Our cat passed on day before Easter and they were open. We bought the rememberance package. They gave us time to say our goodbyes and were respectful. Because of holiday we received the ashes on a Tuesday.

All County Pet Crematory and Memorial Services All County Pet Crematory and Memorial Services, does private cremations for individual pets and I got his ashes back the same day, it was really great. I had shopped around for individual creation and they had the lowest price. I also, bought a urn from them and now I have my dog's ashes at home. It was a pleasant experience.

Keith is a true gentleman who obviously takes great pride in how he represents his company and his chosen profession. He had no high pressure sales pitch, just a genuine concern that our mother's funeral would match as closely as possible to our fathers. We also had Keith arrange for the pre-payment of our three funerals ($2960.00 each) and our monument (which will list all five names) to be placed at Holy Cross ($1837.14). We had no catering company for the luncheon after the Memorial Mass and Keith came through for us there also. His suggestion of Picc-A-Deli Cafe (written up also on Angie's List under Catering) was truly superb. Our only disappoinment was that due to other pending business Keith was not able to attend our mother's Memorial Mass. We would have loved for him to have been there with us that day and join us not only at Mom's Mass but also at the luncheon in her honor. He is a wonderful man and we thank him again for all he has done for us.

Meghan did a fine job explaining everything. She was available day or night for any reason; even if it was not about the funeral. She was very empathetic and understanding. They kept us updated on any proceedings. My mother did not look very good when she passed, but they did a wonderful job on her make-up. They were very attentive to the guest's needs. They did a great job on preparing us for anything that was going to be needed. A big thank you for the assistance that they provided. They took a great deal of stress and tension from me the way they treated the situation. They also followed up with me after everything was over to make sure that I was doing OK. I think that the prices were well worth it. My mother had a prepaid service and the prices did not go up from 1996 to 2008 for the basic funeral charges. They notified social security for me as well. I would definitely.

During our initial meeting, everything was explained thoroughly and we were quite impressed, days later, that every detail had been handled exactly as discussed.  We were also pleasantly surprised by the staff’s meticulous preparation of my Mother’s body and the care and attention rendered to us and our guests during the visitation hours.  During the funeral service, procession, and graveside service, the staff attended to our every need with compassion and professionalism.  The entire experience left us with a feeling of relief that all of the burdens placed upon us related the handling of the funeral arrangements were being addressed, therefore allowing us to concentrate on other pressing issues during that time.  I highly recommend Johnson/Romito to anyone that needs funeral services in the Northfield area.

They did a real good job. Their price was very reasonable. They were very compassionate. We were really satisfied. They were absolutely prompt in both cases with my mother and my grand mother. They both had pre-paid funerals through them. I know my mother was very happy with that. They were really nice people. We were happy that we found them. I would recommend them. What stood out the most was that he was a real nice guy. Initially, my mother got a pre-paid funeral for my grand mother and then for herself. I went along. He is just a real nice guy. He is very likable. He was real capable. The funeral home itself was nice. He was a very nice compassionate guy.

They did a very nice job. I would recommend them to other members. They are down to earth people and do not try to rip us off. They do not talk about $10000 funerals and talk about funerals people can afford. They are very fair. They did not put any pressure for the payments on my son’s girlfriend. They are very decent people. We were very happy with them.

This was a prepaid funeral. My aunt had planned and paid for the funeral many years before.  So for me, this was the easist thing ever. Everything was on file, so all I had to do was provide an outfit for my aunt to wear and sign some papers. The staff are profesional and yet friendly.  And they were flexible and willing to work with me as it became clear I didnt' have enough family left to provide pall bearers.  And the facility on Curtiss avenue is beautiful. They made this transition in my life a comforting experience.

They were very compassionate and they provided a high quality service. We were very pleased. It’s just a rough time, they suggested a florist that they’ve used who was very reasonably priced and they developed a very nice range for the casket. My dad and I went to make the arrangements. They were available for questions but they gave us time alone to make decisions. They explained everything. On the day of my mother’s funeral there was a snow storm and they cleared the lot. They couldn’t have been better. I wanted to add them to Angies List as I was pleased with them.

From what I hear, this is about the average cost in this area. I would definitely recommend them. We have had services there for other family members, in fact my Mother and Father-in-law were there, and a couple of my husband's relatives. It is family-owned. They are very nice people. They make you feel comfortable. They do anything that you want as far as the service goes, which most places do, I imagine, but I would recommend them.
