I went to Adventure Subaru for tire rotation, complementary brake inspection and they did a Multi-Point Inspection and that was also complementary. They redid the brakes with rust proofing and there was no cost for that because that was a recall earlier. They also did oil change, filter, fluids, tire pressure adjusts and they had to put in a new filter.

I didn't think the price was too bad for everything that they did. As at this point in time the car is running smoothly and fine. From the point of tracking to the girl who connected me with their garage to make an appointment, she was great and they were great when I went in and explained again everything to me before I wrote a check at the end. I think they were very good and they walked me out to my car and it was nice.

Tried to sell me a new car.

Went to the dealership with the intentions of purchasing a new OUTBACK. I have NEVER been treated so poorly as a customer before. The salesperson took me for a test drive and then we went back to discuss pricing. He went to the manger to discuss a deal to get me to sign the purchase papers. When he came back, I found what appeared to be a few thousand dollar problem with their figures. When I pointed the problem out to the salesperson, the manger, Scott Werner, came over to basically berate me and tell me what a great deal I was stupidly passing up. I don't know how this CLOWN got his job. He was poorly dressed with his zipper half down. He kept insisting that his figures were correct and that I would never get another deal like this one. I got out as quickly as I could. I tried to call the dealership later to complain about the treatment and realized that the head of the dealership was the same person, Scott Werner. I just hung up when he answered. There are too many options in this area for buying a new car to accept poor and degrading treatment. Do yourself a favor and drive past without stopping. This is a HUGE dealership with multiple locations. They spend HUGE money on advertising. WHAT A WASTE OF THEIR MONEY! Nobody should ever have to be treated like this when they are trying to buy a new car. The GM, SCOTT WERNER, must have gotten his training by repeatedly watching the movie, USED CARS! Why would the ownership of this dealership EVER allow a CLOWN like this to work there, LET ALONE BE THE GENERAL MANAGER and REPRESENT THE DEALERSHIP?

Purchased a used vehicle and service for it.

Was tricked into paying more for the service than it actually cost. Feel like we were lied to and deceived. Not a pleasant experience and will not go back there. Glad we didn't trade in our 1987 Ford Ranger on the newer car.

I have bought 4 cars, 3 new and 1 used, from them since 2002.

I always have gotten the lowest price with them on the cars we are purchasing. They are a very low-pressured sales environment. They are not very pushy. I want to give special credit to Gary Pohto, he has done a great job for me. He is a very soft-spoken guy who did anything possible to make the deal work for me.

I go every three months for an oil change.

I have been using them for a long time. They have a very good service department. I am very comfortable talking to any of the salespeople there. They aren't high-pressure. They are knowledgeable when it comes to service. They will loan you a car if your car has to stay there for service. Even if it's a last-minute thing, they can arrange for you to have a loaner car. They make it very convenient. You can even pick up your car after the service department is closed, as long as the dealership is open. They are willing to help you out.

I bought my car from Halpert Subaru-Suzuki.

The dealership seemed quite reasonable. The car is quite new and works well. I assume that everything was done right. The deal process and the sales experience were fine and I have no complaints.
