ADunn-Rite Plumbing Repairs LLCWe have an odd sized bathroom in a home that is nearly 100 years old; however, they were able to remove the old tub and fit a new walk-in shower into the space nicely. The crew was polite and professional. Their rates were reasonable. We plan on hiring them again to add an exhaust fan.- April r.

AUnique Home SolutionsThey were able to get to me earlier than I thought and worked steadily each day until complete. Their work was very good and they were professional at all times and very courteous. They cleaned up any mess every evening before leaving. Once done I was very pleased with both the quality of the product and the work performed. I would recommend checking this company out to anyone.- Nolan F.

We are extremely pleased with Michael as a person, and as a contractor. Without a doubt, we will use Michael again in the future. AAmerican Wood RefaceIt really couldn't have gone better. Our sales person, Mary Jo, was professional and very helpful through the design process with no pressure. Our carpenter, Roger, was professional, flexible, meticulous, and a master craftsman. His work is incredible. The granite and tile people were on time and did fabulous work. The people in the office were quick to answer my questions. The quality of the materials they use is unmatched.- Ken W.

AAmerican Wood RefaceMary Jo came out to our home to show us the product in Mid March. My husband is an engineer and VERY picky about details. We were both impressed with the process and decided this was the best option for us since we had no interest in ripping out our cabinets and risk damaging our existing granite. Mary Jo helped us to decide what we wanted to change about our existing lay out and helped us to choose our cabinet style and color (parchment). We were not expecting to be able to get the project started until June, which was okay because we had a big graduation party planned for May. To our surprise we got a call from the office saying they could start May 6 and that the project was expected to take a little over a week. Even though our party was late May, we decided to go ahead with the project. In early April, Jason came out to take measurements and gave me some advise on the direction of door swings and other details. On May 6 our carpenter Brandon arrived at around 10am and immediately started working. The first few days Brandon was only there for about 4-5 hours, and to be honest I was a little nervous about the project getting done. He worked the entire time he was there and was neat and polite. He was also meticulous and very detailed and when he left at night there was no mess. Actually there was practically no mess at all during the entire project, he cut pieces in our garage and that is the only dust he created. By Friday things were looking pretty good and I assumed I would see Brandon on Monday morning, but before he left he asked if he could work Saturday and Sunday(Mothers Day). Well I could think of no better Mothers Day gift than my kitchen being completed-and it was, by Sunday evening Brandon was finished! The next week I requested that one of the doors be restricted so it couldn't bump into our corner cabinet and Jason arrived the nest morning with a fix! We are so happy with the way our kitchen looks as well as the quality of the materials and craftsmanship. Our experience with American Wood Reface was positive from beginning to end and I would use them again in a minute! Our party was this past Sunday and everyone loved the kitchen, they truly did not believe we did not get completely new cabinets. Great experience, awesome kitchen!- Andrea D.

AQuality Woodworking & ConstructionWe did the demo ourselves. Then Mr. Litt started the whole process and was so good at working with our people as certain plumbing and electrical maters had to be taken care of. It just worked so smoothly. We are so pleased with the whole process that we have already asked him to get an estimate for the upstairs bath and a walk-in closet remodel. We have before and after photos that we would be happy to share.- Penny F.

AArchitectural JusticeWe upgraded our kitchen countertop from formica to granite along with a solid surface sink and new faucet and plumbing. The Architectural Justice showroom is over the top with displays of current trends and options that might overwhelm some customers but with the guidance of one of their consultants, Denise Rideout, we found it to be a simple process to weed down the largest selection of grante we saw on site of the suppliers visited to exactly what we were looking for. We found the process from the consultation to the installation to be handled with professionalism. The schedule initially mentioned and then set were as promised and met. The installers were on site the entire day and were professional and courteous. I would recommend Architectural Justice to my own clients as a place to shop for their construction or remodeling needs. The only improvement I would suggest would be a little more attention to the details in the area of options/additional charges and explanations. I have had homes built and am a Realtor so I work within the business and know I am anal about details because of this and an accounting background as it is what creates the issues in a real estate transaction or any other part of any transaction. People only know what they know and it is hard when you deal with something on a daily basis to remember or realize what the client understands. There was some confusion on my particular job as to the reinstallation of a new replacement cooktop as well as some pricing on who did what. It was all handled immediately but it would have been better addressed up front.- Linda R.

AThiel's Home Solutionssales person came to house to discuss options and pick products. person doing the installation contacted us with time he would be there. the person doing the installation was on time and did an excellent job in informing us on how he was going to take the existing tub and shower out and put in the new units. installation people were very nice and made sure to put covers over floors that they were walking on and to clean up any mess that was evolved in the work.- Mark T.

AI highly recommend Travis Beckler Painting LLC. He and his crew painted almost all of the interior walls of our home. He and his crew were professional, curtious, and hard working. They did 12 rooms in our home, and finished the work in 3 days. He and his team went above and beyond, and actually did caulking work throughout the home. They sanded all of the walls, washed them, and really put in the work to make our vision a reality. Our home has brand new painted walls, just in time for the holidays. We are thrilled with the results. In the future we will definitely use Travis Beckler Painting LLC for any future projects.

FDuring the initial meeting when we received our estimate and up until the day we signed our contract, we were very pleased with our decision to go with Mike and his company. He had lots of information to pass along, plenty of "5 stars" and "A Ratings" with documentation to prove it. Lots of wonderful talk and paperwork showing how important his clients were to the success of his company. Once we signed our contract everything began to go downhill. It took more than 3 months to get the new roof put on (was told no more than 4 weeks, weather did play some of a roll in this so we didn't hold a grudge over it). However, they came and installed an entire new roof and tear down in one day while my wife and I were at work, no notification they were coming or working at the house that day. No chance for us to see what it looked like below the shingles, no chance to meet his subcontractors, no chance to take the dogs somewhere for the day. The very first rain came just a few days later, we had 2 new leaks. Mike wouldn't return our phone calls and it took another 8 weeks for them to come out and fix the damage (on the outside, we were responsible for all the new damage inside the home). Another 5 months went by, playing phone tag and exchanging text messages with Mike. We were continually told we were next on the docket for gutters. Finally we cut our losses and hired another company to do it instead. No apology, no coverage for new damages, and overall a terrible experience that I would not hope for any homeowner. In the year and half since, we have had to do more repairs on our "new" roof, and rather than use our warranty we have paid to have someone else come and work on our home. Our money deserved to have gone elsewhere.

FNOBODY ever came to assess our area to give us a quote. I called Basement Doctor Thursday, July 30. This was my first contact with them. Around 5p Jesse, called. He inquired about location of egress, our address, & our availability to meet with him. He also said that he needs to check with the auditors office. That threw a red flag. Nobody requested that. We’re homeowners. At 5:05 I texted Jesse a few pictures of the interior & exterior of the interested egress location. 9:27 that evening, Jesse texted: You have plenty enough room for egress window sorry I just got out of the appointment about 30 minutes ago we will get you on the schedule and I can come take a look at it :) I texted back, “ no problem, thanks” (Jesse didn’t read my text until Mon, Aug 3...4 days later). Mon, Aug 3 @ 11:00a Jesse texted: I have not forgotten about you lol Well, it’s now Sun, Aug 30. One day shy of four weeks! POOR business representative. Maybe something happened but someone else should’ve followed up. We WILL NOT be using Basement Doctor. Really disappointed.
