    Kitchen Design Center
Complete Kitchen remodel. New Cabinets, Kitchen sink, counter tops., flooring. We removed a portion of a wall to widen the entry zone. There were delays in the flooring that were not their fault but it did extend out the time frame of the project. Any issues that were pointed out were quickly rectified to our satisfaction. Workers were timely and courteous. Very pleased with the results. We would use them again.

The bathroom is an upstairs 4'X8' second bathroom. All of the demolition was done by us prior to us getting a quote. All we needed to be done was a LEVEL floor put in, drywall hung, and new vanity and toilet installed. We were quoted a price in early October, we paid in full (big mistake) with the work to be completed as soon as possible. After a month of waiting Sears finally called and told us our installation would begin on Dec. 19, at 9 AM, so my husband took the day off work to be home. At about 11 AM on Dec. 19 Sears called and let my husband know that the installer was not going to be able to start until the next day. Had my husband known this much earlier he could have gone to work and not wasted a vacation day! We had to purchase our own toilet because they only could get us white (we wanted black). We ordered the vanity through Sears, but on the day of installation (December 20), we were told there was a mistake and instead a medicine cabinet had been ordered and we would have to wait for the bathroom to be completed an additional 6-8 weeks. Being that we paid in full and we already waited over a month for the installation to begin and now we would be waiting an additional two months for the vanity my husband asked for the "boss" to call him and discuss what could be done. The boss never called us even though we were assured he would be in touch. We had the installer go ahead and complete everything except the vanity so we could at least have the bathroom to use. During the installation, the hot water line got broken and all the water went into the garage below onto my husband's garage computer, workbench, and stereo. The computer and stereo were both very old, so we told him not to worry about the damages. After the installer was finished he left, never asked us to check or sign off on the work. The floor is not level (2" in 4' slope), we have no vanity (so you can't wash your hands), the room was left with drywall dust all over, and we still have not heard from the "boss". When we called today to ask for the installer to come back to make the floor level we were told he will get to it when he has a chance! This was not a difficult project, it was supposed to be completed in 2 days and it as been a nightmare!!!!!!!

    Licaro Builders LLC
Very well. Many companies say they're all about "customer service" but Jimmy LiPuma at Licaro truly is. He demonstrated his commitment to our project from planning and budgeting to the final walk through. He was respectful of our budget and our time, very communicative and willing to discuss and explore options when we ran into obstacles (we only had a couple of bumps - no matter how well you plan there always are - but Jimmy and his team got them resolved quickly.) We look forward to working with him on any future projects!

Alan and his company are consummate professionals - highly skilled, creative, dedicated, hard working, friendly and honest. They are a terrific choice for anyone considering remodeling or repairs. What I thought was a leak in the shower drain damaging the downstairs ceiling was discovered through Alan's thorough inspection to be the result of an exterior chimney issue leading to rainwater damaging the interior structures. Alan explained the problems, offered options and suggestions, and completed the full repair and remodel true to his estimate and promised completion time. This included repairing the 2 1/2 story chimney , all hidden damages, framing, drywall, subfloor and flooring, plumbing and electrical, ceiling repairs and painting, and installation of new shower, toilet, and vanity. A.M.L.S. accomplished this with skill and attention to detail while maintaining and leaving a clean and organized work site , providing great communication, and being truly considerate of the homeowners daily schedule.

    A. S. Renovation
He did a fantastic job and would we would recommend him to anyone. He brought ideas that we didn't even think of when we started the project, such as raising the ceiling (which made the bathroom look a lot larger). He put in a full tile shower with a seat, new walls, tiling flooring, lighting, etc. I provided a picture but it doesn't do justice as to how good it looks. In our utility room he put in new flooring, fixed our walls, and rerouted some of our plumbing. We were very satisfied with that work also. Jay had done some tile work in our house previously and that's what convinced us to use him again.

    Highest Integrity Services, Inc.
Most recently they have worked on smaller projects including painting, installation of a handrail, plumbing repairs, and high-pressure water sanding of our deck in preparation for biannual restaining. Five stars.

The project was a disaster. The tile work was horrible! The tile was layed uneven, grout was bubbling and cracking as well as had variations in color, mosaic accent was not installed properly-not flush with other tile, pitch of floor tile pitched away from drain causing pooling water and mold at back of shower. Contractor was put on notice of these issues and stated he would come out and correct work but changed his mind and went on to another project leaving us wth an unusable shower. Due to his workmanship and Incomplete job, we with held remainder of payment. Contractor placed lien on our property until we agreed to payment terms. We had to hire an attorney to resolve the matter. Now we have to pay $6,800 to a new licensed contractor to have all his worked ripped out and replaced properly. The contractor who was representImg himself as licensed, bonded and insured to do tile work remodels is by trade a licensed electrician. do not hire this guy. The quality of his work is horrible and he does not stand by it. He was also never on site when he was suppose to be.......always late as he said he had issues with his babysitter. He had his father there to oversee the young guys he hired for the summer {who appear to have just been learning how to lay tile}. His father was no help as I'm not sure he knew anything about tile work either.  We have had previous complete bathroom remodels and never had an issue. The work in our other bathrooms is impeccable! One added note, we agreed on a price quote and he nickeled and dimed us throughout the whole job and added $1,300 in change orders at the end that were not even agreed upon. He just gave us an added invoice at the end of the project.

he was found guilty in a lawsuit and i received a judgement for $100.000 he has not paid a dime.  he is working under the table and advertizes on craigslist under  "expert rehabs and flips. he says he is bonded and insured.  i doubt it.  he entered into a fradulent land contract with his tenants on a house that was underwater and has a lein on it by me.  i have leins on all his properties.  his parents passed years ago and he is collecting rent on them.  his present tenants filed a lawsuit against him for fraud.  he owes several businnesses several thousand dollars plus the irs about 16 thousand dollars.  its all on public websites he is hiding assets and i know where they are.  he admitted to his tenants that he will not get a paying job due to wage garnishment.  he has been in court with me for the past 7 years.. he says he has no money but is working under the table.  i have proof.  he advertises on craigs list for work.  he has lied in court on depositions.  i have all the copies of his lies plus taped phone conversations.  he has not paid me one penny.  he has 5 properties that i have leins on.  he ruined my entire house and lied about his business,  i am suffering greatly for his faulty work.  my house makes noise like its going to fall down. his contractors testified against him in court.  thers much more damage he did that was not mentioned.  i have all the pictures and video tapes.  i have been trying to collect for tha past 4 years. there is a warrent for his arrest.  everything is on the parma court website and the cuyahoga county court docket.  he owes numerous businesses.  his own lawyer even sued him for lack of payment.  he needs to pay  and get a job.  i have reported him to the irs again .

    Architectural Justice

We used them two years ago. It was a long time. They were good, but were a little pricey. I am not sure they will ever reduce their prices. Their quality of work is very high so they can charge the price, I guess. They were great, otherwise. Everything was good.
