    The doctors and staff are all very compassionate and knowledgeable. They even gave one of my dogs a couple of extra years due to the care they provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will continue to use them.

    I am a disabled person who uses vape pens for medical marijuana to relieve pain from my nerve desease. I vape almost all day to keep pain and muscle spasms down. I also have spinal implants etc. OK, enough about me. About 6 weeks ago I got a sweet puppy to keep me company since I am alone most of the day. Getting to the point, my puppy wanted to sit are the back of my chair to look out the window. I was vaping and never thought about second hand vape affecting her, She was about two feet from my face. My poor little dog got extremely sick, lethargic, non-responsive, throwing up, not taking food or water. I tried caring for her myself. After a while she got a little better but still would not eat or drink (about 6 hours with no water and throwing up. I got a ride to the clinic with her. It was around 7:30PM. They were pretty busy and due to Covid-19, we waited in car and called their main number. They were helpful, but very’s an emergency room. Eventually, we got our turn and they came to my car and picked her up. I reviewed with the vet my puppies day, including my earlier vaping. They took her, gave an IV and some anti-nausea and my puppy is now doing well, recovering at home. She was diagnosed with marijuana toxicity. Please understand, she was not just high....she was deathly ill. By the time i went to the ER, many hours had passed since her exposure point being she was not taking water. My point is; the second hand vape had a dramatically bad effect on my dog, 100 times worse than it would affect a person. Later, the vet thanked me for being honest about the marijuana..I mean heart-fully thanked me. According to her, people don’t often report marijuana exposure, making diagnosing difficult and dangerous. They are not the pet police, be honest with them (whether you use it legally or not)’s your dogs life!!! Also, be careful with your can kill your dog. I could complain that it took them an hour to see me. I could complain that they should have rushed the people in front of me, maybe tell the people grieving for their dog, to hurry up. I won’t. I knew that if my dog got worse, they would see me right away. Instead, I thanked god that they were there and open.

    I have been going to Brimfield Veterinarian for many years. Everyone, from Dr Del Valle to all of the staff are very compassionate and caring. Both my dogs love them. I have to disagree with the person who gave them an "F" rating because they use the single shot method for euthanasia. I have found it to ALWAYS be a very quick and painless method there. Very humane.

    Dr. Kim and his vet tech were wonderful, from explaining what to expect and prices/options over the phone, then coming on Saturday afternoon. They were extremely respectful and caring for me and for our dog.

    We've been there before but not with our current rescue and was told we'd be new clients and they are not taking any new clients.. this would have been the 3rd animal we've taken there. . What kind of people let alone a vet deny care to an animal who needs to be put down..we will never go back or recommend them to anyone.

    Receptionists are EXTREMELY rude. Accused my wife of not calling ahead due to covid 19 procedures and berated her within earshot of other staff and customers. My wife had called from the car and told it was her time to come in, only for another receptionist to call her a liar and state she hadn't called. Just because she wasn't the one to answer doesn't mean the call didn't happen. Unbelievable

    Excellent! My yellow lab loves Dr. Cindy. Dr. Cindy is friendly and very loving and actually gets down on the floor to greet and examine my girl, Pearl. I love the office staff as well - very respectful and compassionate.

    Called during the day as my dog was whining and i believed her UTI was back. Told to give her a bath and wait it out...they were open till 1am. At 830pm my dog was just miserable. Called again and suggested we come in or waut and do a walk in at 8am. My daughter arrived home from work and took oir dog in at 930pm. She was turned away ...there were 3 girls at the got up and spoke to the Vet...cane back and told my daughter that the Dr said we are not taking anymore pets tonight. My daughter called me i called there and asked whatvwas going on. I was told that the Dr is not taking anymore pets...i asked whyband was told that they had some things to wrap up and then the Vet was going to do a procedure. My reply was..this just came about? And there is not another Vet to take patients....reply...No, that is just how it is. I asked then why 3 girls up we be here to give medication. I stated , so you can fill meds, thought you said Dr was going into surgery? were here if RX were filled already and someone stops in. WTH...glad the owners can afford you 3 sitting there and must be some heavy meds to need that much help...but cant have 2 Vets during open hours. Very disappointed as we have been going there a long time and this is the wnd time in 2yrs this has happened. Wondering if it just the Vet this place employees, Administration or the owners .
