Had to wait three months after we got the estimate for them to come and do the work. They would only do the work when it was raining because they had more lucrative work to do when the weather was good. Felt like they didnt appreciate me as a customer. The estimate called for large stones to be put around the drainpipes to slow the water going through them. This was supposed to be new, clean material. What De Cesare brought was dirty muddy rock that included pieces of broken cement, leftover construction debris from another job. Again, I felt like they didnt appreciate me as a customer. When we first talked with De Cesare Landscaping to get an estimate for the job I asked them if they would be able to gate spread, from the back of a dump-truck, the limestone to top dress our driveway. I wanted to put at least three inches of new stone on top of the new drain tiles, approximately five and ten tones of stone. They showed up with a small trailer with maybe one or two tones of limestone, which they could not gate spread. De Cesare Landscaping lacked the talent and equipment to do my job properly. I will never use them again. I will have to hire someone in the spring to do the job properly.

Hired Campea and sons after calling for an estimate for water coming into the basement a couple times a year, Guy the owner says he could waterproof the basement so I agreed to the proposal given, after waiting 3 months for the work to be done they come out Nov 13th 2018 to do the work, the days they chose were below freezing temps for highs and applied the wall coating in freezing wet conditions, no waterproofing material manufacturer recommends this, to top it off they never called 811dig to get the utilities marked on the property so they ended up breaking the gas line to the house and didnt want to take responsibility for that too. Well within a month and a half of the work they did on NewYears eve 2018 I had water again in the basement, so I call Campea and they get real defensive from the start not wanting to take any action to determine the issue just kept blaming it on something else other then their work. I had to hire an outside co and pay out of pocket to get answers on the issue and to find out the work done by Campea wasnt even needed. So I refused to pay the balance owed till my issues were addressed such as the driveway concrete they replaced not being done correctly and the water issue I still have so their resolution was to put a lien on the property for the amount owed plus additional charges to the bill they made up but never cleared with me plus legal fees.. so as of now Im out money I had to pay another co to figure out the issue (that I still have) at my house since Campea only wanted to guess what he thought it could be and not actually find out the problem and also have work not yet completed. So their warrantee means nothing to them, they just blame it on the next possiblity. Campea and sons resolution is a lien not to remedy the issues. Consumers beware of using them they wont stand behind their work and theyll just file a lien if your not satisfied and charge you for it if you dont pay the balance owed. Dont get ripped off like a did my number is2169904369 if youd like any other details, Joe

10/10 Would HIGHLY recommend! This morning, when Roto-Rooter told me that the job was going to cost between $400 - $2500, and that they would need to cut into my floors and dig into my foundation, I really just wanted to cry. We went on Angie's List and found Ohio Buckeye Plumbing. Brian came out, took a look, tightened a nut and *poof!* My leak is resolved. He even showed me exactly what to do in case it leaks again. On top of that, he wouldn't even take a payment from me. If you're in the Cleveland area and need an honest, reputable plumber, call Ohio Buckeye Plumbing.

Carl was awesome. He was punctual, explained the job, how much it was going to cost, etc. He did an excellent job, along with his helper Russ. He even moved the valve to a more convenient and accessible location. Laura at the office was super helpful, and knew what I needed done right away. And she was able to get someone out there the same day since I told her there was somewhat of an urgency to get this done.

We hired Mayer Plumbing and Heating to move a bathroom commode and sink within the same room about 4 feet in distance from its previous location. We were in a remodeling project in our offices and this work alone cost nearly $8,000. We couldn't keep their workers on the job more than 2 hours at a time. They would leave for long periods, go across the street and smoked and used their cell phones. We failed the building inspection for this bathroom after their work. The inspector gave them clear guidelines as to what code required. It took 4 visits from the inspector before things were done right. Shortly after the installation was completed, we had a sewer backup in this bathroom, something we had never had before during a period of 48 years. We then had a power flush toilet installed (by another company) thinking that would help. It was to no avail. We finally brought in a plumber with a camera who found a 10 foot chain made up of 2" links tied in knots in the drain just beyond where the new PVC drainpipe that had been installed by Mayer Plumbing was connected to the original steel pipe. Of course, at added expense, we had to have the chain extricated. We have had no backups since having the chain removed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

So happy with my new kitchen reface with roll out drawers, extending all the way out to see all my pots, pans, bowls, utensils, ets. Don't have to get down on my knees to find items in the back. Saw American Reface at Home and Garden Show and was impressed with the Oak cabinets that we went with in a Ginger color. Replaced our counter top and am very happy with it. Ron came out to go over everything with me at first, and then came out a second time to let my husband see what I picked out. He detailed everything and seemed very honest and suggested ways to utilize the space in our small kitchen. June 11th thru June 15, Patrick Hill, our carpenter worked on the reface.. He went over our schedule to coincide with his, arrived at the schedule times and took his time to make everything fit to our older home dimensions. We let him use our garage to put up his horses to cut pieces of wood. He kept the kitchen dust down with a vacuum and supervised the men working on our countertop and sink. Overall, we are very pleased with the kitchen reface and would highly recommend American Reface.

People on the phone were nice and responsive. Technician was fine. Punctuality? Negative. I took the day off work. Between 10:30 and 2:30. Shows up at 4......tells me everything he cannot do today, calculates in his truck until 4:30 and then gives me a $1400 estimate. I did not go forward. Maybe they overscheduled, but the punctuality was horrible. This was a missed opportunity for them.

I had no hot water that morning and they were able to send a serviceman out that afternoon. I couldn't have asked for quicker service. They offered me replacement or repair and explained each choice. They also needed a part to repair my tank and they had it in stock at their warehouse. One of the owners drove it over to complete the job and the serviceman didn't lose any time completing his work. Thanks much!!

I had a pipe that went from the upstairs tub to the ceiling on the main floor. He replaced. Cleaned up their work area above and beyond expectations. Professional and pricing did not change. I will call them again.
