    Thomas W. Cordrick, DDS, Inc.
The best dental experience I can remember. Dr. Cordrick and his staff were friendly, and very pleasant. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Every aspect of my care was explained in detail. Dr. Cordrick spent time in his evaluation, and treatment plan.I never felt rushed or hurried. My insurance coverage is currently undergoing pre-determination. What ever the cost, I'll be happy to pay. The best!

    York Dental
Avoid this place! There is a sign in his office that recommends that people who have had a positive experience write the positive review on his page. What about the rest of us?? I went to Dr. Alrabady for a cleaning and exam. Since I have a brain tumor, I told him that I did NOT want x-rays since it should not be exposed to radiation. He continually insisted I get an x-ray. I told him Since he wouldn't take no for an answer, I only wanted the most minimal amount possible. After the x-ray, he told me that I had a cavity in the very last tooth in the back of my mouth. I told him that I wanted it pulled. He asked me, "How old are you?" I answered "50" and he said, "No, you're too young". I said "nobody will see it anyway!" and he still refused. While I was getting my cavity filled, he then told me I needed a root canal. Once again, I told him to just pull it. He refused and took more x-rays. I went in to have the root canal. After he drilled the hole in the back of my mouth, he told me he would have to finish it at a later date. He filled the hole with a temporary filling. He appeared very agitated, yelling at the dental assistant for not holding a tool properly. I was continually swallowing the drainage matter that came from the drilling. And then he actually complained to me that my mouth was 'too small' and he couldn't fit his hand in it! Then came more x-rays. When I got out of the chair and asked when the permanent hole could be filled, he told me to go ask the secretary. Before I could speak with the secretary, he quickly called her into his office. She came back and told me that he couldn't fill the hole permanently until I paid off the full balance! By the time I left the practice and got to the first traffic light, the temporary filling dissolved in my mouth. I went back several days later to have it refilled, and it dissolved again. I'm sure this wasn't meant to be swallowed. When I complained to the office that I had a gaping hole in my mouth, I was told "it should be fine" and "just swish your mouth out after you eat". Well, all of the food could not be removed by swishing. I had to dig the food out with a paper clip every time I ate! In the meantime, I've learned that bacteria and toxins enter the bloodstream through this hole. I was very agitated and complained to the office that I was sick of digging food out of the hole with a paper clip. The secretary asked me to come in. Dr. Alrabady filled it permanently and then told me that now I needed to have it crowned!! That would be nearly $1,000 out of pocket - and he said it had to be done soon! I went to another facility and had that entire mess that Dr. Alrabady created - removed for $43. I now have to worry about all of the x-rays that he demanded - increasing my tumor in size, I am broke from paying him so much, and I'm worried about all of the toxins that entered my bloodstream. I have read many valid links online that root canals can increase your chances of cancer and other diseases. Please read up on this matter yourself.

    Marsh, Dr. Steven P.
Dr. Marsh is extremely professional and thorough. The work was scheduled and completed quickly. The result was amazing. My smile is happy! I receive many complements on my smile. Pictures show a much improved and happy smile. Yes it was costly but well worth the money and time. His work is remarkable and impressive. I tell people he is the best cosmetic dentist in Cleveland. Beyond that he is kind and considerate. He has also surrounded himself with a kind and considerate staff. Thank you Dr. Steven Marsh.

    Aspen Dental (Parma Ohio)
I called to schedule a 6 month cleaning as a new patient. I stated that I had selected Aspen for their Saturday hours. My initial appointment was scheduled for a Saturday. I was NOT informed that the initial appointment would be for an exam only, and that the cleaning would require a 2nd appointment. After the exam, I was taken to the 'office manager' office to be provided the 'estimate' for the cleaning and follow-up appointments. I was informed that the Saturday hours were for surgical procedures only, so no cleaning appointments could be made. as I travel for work frequently it very difficult to schedule weekday appointments. I should have been informed that the first appointment would not be the cleaning. And that cleanings would only be available on Weekdays. The Dentist had recommended a crown for 1 tooth and when I asked to postpone the appointment for the crown, the office manager stated 'OK but that is on you as you will be needed a root canal if you wait.'. I was not aware that the office manager was also a dentist.! Horriable experience, a wast of 2 hours I will never get back and I still need to get my teeth cleaned.

I asked the staff at Cleveland Clinic Dental Department for the name of the Best General Dentist west of the Cuyahoga River. They recommended Dr. Cordrick. He replaced the crowns, the bridge and the veneers, sending me to other specialists as needed. I was ecstatic with the results. Not only did he fix my dental problems but he gave me a smile Im proud of. Over the past few years Ive continued to see Dr. Cordrick for my periodic cleanings and exams. His fees are always reasonable. I highly recommend Dr. Cordrick. Hes an exceptional dentist with an outstanding staff.

    Glorioso, Dr. Louis A.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. Dr Glorioso: failed to diagnose and treat a problem tooth, resulting in costly removal and repair; performed a root canal - WITHOUT CONSENT - in a substandard and inadequate manner, as assessed by another dentist and a specialist; refuses to refund the cost of the original root canal (which had to be redone in less than six months); has refused to provide copies of my medical records (in direct violation of HIPAA law); and will not return my calls or messages. The risks, pain, suffering, difficulty eating for more than a year, repeatedly missed work, affects on my physical and emotional health, and expenses (upwards of $9,000 out of pocket) and resulting financial hardships I have endured are the direct result of Dr. Gloriosos negligent and substandard care.

KISS BENKE CUGLEWSKI & ASSOC DDS
I can't say enough about this dental practice. I have used their services for about 30 years and have never had anything other than outstanding service. Dr. Jim and Dr. Judy have both treated me for various issues (fillings, crowns, chipped tooth, etc.). Their expertise and kind manner is truly professional. My dental hygienist is Kris. I have had her maintaining my teeth for many years and feel great every time she cleans them. She always points out any possible issues to the doctors to watch. She is so kind and personable that I feel she is another sister of mine. Terri the receptionists is so friendly, her welcome makes you feel you just entered a resort. I actually look forward to her "appointment reminder calls." The most recent service I received was a teeth whitening process. Jill and Becky initiated the fitting and making of a mouth guard to utilize with the whitening gel. Dr. Jim oversaw my progress every two weeks and instructed what to do next. The results were amazing! I was very happy with the final result and have received many compliments from others who have noticed my brighter white teeth. Overall, I feel this dental practice is the best one could ask for and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of professional service!

    Marsh, Dr. Steven P.

Dr. Marsh is one of the nicest men I have ever met.  He starts off by explaining what he wants to do that day and go's over all details of the procedure and costs. He discusses your overall objective of what he thinks you need done and how it will be done and what the total cost will be. I agreed with his assessment for this day plus we discussed the overall objective which was too replace my old metal partial with a new flexible plastic one plus having two teeth removed, which I will be having done, once the teeth have been removed. As he is doing the work on you he explains every thing that he is doing.

His staff is very friendly and go out of there way to make you feel comfortable. When he gives you Novocain you can barely feel it for about 3 seconds and if he does more than one area you do not feel anything.

I'm so glad that I went to him for a second opinion.

    Dr Holly Waite
Had a 10:30 am apt, arrived 10 minutes early.  Sat in waiting room until 10:45am.  Dental hygienist then took me to an examiniation room.  Did a full set of dental xrays (first time in 5+ years). She then cleaned my teeth.   Dr Waite then came in and did the examination.  Found one old filling that is "breaking down", will need to be replaced, and also a molar that will need a "crown". I was given appointments on Sep 03 for the crown and Sep 24 for the replacement filling.

    Brandon. Dr. Edward S.
He didn't double charge me if I missed an appointment, which some of the dentists are doing now. They're up-to-date because the x-rays are showing up on the TV screen right after they're taken. He was waiting for me even though I was right on time. It was great. The staff is very helpful. They're great. They communicate in a number of ways. They do it through the internet, cellphone and texting. If you don't have that they'll probably call. He listens to you and does what he says he is going to do.
