With his moisture meter he was able to assess whether or not I had a moisture problem in the ceiling under a bathtub, as well as diagnose and repair plaster walls. He has made door repairs for me in the past and all of his work is to a high standard and beautiful finish. AStrong PaintingTrino and his crew did an amazing job! They spent 4 days stripping and refinishing our two large mahogany front doors and they turned out beautifully. They carefully taped off the entire lower level and painted two coats to cover the existing darker paint color. The crew was prompt, tidy and professional. Trino is a nice, trustworthy and highly professional manager of his painting crew. AJoseph Home ImprovementJoe submitted a fair and competitive bid. He and his "crew" are and were always courteous and professional, delivering all that was expected and promised. He protected non work areas from construction dirt, dust, and foot traffic. Quality materials were used throughout, and job site was cleaned of debris each day. Joe's overriding priority was that my wife and I were pleased and satisfied with all his work. His material suppliers (tile, plumbing fixtures, vanities, granite, mirrors and glass were all easy for the customer to work with, and they were also helpful with design suggestions when asked. Joe sought input and feedback from us, his customers, during the project to assure our satisfaction. In summary, Joseph Home Improvement does things right!!- Dennis E.

AWe had an excellent experience with Jim Carver and Sons. Replaced shower, tub, vanity, toilet topper, lights, some electrical, and plumbing fixtures. The designer, Brian, was great - listened to our ideas, not pushy, budget sensitive, and came up with great suggestions that led to a bathroom design that is just what we wanted. Installation work was very professional. Contractor, Cameron, had the integrity to let us know if a part came with a scratch or dent (instead of covering it up) and replaced items. He also took the time to precisely select and layout the patterned tile. Carver assembles all items for the job before starting which really helps to move the job along. We had Carver also order all items for the job which simplified things as well. They have a range of suppliers so we could get the materials we wanted. We also had this job done during COVID. Contractor took multiple precautions (sealed off work area, wore masks, ran vent fan, opened windows) and no one got sick. They cleaned up the work area every day and laid cloth or plastic protective coverings on carpets and stairs. Good communication (e-mail and phone), stayed in touch, and someone at the business location always answers the phone.

AFrom start to finish I was given fantastic customer service and installation was done in a timely, professional manner. I had 7 windows replaced, 2 were difficult and not in an ideal location. Out of all the quotes I received Nate Meyer took the time to understand the unique dormer situation on my home, and got onto a ladder to check things out. No one else had done that. He knew exactly what the job entailed so there were no surprises. His price was very competitive. On top of all this, Nate was very timely with all communications and he responded to questions within 24 hours. I had a concern with one of the windows after installation and Nate was at my house within a couple days to make sure all was good. I would highly recommend!

AI worked with Gary initially to replace my roof after a storm did enough damage that had me worried about the protection of my home. Gary was at my house shortly after my phone call, and over two weeks worked with me while I worked with my insurance. After the approval was done, Gary had a crew on my room two days later (they were delayed due to weather). The roof was replaced in a day, they cleaned their mess up, and went over exactly what was done compared to the plan of action.

ASiegel Design completed a major home renovation including total kitchen remodel, new flooring in the entire main level (5 rooms), and finished our entire unfinished basement to add a TV/sitting room, 2 bedrooms, full bath, workout area, and storage closets. Andy & Cheryl were great to work with, from designing & selecting options to communicating everything really well with us during the renovation. Also, every drywaller, painter, electrician, etc, who came in during the renovation was super nice and very friendly! We were told by another contractor that a kitchen wall could not be removed, but Andy was able to remove the entire wall to open our kitchen up and make it larger. Andy was able to build a very unique wall for a see-thru fireplace, which turned out absolutely beautiful. I've gotten so many compliments on the craftsmanship of the finished product, everyone tells me that our kitchen looks like it's from a picture in a magazine. Thank you so much Siegel Design!
