    Gorjanc Comfort Services
PERFECT!!! On time, explained what they were going to do. Answered all my question about the work. Big job wiring a panel box to a 1925 house and new plugs. Old wiring is not safe as Joe told us running window A/C units. John and Justin work very well as a team. When they were done cleaned up after, took away the old box. Wore the proper protection for the virus all the time here. Will have them back for more work soon. They are truly The No Surprise Team!!!!! Thank You So Much Keeping us Safe Gloria & Dan Costella

Went well, except still waiting on a defective board that switches to the generator when the power goes off.

    Blind And Sons LLC
This was my first experience with Blind and Sons and I couldn't be happier. They were very professional quoted me on the spot very reasonable prices. One of the things I really like is they train their own apprentices and this gives me a good feeling about their longevity. I've already used them again for their plumbing services

    Hometown Electrical Doctor
I am very happy with the service provided by Hometown Electrical Doctor. I was seeking to have three new outlets installed on the second floor of our home as well as a new ceiling fan downstairs. There were two things that separated this company from the others I received quotes: 1) Matt from Hometown Electrical Doctor was the ONLY person to go into the attic to see where wires could be run for the new outlets upstairs. 2) When I asked about pulling a permit for the work he said he would do just that. I had two places tell me it was not necessary and one responded with, "If you want me (to)." These two things, to me, say a lot about Hometown Electrical Doctor. Matt showed up with another person the day of the install. An old ceiling fan was removed and a new one properly installed. Three new electrical outlets were added upstairs. I need to mention that another one was added via conduit to replace an existing outlet. The conduit was run in a bedroom and looks great! During the install another technician showed up to assist Matt and the other employee. Everyone took care to not track mud or dirt in the house. The people were friendly and answered any questions I had. The work passed inspection by the city. When it comes to work of this nature I think of the following quote that is attributed to Ben Franklin: "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten." I mention this because getting good, reliable service is not always inexpensive. Yes, cost is relative to each person. It's important to remember that you're paying a person or company for their expertise, time, equipment, insurance, materials, etc. I sought out an outfit that was licensed by the state of Ohio and insured. I don't have to worry about whether the job was done right or not.

Dimmer switch replaced with an upgraded one. Works well. Answered all questions about the ceiling light which did not need any changes. Responded and scheduled the work quickly. Professional and friendly.

    American Wood Reface
Excellent from beginning to end. The carpenter, Brandon, was exceptional, leaving the kitchen clean every night and kept things very organized in the garage as well. Melissa, the sales rep, did a great job at helping me make selections on cabinets and counters to achieve the look I wanted, and the granite company they worked with to install the counters was very solid as well. No complaints whatsoever.

I felt the project went well, technicians were knowledgeable and task oriented. This was an all-day event, and a bit beyond - they ran into a snag at the end due to the aged electrical in place. Problems resolved.Cleanup primarily done by the junior tech was pretty good, although several areas were missed with wood shavings and wire debris left behind.Overall, I felt they went above and beyond to ensure outlets near water sources were updated. Company was responsive on the phone and did followup. Have already recommended Streb to a neighbor.

    Stone's Construction & Remodeling LLC
Chad and his team were very accommodating with the design & layout for our custom finished basement. Many details were covered upfront with little if any surprises after entering proposal / contract stage thru project completion. “Cheaper“ is very rarely, If ever, “Better” Please know that integrity, quality, trustworthiness & the number of years a company has been business ARE NOT mutually exclusive! Even simple ConstructIon projects can have a lot of moving parts & demand constant attention and follow up. Stones provided this at every step. In end, you’ll usually GET what YOU PAY for. We hired Stones after doing much research and getting multiple opinions on the best way to tackle our basement project. We have not been disappointed. All Original contracted work was completed on time with only minor delays which were mostly due to the pandemic. Most appreciated was the excellent communication we received from both Cindy & Chad with Bi-weekly updates via email - No one was ever “too busy” to take a phone call or respond to a text. Thank you 🙏 Stones’ Crews were timely, did quality work and handled added design changes on the fly without breaking stride. Too many to mention all by name but we specifically would like to thank Damon, Troy, Beau, Drywall Dave, Jerry, Herb and Sam for exceeding our expectations ... Wow they were all Impressive! Chad managed the entire process very well from start to finish & we simply can’t say enough with the results - We absolutely love our new basement. We’ve received many compliments on our new custom basement and have already referred Stones Construction & Remodeling to others. Plans in the works to hire them again for our future home improvement projects. Thanks again! The Dunphy Family Green, Ohio

    Delauro Remodeling & Repair Co
Dan did amazing work. I can't believe how good the basement looks as it had a ceiling flaking paint and walls and floors that needed to be done. The attic stairs allowed my air conditioner to be replaced . Dan would also do minor repairs that I found while he was doing the hard work. Would bever hire any other contractori.
