ATotal Home RoofingIt went great. Very professional. Cleaned up afterward, went around several times to try to make sure any and all nails were picked up. Salesman Greg Luebbe was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We recommended Total to neighbors and a contract was signed for another house on the street. AAmerican Weathertechs LLC - CincinnatiWe had wind storm damage needed to repair some one recommended this company I call and spoke with salesman NIel Mckinley he come over the same day told me it is best to replace it because the roof is old and will have problems in future took his advice he give me estimate it was in my budget I had three other estimates all of them were well over this company. Niel is very nice person and easy to work with and after the installation he even give me up grade warranties to silver. AAmerican Weathertechs LLC - CincinnatiShortly after we moved into our house, we noticed a significant water leak coming in through our dining room window when it rained. Being new homeowners, we didn't have tons of money to spend on big projects. Luckily Shawn Hodge and Dave Weekly were both able to come out and help diagnose that it was the roof that was the problem. The work didn't take very long to be done and AWT also rescreened some of my screens for me as well which was extremely nice! Office staff is pretty prompt at replies and very accommodating. Would recommend to everyone! This is truly a company that cares about their customers and making sure they are served.- Megan M.

AMolloy RoofingGary was extremely thorough during estimate with assessing different parts of the roof conditions. This was extremely helpful to direct us to concentrate on the flat roof, box gutter and replace and upgrade main gutters for now. AMolloy RoofingWe've been a Molloy Roofing customer for over 10 years. They inspect the roof, chimney and gutters twice a year. If there is a problem, they fix it. If the problem requires other experts, they refer to a trusted source. This year, the only problem was a clogged gutter. They cleared it and we are good until the spring inspection.- Carol W.

DThe work was done on time and the work done and the quality appears to be good. The issue is that damage happened to the property. After sometime of back and forth texting one item was replaced. For the other item they promised to send a check to cover the repair. A check has not been received.

FThough CB Services performed no work they were contracted to repair carpeting after a flood in my basement. They sent a sub contractor of a sub contractor who had no idea what he was to do and stated he would not be able to perform all the work as per the contract. I refused to allow them to do the work and requested CB services for a refund of the deposit I had made on 10/5/2020. I have yet to be refunded my deposit. I had posted an earlier review but the company said if I remove or edit the review they would refund my deposit. I did remove the review and still no refund. So now posting this review as a warning for others when dealing with this A+ rating company. Totally disappointed in how this was handled and you would think they would want to keep their A+ rating.

FNever showed. The lady In their office who was very rude calls telling me “ we can’t show up cause it rained” They was suppose to be here at 10am and she calls me at 10:50am. I asked her “you do know that you was suppose to be here at 10am”? Her response was “yep”. I told her I would go somewhere else and she just hung up. A good customer service person would of apologized for the late call and been super nice on trying to win your business. Clearly she was having a bad day. No second chances here.

AFrom the initial inspection/estimate visit to the final clean-up/inspection, Advantage provided high quality service, respect, and care. We interviewed 6 highly rated roofing companies and Advantage stood out for their honesty and integrity. Fthe job went fine as i put a great review, however when i talked to my home owners agent the contractor told him i didnt have any storm damage. however he told me that i had some hail damage. thanks mike for telling him a lie!!! no reimbursement for me. you wont be getting the other jobs on my house. i guess your your still upset about not getting the other $200 bucks you wanted for the flashing. you bid the job and then want more money at the end. oh well-i have lived and learned. dont hire this guy. i wrote the review before i talked to nationwide. please dont get them for your home owners protection. they take your money just fine but when you have a problem, they dont stick to there end of the deal. i will be canelling nationwide by the end of the week.
