AGreen and Clean Home ServicesI made my appointment through Angie's List. David called back the same day. It was about 3 weeks before he could do the work. I wanted to have my ducts cleaned after some renovations, and also have my couch & loveseat cleaned. Communication was great! He texted me the day before to confirm, and then texted me about a half hour before he arrived. When he got here I showed him all of the vents and air returns in my house. He showed me what two of the ducts looked like before and after he cleaned. Amazing transformation! I had no idea my ducts were so gross. It took about 2 hours for him to set up, clean all of the ducts (1080 sq ft house plus basement) and the upholstery. Everything was tidy when he left.- JESSICA B.

When Margaret and her assistant Mario arrived she said she had a PASSION for cleaning. Her words proved to be true. They were diligent, hard working, efficient and professional. I have hard wood floors and tile that needed to be cleaned on hands and knees and they did a thorough job! Dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, showers, bathtub also moving furniture to do an amazing job! FTerrible! I was contacted and told someone would be available on a particular date and time. They could not provide anyone on the first, second or third date they offered and they cancelled all three appointments. Finally they suggested a fourth date and time, I agreed with the proviso that if they failed to perform this time to cancel me as a customer and give me a full refund for the advance I made on my credit card, They failed for a 4th time & gave me a refund, Next thing I know someone comes to my door a short time later to clean. I refused admittance and said I had terminated Handy's services. Then I checked my credit card to find Handy had withdrawn a fee for this second, unauthorized, service. They have no given me a full refund and I do not know if they have removed me as a customer.

DThe crew was really friendly and polite, but we had the feeling they completed the service too fast, a little over 2 hours for about 2000 sf. They were not able to remove the stains in the living room, and only when my husband insisted they tried several other cleaning products that didn't work out. The stain was made the day before, when the previous owners were moving out. Then were ready to leave when I asked about the stain in one of the rooms. He said he couldn't get it out. My husband went to Walmart a week later and bought some cleaner and with almost no effort removed the stain from the bedroom and lightened the stain in the living room. It was really disappointing and frustrating to find that stains were left that were easily removed with a common cleaner. Also, when my vacuum arrived and I was able to go clean the carpets again, I found many dead bugs along the baseboards. I get their machines are big, but couldn’t they use a hand piece to vacuum these areas? I sent them a message to let them know about the service it was provided and they kindly offered to come back to clean the areas where stains were left behind. Truth is, if a proper cleaning wasn’t done in my empty house, I really don’t see what they could do now that all our furniture is in place. Never again.
