    The professionalism of the whole staff is wonderful. It does take a bit of adjustment when first signing up with this service, they're all willing to work everything out and come to a conclusion which is good for all involved. The doctor along with his staff understand the needs of his patient and care provider come first. This office listens, works with you in a timely manner From the staff member who answers the phone, to the nurses, and our doctor is a hoot--great guy with a great sense of humor, which is wonderful when you are dealing with parents/families who are adjusting themselves to understanding end of life care.

    I would not suggest anyone use the services of this practice. Every-one is worried about what every-one else is doing that they have no mind to pay attention to the patients which they have an obligation of care towards. Our family have used this office for all our needs for over 5 yeears, thought things would change, time to move on. My family will be seeking our health care needs from another service.

    on 06/02/2015  that was my last injections for that session.  It went very well and quite a bit of the spider veins have disappeared.

    My daughter and daughter-in-law have also gone to him for treatments.  I would recommend him over all the vein clinics in this

    area.  Also he is a Vascular Surgeon so you are getting the best.

    They were all good. They have this new facility. It's just streamlined and it's easy to get in and it's nice. If I wait 10 minutes that's long. It's not very long at all. The nurses and everyone else are very nice. They call you by name. They're just very nice. It's a good place.

    Dealing with Broadview was horrible and stressful. There are a few good staff members but most were lazy and incompetent. He was always soaked in urine and feces. I only talked to the doctor one time the whole 5 weeks he was there and I don't believe he actually ever saw my father in person. No one returned phone calls. Never followed hospital discharge orders. The social worker there was completely worthless. Administrator never met with us in person despite our multiple major issues and never resolved any of our issues. Staff lied to cover themselves. We believe he was being teased and made fun of by some of the staff. My dad was miserable there. Was totally ignored most of the time. We went over every day and sometimes multiple times a day to take care of him. Staff lied to another nursing home about his reports. When I questioned the false information given, his chart notes were erased. I could go on and on about the lack of care and concern we experienced at Broadview. I am so unhappy with his stay there. We will be filing formal complaints with the appropriate agencies. In my opinion, they should be shut down. We have transferred him to new facility and the difference between the two is like night and day. I finally can rest easy because I do not have to worry about his safety any longer.

    The Cleveland Clinic is one of my health care providers. I have been going to them for a long time. The availability is good. The office environment is bad. The staff friendliness is good. I have never stayed over night. The communication is good. The effectiveness of treatment is good. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

    They were excellent. I can get appointments readily and there is very little waiting time. They are prompt when you arrive and I don't sit in the waiting room for an hour like in some other places. They use within 15 minutes of your appointment time. I like their efficiency.

    The young Lady that took care of me was personable and appeared to be knowledgeable.  She performed various tests and determined I needed orthotic inserts.  after determining type of inserts she sent specifications to Atlanta and the inserts arrived about a week later.  

    The inserts were costly, $312.00 but have not helped me.  They are no better than inserts I have purchased on the internet.  The same discomfort continues.

    I have heard of people having success with "Foot Solutions" but I can't say I am one of them.  Today I worked 5 hours standing and walking on concrete floors and using the Foot Solutions inserts.  They are not the solution to my problem.

    Dr. Goliat was very friendly to my wife and I (we were seen by him jointly for the check-up), and was plenty patient as I rattled off a list of gallbladder flare-up events and that sort of thing. We started seeing Dr. Goliat after both being individually dissatisfied with our previous general care physicians. We'll definitely be going back.

    Kaiser Permanente treat you in a timely manner, there doesn't seem to be to much waiting, and they seem to have a skilled staff. I feel comfortable with what they do. We have been members for about 30 years. I would recommend them. They also work jointly with the world famous Cleveland Clinic. I don't have any complaints about them, if I did we wouldn't have stuck with them for 30 years. We would continue to use them if they were going to be in the area we are moving to.
