.... is one of them....when i have an electrical issue as i did the other day, I was not worried once i talked with Joe and told him i had the replacement fixture( porch light)....he came out a few hours later and efficiently replaced it...and called me the next morning to make sure the dusk to dawn feature was working ok as it is under an awning....that's how Joe does business...I totally trust doing business with him.....and, so can anyone else.....

    Delauro Remodeling & Repair Co
DeLauro Remodeling completed several different handyman tasks to prepare my Mother-In-Laws home for sale. They installed multiple new light fixtures, an outdoor frost-free faucet, new faucet on the laundry room utility tub, repaired the flow of one toilet and put down a new vinyl floor in the main bathroom. These items required a few different trips out the home and each time they arrived on time as promised. Dan was very responsive to answering all of our questions regarding the type of work required and provided estimated cost in advance. We had solicited estimates for this work from several other handymen and found DeLauro Remodelings price to be the most reasonable. They worked efficiently and provided quality results. We especially appreciated the sincere interest Dan displayed in the projects we described. Hes very easy to work with and is focused on customer satisfaction. Our experience was very positive. I would recommend contacting DeLauro Remodeling Inc. if youre in need of any of the services they provide.

    ESP Electrical Contractors, Inc.
ESP came over to fix my outside outlet. While performing the job, they noticed that the previous owner had tied it into an indoor outlet which could have caused a fire. They rewired the outside outlet and created a new indoor outlet. Since they prevented a fire, I had them add some breakers to my box that were needed for my kitchen to take on additional appliances. I'll use their services again for saving me a lot of headaches and a fire.

    Hare Electric inc
The workers were on time and got right to work. They were so through, showing me where any light switches were located. The lights in the backyard look great now that they are on. The fans look so good and are just like I wanted. I am so happy that I called Hare Electric and will call them for further jobs. Thanks Hare Electric, Parma Hts.

    Ber's HVAC, Plumbing & Electric
Ber's came out and gave us an estimated. We scheduled the appointment but when the day came we received a phone call that he was sick and wouldn't be available for a couple of weeks. Since it was just before Christmas it would be tough to get anyone out until after the holiday. Fortunately they we able to squeeze us in and they sent Tom to come out at 8am. He was on time, very efficient, confident and fast. I would hire them again without a reservation. Great experience.

    The Basement Guys - Cleveland
We originally spoke to a rep from the company at the Home and Garden Show. We were impressed with the quality of the materials they used. We then had Michele out to our home to help with the design and provide us with a quote for the project. We ended up having a total of 5 companies give a quote for the project and they had a very competitive price. Michele was able to make our vision and all of our special requests come to life. We had them finish our roughed in full bath, install a kitchenette with water for the fridge and water/drain for the sink. The finished part of our basement was about 900sq ft. One of the things I loved about this company was that we were able to supply materials if we preferred or we could use the standard ones they supplied. The ones they supplied were perfectly fine, but we wanted to match a few items from the rest of the house and customize a few things to make the basement our style. We ended up supplying the doors, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanity and light fixture, shower insert, and flooring. The Basement Guys installed everything. The plumber and electrician did a very good job and accommodated all of our requests beautifully. We added extra lighting and outlets in the unfinished area for storage for functionality. We had a few guys working on our basement but Jon was my main contact person. Any concerns I had, I spoke with Jon and he made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Jon was incredibly responsive and produced and excellent final quality for our basement. Both Michele and Jon were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to others looking to create your dream basement living environment! We are still working on painting, but will post pictures soon. We are very excited to start enjoying our new basement in the very near future. The cost below is what cost we paid to The Basement Guys for the material for walls, trim, and labor. We had additional costs for the items we provided. Had we not provided the doors, vanity, lighting, shower insert or floors, the cost (no kitchen area) would have been about $7000 more through the quote with The Basement Guys. Our total costs were $45000 including the kitchen area ($13000 for cabinets, sink, faucet, and countertops).

    Pride Remodeling Co Inc
Pride remodeling updated our kitchen. Met with Paul to decide what was going to be done in the kitchen. Paul sent a list of suppliers where we purchased our cabinets, countertop, flooring. Once everything was selected a start date was chosen. Paul, Eric and Aaron always arrived on time, told us exactly what would be done each day and cleaned up at the end of each day. Anytime we had questions or decided to make a change or add something, Paul was very receptive. Would definitely hire Pride Remodeling again.
