    Easy to book. Pricier than I expected, but prompt service. Delivery was earlier than the estimated date. This company is a broker, not the actual carrier. Only odd thing was they expected cash on delivery, not cashiers check or credit card. After some negotiation they agreed to accept a cashiers check upon delivery.

    They have always done an excellent job and I am very comfortable going to them with any question about my car as well as regular scheduled work. They are ethical and honest as well as having skilled technicians.

    I have bought three cars from AutoNation. Since I thought so highly of them, I even got some of my friends and relatives to buy cars from them. I have been a loyal customer until now. Over the past few years they have drastically changed from a truly honest and caring dealership to an inconsiderate and uncaring for their customer���s needs. I went in for a repair to one of my cars that would take more than a day so they told me they would give me a free loaner car. They gave me a blank renter agreement to sign with all of the cost lines blank. It is common business practice not to have any blanks in a contract, since they could fill in any cost in those lines after I signed the contract. A manager told me I had to sign the blank contract because it was company���s policy. So I decided not to take the loaner. At that point the manager kicked out of the dealership. It was very un-business like and rude to the customer. Never do business with them.

    We knew something was wrong with the car but we didn’t know if it was worth fixing it.  They gave us an estimate of what it would cost. We had then fixed some things, not everything like the most expensive like we needed a new transmission.  We broke apart the quote and fixed what we could. They pushed us to really think whether we needed this work.

    Jason at Northfield took my call, gave me an estimate over the phone, scheduled me in for same day service and, when I got there, had the work completed in 2 hours so I could get going again. On top of it, they gave me a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty on the job as well as free roadside assistance card

    Great customer service.  They came to me and I was not without my car all day.  It took them just over two hours.   Very professional detail.  I just wanted to get a good coat of wax on my car before the winter salt got to the paint.  I will use this company again in the spring for another coat of wax.  I am a very satisfied customer.

    Don't now what happened to this place  Used to do good work.  Brought my car there in January 2015 to have the front bumper cover repaird.  The body work cracked the next day after the repair and had to call to schedule for another fix.  Owner finally did a second repair several weeks later and guess what it cracked again in the same place overnight.  Tried calling the owner and never got a return call finally answered the phone and said he was too busy but would make it right.  Two months later brought the car in and was supposed to be done on a Monday.  Called all day Monday and never got a return call and the shop was closed up.  Called again on Tuesday same result.  Had to call the police Tuesday for them to get in touch with someone there because the shop was locked and my daughter needed the car for work.  Finally got the car back and it was never touched.  Had it for over a week and never did a thing to it.  Been calling trying to get my money back and basically told me he is not going to fix his awful repair work.  Took it to another job was fixed quickly and no recurring crack.  Not only did he take my money he never repaired the body properly and each time it took days longer than he promised.  Have been going there for many years but never again.  Do yourself a favor and go else where as I now have to go to small claims court to get my money back.  Too bad because they used to do good work
    Went to small claims court and won the case.  Guess what?  The owner says he doesn't care what the court says and will not pay me despite the court finding in my favor.  Back to court we go again.

    Owner filed an appeal and was denied.  Despite losing again in the court he still refuses to pay and now will not even appear in court.

    The owners were very nice.  Saturday hours helped me out.    It seems to be a good family business.  I've been looking for a place my wife would be comfortable going to.          I'll go back and try them out again for other car items.

    The worst buying experience I even had buying a car.  The Honda car itself is fine, a great car.  The problem is with Jay Honda as a dealership.  First when negotiating the price of the car I was told that I had to pay extra to get my tire filled with air.  They use ?nitrogen? to fill the tire at the dealership.  87 percent of the air is nitrogen and the tire expert say that there is no advantage of filling tires with nitrogen. 
    Second, after all of the paper work and paying for the car, the salesman gave me the keys and just told me my new car is in the parking lot and pointed.  No one explain the features of the car, how anything worked, how to sync my phone to the car, nothing.  They just kicked me out into the parking lot and I had to use the remote keyless entry to find my new car.  
    Lastly within a few months my tires were lower with ?nitrogen?.  I call Jay?s to see if they would top off my tires with nitrogen since I paid them all of the money in the first place for the nitrogen.  They told me they charge 40 dollars to top off my tires.  
    I will never buy a car from them again.
