  We took a huge leap of faith by contracting with Lost Pond Construction for this major renovation project. Our experience could not have been better. From design work to the finishing touches and every detail in between, we were VERY SATISFIED. All of the people working on the project were professional, prompt, and patient with our questions and concerns and expectations. We were kept informed at each step along the way. We certainly appreciated the attention to details and professionality, not to mention the efficiency and quality of the workers and workmanship. Valuable information and suggestions in order to make comfortable, informed decisions were given at each step of the way for this renovation. Our project included new siding and windows, complete kitchen redo, moving walls, updating bathrooms, adding a laundry room, and new drywall, electrical, and painting throughout. All of the components were handled with skill and efficiency, especially when juggling several contractors at once. Our house project was done over a four month period and everything was completed on schedule or ahead of schedule. The entire Lost Pond team was dedicated to ensuring that everything was done to our liking and preferences, as well as being done in a timely manner. Lost Pond made promises about what they would do for us and they delivered! We are GREATLY PLEASED with the results and have recommended Lost Pond to many people.   Desborough Construction Inc

  Sent us to the right people for fixture and tile selection. Colors coordinated beautifully. Tear out of old bathroom carried away and cleanup after work each day. Workmen did an excellent job on plumbing, tile work and painting. The new shower door was a real plus.

  Shoreline Window & Remodeling

  I cant say enough about Shoreline.  Brad is very professional.  We had an patio attached to the house that was just screened in.  Brad and his team came and framed all the windows and put new sliders in along with a new storm door.

  Brad also did most of the entire house with new windows.  Gave us new window sills as needed and new house doors and closet doors.  Cleaned up and never new they were there.  Very reliable

  Home Exteriors Roofing, Siding and Windows

  After reviewing three home exterior renovation experts, I choose Home Exteriors. One of the First qualities that impressed me the most about this company was Mark Martinis, one of the owners, Mark went above and beyond in providing me a variety of manufacturer information in helping me make the right choices for my project. Mark was extremely attentive and had excellent customer service skills, always following up when he said he would ( a trait that is hard to find these days when dealing with contractors). Mark's team started the job about 2 weeks behind schedule , due to weather related issues, but when the team arrived they worked tirelessly to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once his team skinned the house the window team arrived, under the direction of Gary and Donnie, both veteran window installers. Within 2 days all of the windows and doors were installed without any issue. This team was followed by the siding team, led by veteran siding installer Tony. This guy is just the best darn siding installer I ever met. There were a few challenges on this 2,400 sq ft. Project but nothing that Tony couldn't handle. When the job was done, it was quite evident that the renovation was totally professionally performed. God these guys are really that good, extremely talented and all were perfectionists in their craft. New gutters and downspouts and the job was complete. Their clean up crew took care of all the residual trash as scheduled. My only disappointment with this group is when I asked Mark if his guys do home interior renovations and he replied no. Boy I really would like to get this group to work on my basement renovation. To their credit, this company is sticking to its core principles and only contracting exterior renovation projects. I,m totally pleased that I choose Home exteriors for my project and I think you would be hard pressed to find a better group of craftsman out their today.

  Lost Pond Construction Inc

  Everything went well with both projects. Jeff was punctual when he came out for estimates. His foreman Ric was also punctual on the work days - if he, his workers, or their subcontractors had a change of schedule he would let us know right away. The deck landing was one in 2 days - 1 for demo and 1 for construction. The plumbing, electrical, and installation for the washer and dryer took about a half-day for each. The primary workers and the subcontractors all made sure the work area was clean and organized between work days and upon completion. Lost Pond is a little pricier than others but I would say it was definitely worth it. If all goes well we hope to use them again in spring/summer for a kitchen and floor remodel.

  Chris was very professional, willing to do anything.  Did an excellent painting and caulking job.  The area looks beautiful!
  He is very friendly and has an excellent sense of humor.  He was here on time (actually early) both days he was here.  He cleaned up after hiimself thoroughly.  He rehung curtains that had to be taken down.  He swept up particles that fell from cracks and dust.
  I would not hesitaate to recommend Chrus and will definitely go to him for any future needs.

  Die Hard Exteriors

  Looking for some vinyl siding work, look no further.  Die Hard Exteriors came to the rescue for some shady work performed by Ryan Homes' contractors.  My home was less than 5 years old and siding began to blow off in certain spots.  Die Hard Exteriors came highly recommended by a neighbor based off of some previous work.  The owner Duane Cole was very responsive to my phone calls and texts which seem to be abnormal for most contractors.  Duane and his crew are very detail oriented and will go out of the way to exceed your expectations.  The crew were very professional and cleaned up the job site after each day of work.  The work performed for me included a full house vinyl siding tear-down, house wrap, vinyl installation, aluminum window framing, and garage door trim work.  Nice work guys and keep up the good work!!

  Integrity Windows, Doors & Siding

  Arrived on time on a cold March day. Immediately got to work removing old patio door. Since the original was a non standard size, additi0nal framing was required to accept the new door. New door was installed in a very professional manner and trimmed out (inside and out) very satisfactorily. Site was left clean of any debris.
  I was very satisfied with the total job and continue to be satisfied with the quality of the new door.

  Lake County Door

     First I contacted "Mr. Door" garage repair and they came out and told me my door could not be repaired and that I needed a new garage door . They could not get the exact door they said because they don't make them anymore which I found out is not true.  They said I had a cheap door .  Well I decided ok. but did not sign anything.  This was on a Friday.  On the following Tuesday I called them because I hadn't heard anything.  The girl who answered said she would get back to me because she knew nothing.  On Thursday I finally called Lake county door.  Then I called "Mr. Door" and said forget it I found someone who will fix it.  Mr Door told me I owed them a hundred and some dollars service call when all they gave me was an estimate  Lake County Door came out Friday and fixed my door for 135.00
