  • I am pretty happy with them but nothing is perfect. I see a lot of doctors so it is impossible to generalize. I pretty much get appointments within a short period of time, like, within a couple of weeks. One of the policies is if you want an appointment that day it won't be with your doctor, but you will get an appointment with somebody, so that is a good thing if you are in an emergency situation and have to go to the ER, I would rather go to a doctor's office. That is one of the good things about their stuff. I have not had a bad doctor at the Cleveland Clinic, so that is a good sign. There were some I disagreed with, but they were disagreeing for legitimate reasons, so we worked it out. I have had good follow up and the doctors I have had have worked together.  The other thing I like about the Cleveland Clinic is they have a system where you can look up your test results online after they become available and are approved by the doctor. The office environment is very good. They are pretty good with punctuality, but it is doctor by doctor. We have had some problems with miscommunication at the lab. Overall the communication has been above average. I think the billing and administration is pretty clear. I like the job they do and have not had any scr*w ups.

  • He's a fantastic doctor, the best doctor I ever had. He takes as much time as I need to talk and he's never in a hurry. I am able to communicate with him over the computer and I could ask him questions back. They take care of me as soon as I come in and I never have to wait very long.

  • There isn't anything I don't like about them. I like the services of the doctors and their efficiency and professionalism. When I'm walking down the hall, it doesn't matter if it is a doctor, nurse and maintenance person, they always speak and if it seems that I don't know where I'm going, they offer their assistance on where I need to go. They are very personable.

  • good now.I arrived and was brought into the exam room immediately and the doctor examined me and diagnosed me with kidney stones. She immediately set up an MRI for me and prescribed me pain medication. I went from her office directly to the imaging center and was taking care of. I followed up with an urologist the next week and everything is

  • I met with Dr. Binstock in November 2010. After telling the doctor my symptoms and requesting referrals to both a Nutritionist and a Psychologist she grudgingly referred me to both. I met with the Psychiatrist in March 2011. The  Psychiatrist took a look at the tests Dr. Binstock had run on me for my annual physical and noticed that many of my "numbers" were off just a little. The Psychiatrist ordered additional testing and discovered that my thyroid levels were 0.0297. The psychiatrist referred me back to Dr. Binstock for further evaluation. Dr. Binstock said, quote, "that's not that bad." I persisted and said, ".02 is not that bad?!". Dr. Binstock insisted it was fine, but referred me to the Endocrinologist anyway. The endo discovered a lump on my thyroid which ended up being a 3 cm papillary thryoid cancer. I had surgery to remove my entire thyroid, a bunch of lymph nodes, and two parathyroid glands, then had a  radioactive iodine treatment. Not only did Dr. Binstock completely miss the lump on my neck and the very low thyroid levels (normal TSH levels are .3-5.0), she treated me like a bother, like I didn't know what I was talking about, she dismissed my symptoms, and made me feel stupid. I would not send anyone to this doctor unless you want them to die.

  • Prescribed saw me for a total of 5 minutes, he was distracted by another patient which cut his time with me. Prescribed me Nexium, which I told him my insurance does not cover, but it did not phase him.
    Did not go back.
I figured on my own that the problem was due to taking the drug Boniva - stopped taking it and in a matter of 6 months no more chocking.

  • I always see Tina Corkwell who is the RN at this facility. Both she and Dr. Turowski are very thorough and are very good doctors. They are very good with diagnosis and make sure you are on the right medication. They are very good about getting you in quickly if something happens to where you need their service.

  • I haven't had any problems with them. I have been with them for 30 years. All the doctors I see are part of Kaiser. It's an HMO. The doctors and the staff are all very courteous. The staff is punctual and gets me in for my appointments as quickly as possible. The office environment is fine. I have pretty much used them since we moved into the area.

  • An assistant did the weigh-in, checked BP, etc. This day, other than checking that everything was ok, my concerns were: low iron (I had flunked the Red Cross blood donor test 2x); possibly using a blood pressure med that reduces hair loss in women that the dermatologist mentioned; telling him my dermatology exam showed no cancer; telling him about my toenail fungus that the dermatologist was going to culture for possible med. We went through my meds and he gave me renewal prescriptions. He gave me slips for a mammogram and some blood work, including iron and other hematocrit related factors for the low iron. I had lost the slip with the BP med name. Dr. Grossman pulled out the PDR and also asked the other doctor in the practice. But he wasn't sure the one I recalled would help women with hair loss so I may have to call the dermatologist. Dr. Grossman gave me a brief checkup and a breast exam. I like that Dr. Grossman listens to all my concerns and discusses them with me as adults. While I am not thrilled to be weighed, I know I won't be shamed over a slip. I first came to him because I had a doctor who got upset when I took my own blood pressure at home. She also disregarded my concern that I had poor glucose tolerance on a home meter. Dr. Grossman was like, "that can happen." (Ok fasting but poor tolerance.) He did an in-office test and got an A1C that showed I was early Type II.

  • I like that Kaiser is pretty comprehensive, so I can get everything but in hospital care through them. They are pretty efficient and conscientious. My husband has been pleased with the physicians in the office. I do not like the availability, because I have to call very far in advance to get an appointment set up. The office is very nice and they are punctual for appointments. The staff in the office is just fine. I like that my records are available online and the staff calls me back quickly when I need them too. They have treated us well when we have gone in, however no one has been able to get well. I do not plan on changing my provider any time soon. My husband is very pleased.
