  Everything was AMAZING!!! Due to a family issues we had a need to have everything checked and make sure we didn't have any further issues. Shamy Heating and Air came out and did a great inspection on our whole system. Gave suggestion on things to make our house better and found the issue with the AC. Had issues with an old thermostat. The Service person had a new thermostat in the truck. Made the change to an updated digital thermostat. Verified everything was in working order before leaving. Will call Shamy Heating and Air for any future issues,

  every thing went ok except the young kid tservice the furnace and change the filter and then the olderly gentel man came in and reservice again that was very good of him at no charge  so overall it came out to be good.

  We took full advantage of the rebate program and had @ $4000 worth of insulation done to our old house. Our cost was @ $1500 after the rebates. It was a 1400 square foot home with a full basement unfinished. Needed 6 inches of blown in insulation in the attic, the walls had zero which we also had blown in. Air sealed the attic and the knee wall (basement/foundation). The recommendation and services for the insulation done thru Enersol cut our natural gas bill by 2/3rds. Excellent program!

  They were all right. They did a nice job. The furnace is in and it looks good.
  
  Initially, I was not happy with their follow-up and there were a couple of other issues that I was not happy about. However, to their credit, I received a call from the guy who sold me my new furnace. He was very apologetic about the poor service and actually admitted that they had screwed up. One of the issues I had was that it took them a long time to remove the old furnace. They were supposed to haul the old furnace out and the guy said he would have somebody come over in two days. It sat in my basement for 1 1/2 weeks and I finally had to call. He did admit that they were in the wrong. The guy said he had a death in the family and he was sorry. I was bothered by that and a couple of other issues but Terry (from Action) did call me and talk to me about the service.
  
  To be fair, the furnace works great and my house was toasty warm all winter long. It also looks like my gas rates likely went down so that is a good thing.
  
  I guess that I would recommend Action since it is a nice furnace and they DID put it in in the space of a day. I would just caution anyone hiring them to keep on them if something seems amiss or out of the ordinary. They do seem to be responsive to the concerns of the customer.
  
  In reading the provider response, the only comment I will take issue with is the statement that "Scott" tried twice to call me to arrange to remove the old furnace. That never happened and as I work out of my home, I am always there.
  
  Other than that, my amendment stands.

  They provided great explainations of options and we decided to move forward with an upgrade. We scheduled the date. they arrived on time and completed the work as estimated. They helped prepare all of the paperwork for rebates and tax incentives. Two weeks later we passed inspection by the local agency without any issues. This is the second major project that they have completed and we have been very pleased with the quality of the work and professionial appearance and care they exhibit while in our home.
