    Rapid Propane Exchange
I learned about Rapid Propane Exchange from work. I started using them when I lived in North Olmsted and continued after moving to North Ridgeville. When I need to have a tank swapped out, I pay online and put the tank out in the front or back and they show up to swap it out. It honestly could be any easier or more convenient. If I ever have a questions or issue, I call the number and almost always get Chris on the first try. If I don't get him, he returns my call within 10 minutes. If you're still dragging your tank to the store to swap it out, you're wasting your time.

I take my empty propane tank for my grill to their kiosk at Sears. I drop it off and pick up a new one that is already filled. It is at the Sears Hardware in my community. You have to tell them. The come out and unlock the kiosk where they keep the filled tanks. You leave your empty one and they give you a new one filled. I like the idea of not having to wait for my tanks to be filled. I used to go to a refilling station. I just think it is safer to pick up one that is already filled. Also each time I get a clean refurbished tank. My other one was rusty and dirty and this way I get a clean tank every time. As far as the Sears associates that I deal with when I go there, their responsiveness is fine.

I had nearly run out of propane (tank below 5%) after waiting for my former propane company to deliver on an order placed nine days earlier.  After making repeated phone calls to that company, I either could not reach a live person, or the people that did answer said that they could not even give me an idea of a delivery date.  I left a message on Sunrise's voicemail on a Saturday morning not expecting any return phone call until Monday, because the message stated that their office hours were M-F.  However I was surprised when Kyle Martin called me back within an hour of my message.  He said that they might be able to make it out mid-week but would try to fit me in earlier in the week once they had a chance to check their delivery schedule.  Kyle then called me back on Monday morning to say that they could make it out on Tuesday afternoon.  As fate would have it, my former propane company actually delivered at noon on Monday, so I had to call Kyle back to let him know to cancel the order this time, but I will definitely call Sunrise for my next fill!

    Rapid Propane Exchange
It is rare that a company performs beyond expectation. The company makes setting up a propane exchange by offering online orders using the very efficient PayPal service, but even more importantly, when you contact the owner, he returns calls, texts immediately. Because there is nothing more irritating than running out of propane when planning a summer party or picnic, having such an efficient and convenient source available is greatly appreciated. I have used the company multiple times now and have never been disappointed in both the quality of service and the fact that the company provides a full, high quality tank of propane gas. I will continue to trust Rapid Propane in the future.

They are always dependable and very seldom you have to call them, its appropriate. You have to keep having a tank, you don't want to run out. but usually you don't have to call them. We had them since 1989 and I think all those years we might had called them three to four time. We never had a problem with them. They won't tell you tiem but if they say they are going to be there that day, they are here. I'm not always home when they deliver, but communication I had with them they are all nice.

    Rapid Propane Exchange
I called last week to exchange the propane tank. I didn't expect until Friday. He actually dropped it off today. I didn't even have money for him. He connected the tank and everything. He said he expected we might want it for a 4th of July BBQ. He was very nice and I like that he delivers the tank so I don't have to haul the tank around.

    Rapid Propane Exchange
This is a great business for customer service. He installed the tank on my new grill at home two years ago and tested it for us. He has returned every time I have needed propane since. I was not aware that such a service existed until I found Rapid Propane Exchange. He responds quickly and is very fair in his pricing. I have been very happy with the service that I have received thus far so I have started using him for our business needs.

I think the people that built this house used them, so I use them.  I spend about $75 a fill up, but there is a 10% discount if I pay within 20 days.  They are always polite and say hello.  They are always able to answer questions if I call them about something. They don’t really have control over the price because it is a regulated product, but it is fine.  In the 9 years that I have used them, I have never run out of gas because they have always been here in time.  If I call them and ask for a special delivery or anything they are always very responsive.  I will continue to use them in the future.

I am on a budget plan. I wanted my monthly plan billed to my Visa card and they were not able to do that. It had to come out of my bank account. That was one of the problems with them. The quality was fine. They were there when they could be, because of the rain. It was not clear as to how the billing was supposed to go so that was a little bit of a problem. I had to call them a couple of times to try to get  the billing method rectified.

BUSY BEAR FIREPLACE & PATIO SHOP
One technician came to install the remote - he was confused and had to call his boss to come in and help.  While he was waiting for the boss, the first guy went down in the basement twice to try and turn off the gas line.  He was unable to do it from down there.  The boss arrived and the remote was eventually installed - it was late Fri. afternoon.  On Saturday morning we discovered we had no hot water.  I immediately called Busy Bear and they said it was not due to anything they did.  So I had to call a plumber for emergency weekend service.  He came and relit the pilot light on the hot water tank.  He was of the opinion that it had to be related to the work done the previous day with the gas logs.  He also said that he thought Busy Bear should have at least come to check on Sat. am.  That would have saved me the extra charge from the plumber.  Busy Bear was supposed to contact the plumber - I gave them his name and number.  That was over a week ago - my recent phone calls to Pete at Busy Bear have gone unreturned.      I would not use this business again - really lousy customer service!!!
