    Transmission Engine Pros
I have never written a review and part of me hesitates to share my recommendation of this crew to keep a Cleveland gem to my family and friends. Lowest price (about 10 quote) same parts done as promised even helped keep me rolling while car was being repaired.

Got tire rotation and oil change and was ready to go in 45 minutes. Great service and friendly employees. Ken the shop manager does a great job of scheduling your appointment and getting you out the door in the shortest amount of time. They are the best!

    A TO Z AUTO SERVICE
They’ve always try to fit us in when we’ve got issues. One time, we took the car in for one issue but then it came out and we had another issue so we had to take it right back. I don’t know if that’s their fault necessarily because they fixed the problem but then another day or two later, another problem came up and we had to take it right back. I don’t know if it was possible they could catch that or not. The owner, John, is a great guy and he tries to accommodate and gets the job done well and he is very straightforward, honest and he’ll tell you that this is the deal and that’s what he can do. He is our go to guy.

As a woman who knows a bit about cars but not everything, I feel completely confident that what they tell me is true and that they will only recommend doing work on things that need to be done. This is a great place to take your car. They are all so friendly from the young lady in the office to Bill and the guys in the back. You can feel assured that you will get a honest assessment and a job well done when you go to Royalton automotive! I would and will recommend Royalton Automotive to everyone I know.

They went out of their way. I had 2 years free when I bought it then I had to pay and I think they are expensive. They are very responsive, if they actually do the right thing is another story. The punctuality is pretty good. You see a representative of the service department, you don't talk to a mechanic. When I first got it and after a while, I asked them to do an alignment because the steering wheel was crooked, and they said they will do it, but they never straightened the steering wheel and I asked them twice but they still didn't do it. I was thinking about taking it somewhere else..

    Sunnyside Honda

I took my auto in after noticing a rust spot at the back joint of the car to see if this rust was pervasive and in need of attention.   I was terribly disappointed from my first call in to ask to schedule to have someone look at the rust spot.  I was left on hold for more than 7 minutes, when a very meek person did pick up.  I did not know the name of the person as she did mention her name but more concerning was she did not know the cars have warranties.  So, I phoned back.  Assistant service manager, Brad was polite and told me to bring the car in so a picture could be taken to submit to American Honda for review.  I told him I would be in on Thursday on a specific date at the time he told me they were available at 8 am.  I took my car in but no one introduced themselves to me.  They did not have the camera with a charge to take the picture so luckily the young man who opened the service garage door had an iPhone to take picture.  I learned later the service advisor was Laura Flick.  Laura advised me this was not covered before the picture was sent to American Honda.  When Brad called me to give me the outcome I shared with him I did not know the name of the person but it seemed they did not know I was coming in as the camera was not charged, the service advisor did not know I was coming and the manager, Mr. Hass who came out did not know I was coming.  When I was at the dealership I asked if I could get an estimate to have my car rust repaired if American Honda did not honor the claim they did not offer to help me.   I have purchased 4 Honda cars since 1992 from Sunnyside.  I have never had to ask for help for a warranty issue.  We did have a salesman who was not adequate and after my husband demanded a new salesperson with a check in hand for the car we got one.  I shared with Brad I felt the service at Sunnyside was not good.  He felt it was realistic service, he seems not to have knowledge of the importance of customer loyalty and to me he was generally unconcerned.  I would have wanted someone to show concern for the customer from the perspective.  I explained to him and Mr. Hass the back panel where I have rust I have noticed other Honda CRV autos with rust at the same join.   I plan to write to American Honda to share my perspective so they may fix this defect in their cars for future purchasers.  I would not return to Sunnyside Honda for service for wasting my time, lack of customer service norms such as introducing themselves, explaining things so you understand, and frankly they are just not customer focused.  Per Brad, "It does not matter that you bought 4 cars here."  So I learned that customer loyalty is not important.  He said he would give this same service to someone who purchased only one car so I felt comfort to know I was not being singled out for being a loyal customer.

    Ganley Westside Imports
I had some break work done at another company amongst other things and they told me I had a major leak. So I went to have a check up at Ganley Subaru before I commit to a 900 dollar repair. They told me they couldn't find any leak. They got me in immediately. It didn't cost me anything. I mean I had an oil change while I was there. The people there are very good and very nice. The price was fair. I am very pleased with them.

The service was free. We got a free service package with the car. They are thorough, they call back the next day for their own personal records, how they did, were we satisfied, and so on and so forth. We always give them a good rating. We have been happy with them, we haven't had any complaints. The cost was excellent since it didn't cost anything. They were very good, if it is going to be a while they will drive us down to the restaurant, and we will get something to eat, and then we will give them a call when we want to be picked. They have coffee there which is good. They say it is going to be an hour it will be an hour, or sooner, it depends on how busy it is, if they are busy they will say two hours. The response is good. They are very professional. I have used them for at least 10 years now.

They promptly called me that morning with their findings and with a repair estimate. They reported that it should be done late in the day if the parts were available and if not it would be ready early the following morning.....which it was. They extended the use of their loaner car until mine was repaired which was very helpful and saved me from the fees of a rental! I highly recommend them and will use this company for all future repairs and maintenance.
