    Mr Rooter Plumbing of Norwalk
Very well, The technician put covers on his shoes immediately upon entering our home. He solved the clogging problem with a power snake, and following that up with an amazing "power flush" of the drains, which was a great follow-up on removing the clog. He furthermore noted a leak under the kitchen sink, and pulled everything out and sealed the area. We would definitely use again.... and most likely will, since this same drain doesn't have enough slope, plus a couple of 90-degree turns, so it clogs up about once a year. We liked the fact that since this happened over a holiday weekend, someone answered the phone at a central answering source and had an appointment for us for the first thing on the morning of the day following the holiday.

    C.C. Real Estate Services
I have begged and pleaded with Steve C. the owner to five me receipts for the $4000 I spent in labor, parts, well pump, water heater, faucet, and wiring. Steve kept playing games and would not give me a single receipt and he tried to talk and tell me how much of a favor he was doing me. He left broken water lines, his mess from working on the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. He seemed very meticulous and knowledgable at first very generous and genuine. I am usually a great judge of character, but I got scammed. He put the wrong wires together on the call swithch and I kept calling him for help approximately a month and a half because it caused two electrical fires and we were running out of water every single day. I have proof of the text messages and phone call interactions . Finally he came back by acd changed the burnt switch and uncrossed the wires and it worked great until I just found out yesterday that the well pump he bought over the course of the summer is burnt up . I'm screwed because I have him 500$ for a brand new one and he need gave me a receipt and I wasn't home when he brought the new pump home so it could be one off off old well he dug up. If my water heater goes out I'm done for because he REFUSES after nicely begging him as a single mother trying to keep my head above water. I've even had prior look at it first installed and they said "Jess, that is no a new water heater." I trusted him and he knew when I called him I told him my dad died it makes me sick that someone is so unprofessional that they can't give someone $4000 in receipts for stuff they paid for and act like you put brand new parts in my house. He could be doing this just be aware ask for receipts don't want other people parts that could be refurbished put in your home when you're paying for brand new and trusting a 5 star company!!!!. I got scammed and robbed.

    Mr Rooter Plumbing of Norwalk
I guess I got confused by their name.. I thought it might be an offshoot of Roto Rooter, they told me they did not charge by the hour, but by the job preformed.. I thought it sounded like a good deal... well it was NOT to unclog the drain took hi, no more than 20 minutes, and he charged me almost 200.00.. I thought that was way too expensive, then he saw a leak in the pipes under my kitchen sink and said he could re assemble them.... for $400.00... get out of here.... they were way too expensive and I will never use them again

    DeLuca Plumbing
Excellent. Prompt, reliable, professional. Sucessfully unclogged drain in a very short time.
Will be using this plumber in the future for other plumbing projects.
Only drawback on price is that DeLuca does not take credit cards.

    Neel Plumbing
He was amazing and he showed me how things that I didn't even know about as we had water running out of the pipes and we  were being charged for water that was going into the ground because of this leak and the pipes were not even up to code. His prices are really great because he went above and beyond. They were very responsive and they were there the same day I called.

    Chaffee Contractors LLC
Each time that Ron ("Jay") Chaffee responds to our requests for services, he responds in a timely manner, is punctual, professionally attired, respectful of our property, our belongings, and our privacy.  He is very neat and clean with his work, and sets priorities based on our needs and his extensive experience.  He is self-directed and uses exceptionally good judgment about what, when, where and how to carry out and complete our projects.  He offers good judgment about design and practicality issues, and is very flexible when we occasionally change our minds or make additional requests.  He shares creative ideas with us and helps us to think through and plan our projects.  He is an excellent general contractor in that he plans projects with every detail in mind and works well with sub-contractors, directing them in a manner that makes the work go very smoothly.  He is relaxed and confident about his work.  We find Mr. Chaffee to be very honest and an expert in a number of fields.  We are extremely pleased every time we call Mr. Chaffee for another one of our projects.  He has completely moved our laundry room, including drywall, plumbing and electrical, etc., from one area to another; has set up the plumbing and electrical for our planned wet bar in our family room; and many other projects.  We plan to use Mr. Chaffee to reface our fireplace and build a mantel, bookcases, and window seats in the future.  We cannot believe our incredible good fortune in finding such a great contractor.
