    The owner of this dealership "Nathan Lancry" is a snake. He would shop at Saks Fifth Ave, in Beechwood weekly spend tens of thousands of dollars on suits etc. He would Valet his car with me, would always be in a new car, bmw m6, Ferrari etc. "nothing he sells on his lots". He would demand a front spot speaking to you like you barely exist and would not tip a single dollar regardless of the impeccable services I would provide. He did this to the other valets as well. He obviously doesn't care about anyone/anything but himself. I wouldn't trust this guy as far as I could throw him. Btw Bob Serpentini the owner of Serpentini Chevrolet would tip $50 when he would valet at restaurants in the area.���

    They've done a lot of other work for me over the past three years or so and I have not been disappointed even once. They're very reasonable and don't try and trick you into doing work that you don't need. I won't use anyone else for my vehicles.

    Went well. Didn't have to wait long. They fixed part of muffler, but had to come back in a month for them to fix another section. It would be easier if they had noticed the other section was about to fail, so I didn't have to come back so soon. Still a great experience, service is fast and the price is right.

    Idiots put one of my tires on backwards. Didn't realize until the belts in the tire broke, and I noticed a huge bubble. I took it in, expecting them to replace the tire. The manager said it was fine and refused to give me a new tire--even though it was Belle's fault the tire was ruined.

    Could have blown engine for no oil - they didn't replace - it did not leak or burn up. Just no oil, Air filter not replaced properly and fuel/air ratio out of whack. Both times took the car to a neighborhood guy instead to fix their mistakes. I'm also a single mom. My teenager took the car up after I scheduled appointments, once my 18 y/o son and the other my 17 y/o daughter. Neither were treated respectfully. Son asked what he was there for (hint: I scheduled an appointment and was asked what service i needed) and daughter was told she didn't have an appointment (yes we did) Toyota of Bedford lost their future sales ...

    Tires, maintenance...that type of thing is just fine here and reasonably priced. It's an old-fashioned gas station without sophisticated equipment. Mike is a good guy and will help you any way he can...even referring you to others if the work is outside of his range.

    It went really well. Your make and appointment they have a nice facility where they have snacks. They are very considerate. Almost like a family type atmosphere. If anything isn't right they will correct it. I have purchased 3 vehicles form them. I deal with Jimmy Phillips, a really nice guy. They always wash your can no matter what you have done.

    We got top notch service from Bob and his crew.  They got me in within about 15 minutes and out in about 30.  My niece had to have her car done the next day. We now no longer sound like freight trains.  I would recommend them to anyone, especially ladies. We were treated with respect and dignity.  No one tried to take advantage of us or sell us anything we did not need.  This place is very busy, so I am guessing that many people like their service, too.  They know what they are doing.

    I brought the car in so they could see it.  I had called first as I had been advised what part was needed by my car dealership.  They had the part and fixed it promptly while I waited.  My car no longer sounds like a freight train!   The price was right and the service was excellent.  I had my niece's car fixed there the next day and she, too, had excellent service.  We are now happy to drive down the street in peace and quiet!  All the help is nice,  respectful, and friendly.  This is a repeat performance with a different car, and I could not be more pleased with such continually top notch service at a reasonable price.

    Numerous scathing Yelp reviews.  Has a 1 star rating which is as low as it can go.
    Here is my story:  I bought a car from Auto World through eBay and had it delivered to my home in
    Bozeman, MT. They are a top rated eBay seller and the car had a clean CarFax
    and AutoCheck report. The car arrived. From a great distance away I could see
    that the car had been in an accident - the rear bumper was falling off and the
    rear hatch was not closed. When I opened the car to look for the paperwork, it
    was not where I was told it would be...I later found it. I was greated with an
    overwhelming stench. The car had been submerged and had extensive water damage
    and mold and filth and rust. The drivers seat was broken and parts were falling out.
    Several more parts were found strewn throughout the car. I found a receipt or work order
    showing that the dealer knew of a rear end accident. They glued the rear bumper back
    on. It fell off before it arrived. The battery was dead when the trucking
    company picked it up. The new battery is not the correct battery for the car.
    They also removed all the tie down straps and brackets for the battery which
    are now absent. The wiper blades were shreaded as are two of the door seals.
    They claimed the car had a timing chain and needed no maintenance. It has a
    timing belt that has not been maintained. The brakes which have near new brake
    pads on them were replaced but the rotors are warped and need replacing. There
    is extensive interior damage. They showed some of it but left out 90%. They
    take beautiful pictures that hide the true condition of the car. I called them
    immediately. They have brushed me off and made all kinds of excuses. Now I see
    that they have 60 complaints with the Ohio Attorney General and they are not a
    member of the BBB.
