    My general doctor is Dr. Kelly. I see her once a year. She is very nice. I really like her. I was in there for this year , they did all the exams and I was waiting for my doctor, the told me that I am early then whole year so , your insurance will not cover this visit. So I was like this is not my fault, you guys should have told me earlier. That was my worst experience with them.

    She was very through. She wanted to know everything. She was able to explain my problems and diagnose me properly. She was very kind and enthusiastic while treating me. She is very friendly. My husband and I call her "the perfect doctor." She is very down to earth and is realy in it with you. Most importantly, she has a sense of humor.

    From start to finish the christ ,auburn hospital is a nice environment to have to go to.They tell you about construction and parking, and even offer valet parking.After registration it goes like clock work, not too bad of a wait, and they treat you with respect and answer any questions , good staff.

    My husband likes the personal attention he receives from the doctor. He diagnosed my husband years ago with an illness that was a mystery to him. He spent the time he needed to help my husband with that illness. My husband also likes the office staff. His treatment has been as effective as it can be.

    He's knowledgeable and personable. Considering I was told I was in the percentage of people that the treatment worked for was good. The treatment I went for doesn't have a 100% success rate. It worked for me, so I was happy.

    We think the world of him. He is very personable. When you see him, he gives you the time of day. He is very much on point and will tell you all the information that you need to know and answers any questions. You feel like you have had a good office visit when you leave. I really like him because he gives you so much information in a clear and understandable way.

    Although I was referred to this office by my insurance and their listing said that they are accepting new patients, when I called I was informed that they are not accepting new patients at this time. Hey, your busy I get it.....don't advertise that your available and then turn paying customers away.

    He is very good.  Everyone is welcoming at the office.  He was on time.  His staff was well prepared to get me ready for the check up.  He gave me a verbal report yesterday and a follow up verbal report form the office today.

    This review also applies to my experience with The Urology Group. A horrible experience overall. I had to wait more than an hour for both the consultation visit and the procedure. There were no signs of concern or offered apology in either case. The staff was unfriendly and quite rude regarding billing (I paid onsite with an HSA debit card). The doctor was lacking in bedside manner and repeatedly ignored complaints that the local anesthetic was not working -- A longer wait between administering the anesthetic and performing the procedure probably would have helped, but I'm sure he was behind schedule and didn't have the extra time. Overall, the procedure was extremely painful and felt rushed -- I would not recommend this doctor or his practice to anyone.

    I was incredibly dissatisfied with this first surgical experience. It was so bad in fact - that I consider it a blessing. It has made me distrust and dislike western medicine in many ways. Though it is handy to save your life from time to time, this horror of an experience taught me that being healthy is the best way, hands down. However, I suspect I might have felt better about Dr. Bennett if he hadn't been so dodgy. He even avoided me in the hallway of the hospital, couldn't just say hello - the morning of my second surgery. I had never given him any reason to behave this way. I was very compliant. If he had taken the time to have reasonable dialog with me I might have felt differently about these incredibly painful, seemingly unnecessary, expensive procedures. I left the experience perplexed, angry and utterly disillusioned. It has made me much more proactive about my medical care, which is unfortunately something most doctors resent. At this juncture I see no other way to protect oneself. I will now simply select doctors extremely carefully, and make sure a reasonably brief but enlightening conversation is not too much for them to take.
