    JENNINGS HEATING & COOLING
    Horrible! Look at attached picture. I knew I was paying way more then the job was worth but wanted the best of the best. Boy was I wrong. Got the worst of the worst! My unit for a new AC system is not only outside but is a split unit so most parts are up in my attic inside. Jennings did not install the water drip pan properly and ruined my ceiling so we had to replace entire ceiling to be dry-walled and repainted. Then Jennings sends us a drywall company to use, Kodzev, that they use and he completely botches the job and gets paint all over my walls so now entire home needs repainted. This has been a nightmare. Jennings General manager, Mike, mentioned giving a partial refund for all the troubles and stress and loss of income of having to miss 8 days of work to be home for contractors which was a huge loss of income for us but when i asked about it a few weeks later he told me to talk to insurance company! Of course insurance company will NOT cover missing work and loss of income so thats another 1200.00 lost. I am so stressed over this situation and Jennings has handled it terribly. We have lost so much money over this blotched job!! Use anyone but Jennings!!

    I made the appointment 2 months in advance. i called the day before to confirm. they were to come 9am-1pm. I took a day off work and got up early to clear everything away from the furnace area, etc. 2pm.. NO SHOW...NO CALLS. i called them. evidently it doesn't matter if you had an appointment, if you do not PAY their priority customer yearly FEE.... they can skip you if they want and not even be courteous about it. even if the system you have is from them! she asked if I wanted to continue to wait with no guarantees they'll show up... i said No Thanks, I have better things to do with my Time. i already wasted HOURS..and would not of known anything had I not called you.. ( and was put on hold for a long long time, as always) let alone a wasted day off work.

    It went so well. I was going on vacation and my furnace went out. They came out and completely installed my furnace the next day, even went as far as to replace the exhaust when I went to get the parts for it. They did it with no extra charge. Punctual, fast, professional, clean, nice, simply awesome in every way. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Sal's.

    Everything has been working ok, I haven't had any problems. I got 3 bids and one was with the owner of the company. He spoke with my family and I and we were happy with him. They came in and got it installed and it has been working fine. They cleaned up after themselves.

    It went amazing. They were fast and professional. The price was a lot less than I expected. We really trust them. They also repaired our furnace last year. It was the middle of the night, everyone else wanted hundreds of dollars just to come out. Chuck (the owner) came over and said it was just the sensor. He only charged us for the service call $80.00. His repairs have been spot on and we have not had an issue again with anything he has fixed.

    Kenny, Aaron and Joe were right on time! They were very conscientious and courteous. Kenny did a great job explaining to me as the job ensued. They did run into some problems with putting the system in, but they took care of all of it quickly and efficiently. There were no surprise add-on costs for me. The guys did a great job cleaning up everything!

    Mark and Scott far exceeded my expectations. They scheduled the time as requested and were right on time. They also called to let me know they were en route before showing up. They covered their shoes in the house and treated it as they would their own. The inspection and cleaning was so thorough that I felt guilty about the low price paid. Mark even explained simple fixes that could save a furnace call if I ever ran into some common furnace problems. Advanced Air Solutions has definitely earned my future business and you should let them try to earn yours as well.

    They did a good job. They were prompt and they called us back. They came out when they were supposed to. The person that came out was professional. He took his time. We didn’t need any coolant. He was honest. He could have said that we did or he could have said we needed parts but he told us the truth. That’s very important when you have someone come out. You don’t know what anything is wrong or right but you’d expect somebody else to tell you what it is and he was very good at that. Price was good. It wasn’t real high. It wasn’t real low. It’s an average or medium price.

    I called Advanced Air solutions when I first found him on Angie's List because of his A status and the reviews as well. The reviews outside of Angie's were great as well and I see why. When I first spoke with him over the phone I felt like it was weird that I first got Mark the Owner and not an assistant or something. I told him that I was interested and wanted an estimate and we set up a date that he was at a job that morning but could pull strings to run over and do one. I was kinda worried that the man I spoke to wouldnt remember what we talked about on the phone because he is so busy, BOY WAS I WRONG! Mark shows up and comes in and answers everything that I wanted to know and more and checks things out to make sure he has his grounds covered when he would come back for install. It was quick and simple and he only stayed a lil longer because I offered him a cup of coffee and we spoke a lil on Hvac. Mark has a passion beyond HVAC and  its with people and doing the right thing the first time.  He will be my go to guy for the future. Thanks Mark and Scott!!!!
