They are clean, they update machines periodically. It's a nice place to go, good at night atmosphere. If you go during the day and your older, you don't see an overwhelming amount of hard bodies. The person next to you is likely to on oxygen and have one leg. It's a comfortable place for older people although, there are younger people over there too.

They are affiliated with Southwest Hospital. The hours are very good, and they include a lot of programs. The locker rooms are very clean, and they provide towel service. The equipment is good and always up-to-date. They always offer new programs and all kinds of exercise classes. Most things are free and are included in the price of membership. We paid at the beginning of the year for the whole year. We would use them again in the future.

I've been going to this gym for about ten years. It has more equipment than any other gym in the area, including weights, machines, cardio, basketball courts, and a pool. The monthly price is a little high and some equipment is old and worn. The decor hasn't changed since it opened in the mid-eighties. All types work out there, although there a few more high-schoolers that I would prefer. Also, they should look into using recorded music like the local recreation centers do. They use local radio stations which either are soft-rock (all the same low energy music) or offensive talk radio.

I was not sure I would like working out at a fitness center so I tried the free week. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff and members are encouraging and non-judgmental. There are women of all sizes and fitness levels and ages. Lots of older ladies and lots of younger ladies too! Some come to work out and some come to talk. Everyone does their own thing and everyone else is OK with it. You won't get bogged down by talkers or pushed by exercisers. I have been enrolled for 6 months now and work out two or three times a week. It is fun, fast and you don't get sore. They say because it is with the hydraulic machines and you use your muscles both up and down. It is unbelievable but true! The enrollment fee is $70. If I remember correctly and the monthly cost is $30.

Everything is great there. It might be a little overpriced but it's worth the money spent.

It's a really nice facility.  It is close by and very clean.  They have a nice pool.  We don't speak to many of the staff.
