  • Overall, not well. I work as a customer service professional and what I kept on seeing from them was a lack of customer service. The sales person came out and explained what they had. I told him what I wanted and signed the contract. After that, this is where all the issues came. I was told that someone would be contacting me about scheduling a time to come out. It might have been a week or two later and I received a call. "Can we schedule the people to come out tomorrow?" I told him no. I work during the day, is there any time at night? No there is not. I told him I was busy. It was the response that surprised me. He said that he is very busy too and that he works many hours. I told him I would schedule a day, but I have to work it out with my work. I am able to work from home so I can be there. After that, I contacted the company and told them that their people are more interested in scheduling than me the customer. I heard from Mike Rosati and he explained that they are very busy and sometimes people are a little relaxed in the customer service as they should be. I understood it, but it made me wonder if this was just a one-time issue or not? I was contacted 15 minutes after the person was supposed to be at the appointment and he said he would be around 30 minutes late. I usually expect a call way before a meeting and not fifteen minutes late. I was told I would be contacted about scheduling another appointment where they do the replacement in a couple months because they are custom made.. A couple months later in August, I am contacted about an appointment, I hear a call asking to schedule the appointment. "Can we schedule this with you tomorrow?' Again, I had to work on the schedule. We scheduled this appointment. On the day of this appointment, they call me and tell me they just got into the shop at 9 a.m. and they would be at my place at 10:30. They do not show up until 10:45 (late). They tell me they brought the wrong color. They explained there was a mix up in the paperwork. I told them to get me the correct color. I do not get any follow-up call. No apology, so on the Friday before Labor Day, I am able to get out of work early. I drive over and give them two books on Customer Service because they need to read them again. I am also told there is a rush on my Windows and they should be ready in a couple weeks. During Labor Day week, I get a call from Mike Rosati. He mentions on how they have such a good reputation with Customer Service. I think a reputation can be lost as well. It is almost like they are resting on their Laurels and it appears that it is systemic in the company starting from the top. I cannot believe that I was the only case that has had such poor customer service? He reminds me that they have a rush order on my order. I have been inconvenienced and delayed, and I got a week apology from what I could hear. I would have been more acceptable of the idea if he had even offered any discount. You really know when someone is apologetic when they are giving up money because of the issues we have had. I do not get a follow-up call after two weeks when they said they would be out. I hear nothing for about a month. Then I get a call. "Can we schedule this for tomorrow?" Of course he tries to sell it by saying something like, "Well, I have another team that is our second team, but I am am trying to send you our best team out tomorrow." It does not matter what team comes out for tomorrow, because I am busy tomorrow. So we setup a new time with a different crew. I am able to work from home. Finally, I get the team to show up on time, I told them I am working in one area of the home and I will have my lunch at 1 p.m., it is separate from the rest of the home. They showed up in the room at 1 p.m. I had my lunch and they took care of this last window. At the end of my lunch, they told me they would be done soon. This was the best part of the whole experience with them. I wrote the final check and they left. The place was clean. I did not see any cigarettes outside on the ground. It was a great crew. So I called the next couple days after and talked to Rosati Windows to see if there was going to be anyone following up with me about this because with all the issues I have had, I want to be able to talk to someone if there are issues. I was told someone would follow-up with me in the next couple weeks. I still have not heard anything and it has been more than a couple weeks. Rosati Windows might have a good sales crew and a service crew, but they lack customer service. Maybe they are understaffed and need more people to help with customer service. I think they rest on their Laurels and if they keep this up, they will loose their reputation. If you want customer service, I suggest you go elsewhere. I am not sure when they finally came out, but I think it was 10/9/2017.

  • Excellent! From the first time I contacted the company until after completion, Doug Bond always responded promptly and made sure everything was taken care of and that we were happy. After the project was finished, he called twice to make sure we liked the final result. We chose him for 2 reasons: he was never pushy,..trying to sell us things we did not want; and the cost. He was half as much as a well known competitor but the quality was the same. Additionally, we needed a new front door. We purchased the door at Home Depot and Doug picked it up for us after it arrived and his crew installed it for us.

  • They've been excellent. I thought the price was very competitive for what they were offering. The crew was three. The owner dropped by later in the afternoon. It took probably 6-8 hours to complete. They left the area clean.

  • Both are excellent quality. They worked with us to make sure we got the right product for us at a very reasonable price. The servicemen were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Our windows and doors look fantastic! We will definitely be using them again in the future for other purchases!

  • Broadview was responsive from the time I asked for an estimate through the entire ordering & installation process.  Ed didn't employ any high-pressure tactics, he just clearly described what they could provide, gave me some choices, and answered all my questions.  I received several estimates (4 total), and Broadview was by far the best value vs. cost. They were able to get the windows ready and installed much more quickly than I'd expected - the estimated turnaround time was 4-6 weeks, but it was more like 3 weeks. 
    The installers were on-time and very professional, cleaning up as they went.  All the windows were installed quickly but in a quality manner - they also paid attention to details.  I had blind brackets on many of the windows that they needed to remove to install the windows, and they surprised me by ensuring all of those were back in place before they left.  The lead installer, Randy, made sure that everything went smoothly and that everyone was on task...he even tightened the doorknobs on a few doors when he noticed they were loose!
    Everything looks great, and we are super pleased with the results, both aesthetically and functionally.  One window had a minor balance issue, and Ed came out right away to fix it - took just a minute and it was working perfectly.  Everyone I encountered - from Sales, to the Measurer, to the Installers - were professional, friendly, and on time.  I would definitely use Broadview again!

  • The project went very well.  Ron Richardson offered great honest advice, a fair price, and excellent quality craftsmanship.  All of the materials were quality and cost effective.  Simonton windows, RMC 044 siding, and Tyvek housewrap.  His crew was friendly and they worked fast and efficiently.  Ron and Kirk were clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction.   They always went the extra mile to ensure that every last detail was completed with integrity.

  • the salesman was very high pressure and argumentative. he only made derogatory remarks about everything, every other manufacturer, every distributor, every installer, and even talked trash about angies list itself.  accusing everybody of lying and deceiving.  i did not get a good vibe from this guy and do not trust him to do business with that company.

  • The window itself is an excellent product. Before they did the work, the salesman said some of the wood around the windows was questionable and they would replace the wood during the installation.  They installed the windows but did not replace all of the wood. Now, I have a window that leaks. I called them back to repair the issue but they told me it was not their problem.  I wish they would have been honest with me and did the job right the first time.  However, they did good work and cleaned up well. They were nice, polite, and professional. They were also on time and finished when they said they would.
