I do almost all work by myself, unless help is needed. At that point I have 3 part-time helpers whom I find to be totally dependable and trustworthy. I rarely sub-contract anything out, unless it is necessary for the job as a whole. My construction experience began with my Father at an early age,early teens, as he is a Carpenter himself. Since then I have had 13 years experience in the log-home field, along with everything else. I am whole-heartedly willing to work with a customer on those unusual or out-of-the-ordinary projects. I pride myself on going out of the way to make sure every aspect of the job is completed to the satisfaction of the client/homeowner and myself.Pricing varies upon the job or service. My normal fees are $30.00 per hour for general carpentry(one man). Many jobs are set to a certain bid price. All work pricing is negotiable, before beginning said work.
