FCountless ConstructionIts did not go well. Nothing was done correctly or fully. Ive paid them 16,900$ initially then the extra $4000 for plywood. They attempted to replace my roof and the amateurs that they are tore off my shingles, left it sit for around a week without shingles, then it rained, then it rained some more, all kinds of interior damages now with all of that happening(around $20-25K and counting in damage). Not to mention they dropped OSB wood through my daughter's ceiling before the water damage. They also attempted to replaced the siding and did a **** poor job at that. Not clipping correctly, overlapping all of it, not gapping out incorrectly and the white trim was cut horribly and just poor workmanship, molding not done very well, can still see the bricks, bricks were supposed to bet replaced, pillars were supposed to be replaced, and I was supposed to have shutters, and the garage was supposed to be replaced also. I Have no shutters and I still have no new garage doors. They also needed an extra $4000 to replace the PLYWOOD and he instead bought OSB and left the load of wood sit in the rain for weeks. They intended on still putting the warped and damaged wood onto my house. Ive since had to let these guys go and hired a different contractor.- Jeremy R.

BFrisby ConstructionWe are very happy with the work that Frisby construction did on our home. We had some pretty bad hail damage to our siding and gutters. They helped us through the entire process, from the estimates, to meeting with the adjuster, to sitting down and explaining our options for items that were not being covered by the claim. We chose to get the better grade siding and the price they quoted, was the price we paid. We did run into some delays with scheduling and it ended up being 12 weeks before they were able to start the project vs the original 4 to 6 weeks. However, once they began, the teams worked hard to make sure our home was beautiful again! They also made sure to clean up each day before they left, so it didn’t look like we were living in a construction zone. Thank you, Frisby!- Sara W.

AA-1 Superior Home Improvement, Travis Workman. We highly recommend this business. All work we required was completed. Our sister’s metal roof was painted ensuring a number of years of use without problems. Our gutters were cleaned and most important out siding was replaced that was damaged by a tree a number of years ago. We had sought out other service providers to repair the siding, but no one ever followed up. Most house siding is 4” but ours is 4 ½”, harder to find. Travis and his wife made calls and search to find siding that would work on our house. While it took a little time, they did not give up. After a number of years of tattered siding, thanks to their efforts, our house siding is renewed.

BThe project manager was very responsive. I did have to initiate most communication to verify when work was to be completed and follow up when they said they were working and did not show, but he was prompt to respond. The project kept getting moved out due to issues the crew had with their vehicle. In the sales pitch, I was told about this family company that does the work, but this job was outsourced. The crew did great work, however, they left me a mess to clean up. I collected an oatmeal can full of nails and other debris from my driveway and yard. They removed a metal awning and did not remove the connecting attachments from the ground, leaving sharp metal exposed. Had to remove myself. To do the siding they also removed the electrical line attached to my house, but did not reattach properly. Was told they normally did not do that, was offered a $100 discount, but that would not cover the cost of an electrician to fix. The siding crew also took away more gutter downspouts than they should have and they replaced those with no additional costs, but that was the fault of the siding crew. The end product looks great.

ANorth Coast and it's owner Nathan have handled our roofing issues to our complete satisfaction.. From the original roof replacement to fixing a couple of leaks that developed years later (one of which was actually a siding issue), they have have provided great service. They did not charge us for the followup work they did, even though it was several years after the roof installation.
