APlumb Tite PlumbingI had 2 compression fittings with significant corrosion on the copper output line of my hot water heater. They weren’t leaking yet but I knew it was only a matter of time. The line was very close to the ceiling which made access for soldering very difficult. I called Plumb Tite and they were able to schedule an appointment very quickly. The plumber and his apprentice even arrived a little early for the appointment. He quickly assessed the situation and explained he would use a new process for joining copper pipe that didn’t require soldering. The pipe didn’t have much give and it was difficult to move it enough to get the old section out and the new one in but he worked at it and was able to get the job done in less than 2 hours. The joints are clean and dry now. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend Plumb Tite for plumbing repair.- Angela W.

APlumb Tite PlumbingWe had a mystery leak in the basement whenever we used the washer. Bobby worked long and hard to fix the problem, to tear up the cement and replace the pipe. Adding a simple shut off device to the water line solved the issue and prevented cutting into drywall and additional costly repair. I have found a new plumber! AIt was wonderful! I really appreciate the way Joe explains things. I know nothing about electricity, but I like to learn at least a little bit to understand some of the issues. He shares information in a way that is accessible, and that makes sense to a non-electrician. He is very polite, has a sense of humor, and is very kind. And, in this difficult covid times, he wears a mask, and follows covid protocols. This was a follow up, as we had work done in December. The work done was great, but the flickering source still remained a mystery. But, with his knowledge and persistence, he identified the issue today and fixed the problem.

DPRICE IS HIGH. Everything was great, except the price. I was charged $700 worth of labor for 2 hours of work, that is absolutely not reasonable no matter how good the service is. The reason I agreed to the price is that I thought "That must just be what that costs," till I googled the services he performed and realized I was WAY overcharged.
