Brought in protective padding for walls/railings, talked through how they would perform the complex move (lots of tight twists and turns with a 7 ft, 350lb+ piece of furniture and were done in 30 minutes with no issues. ALeaders Moving & Storage Co of Northeast OhioLeaders moving made this move so easy for us. Our mover's Cori & Mike arrived right on time. They wrapped & packed all fragile items so they would be safe. Once all furniture etc was packed they had a 2 hour drive. Once there they quickly and efficiently unloaded everything. Then made the 2 hour drive back to Cleveland. That's a lot of work but still they were courteous & friendly. Thank you Cori & Mike! ALeaders Moving & Storage Co of Northeast OhioWe were moving our daughter from PA to OH into her first apartment during this pandemic! We had 3 vehicles and a trailer filled. Needless to say we were stressed and anxious about all of it. We hired Leaders to provide us with onsite unloading help. (I never even knew that was a thing) We were concerned about covid safety on top of all the normal stress of moving our daughter. We could not have been happier with the whole process! From how easy Chris made the initial pre move paperwork , information and contract. He was Very easy to work with and communicated everything in a clear & timely manner. The price was fair and worth EVERY penny. The onsite team that came to help was FANTASTIC!! Will, Jacob and Andrew were so accommodating and flexible , as this, by nature was a little chaotic with the elevators and covid and other stuff going on but Will , the lead, just calmed us and reassured us that everything would get moved SAFEFLY AND RESPECTFULLY as they also wore masks from beginning to the end!!! They were 3 strong young men who worked their butts off for us! They were even willing to offer help with a problem from a separate situation with a different company delivering an oversized sofa. ...We just can't say enough about how hard these 3 men worked and how professional and polite they were. I have been telling all my friends about our experience and how we would highly recommend Leaders and when and if our daughter moves to a different apartment we will def be calling LEADERS!!- Nancy G.

AMeeting with Angelo Carcioppolo and walking through for his estimate indicated to us we were in good hands. He was helpful,professional, knowledgeable and ready to help us make a smooth move Our move coordinator Keighley Yusko was so helpful in answering questions. Directing us to what needed to be done prior to the move and answering more questions !!! We really felt we had a great resource in her expertise . The four gentlemen who moved us could not have been more careful, knowledgeable, professional and enjoyable- they made light work of this big job ! Our possessions were treated with care above and beyond expectations. Our home was "move proofed" so floors did not take abuse from the move. the idea of this big move was stressful- not so ! It actually was amazingly calm and worry free. We cannot thank everyone involved enough- and thank you does not seem like enough of an accolade. It was perfect.

AEdwin, Tommy and Will performed my move. They were all very polite and respectful. They worked non-stop, quickly and efficiently. Offer staffers Dominique and Ashante were also very friendly. I seriously underestimated the amount of stuff I had and they were very accommodating as I continued to make changes.

AThey were simply amazing. Moving can be very stressful and they did a great job of making the process seamless. I called the company a few weeks before my moving date to schedule an appointment and I received plenty of information on what to expect. On the actual moving date, they were arrived on time with masks on as well as their large moving truck. They were communicative as to double checking what things we want moved and what we didn't, and they took really good care of our items. We had some larger things like bed frame, mattress, desk, etc. and they packed them very well. The unpacking process was also very professional and easy. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!
