They have been wonderful for a number of years. Always taking care whatever my needs are. They are keeping me healthy for an old person. Dr. Newman is on top of everything. She is very certified under geriatric, and a number of other things. She is very efficient, and she takes care of whatever needs to be done. If she cannot do it, then she will send you on to somebody who can.

I arrive at the location on time and approach the desk by 8:33. I greet the woman behind the counter and ask how they are doing. I get nothing but a gruff ?can I help you?? And explain I have an 8:30 appointment with Dr. Palma. I give her my birthday and other information. For several minutes she looks at her screen and doesn?t address me. To me it seems that my appointment was not scheduled into the system. She eventually dismisses me and says ?just take a seat.? It?s 8:36.

I proceed to wait 15 minutes. Near 8:51 I am called back to the desk and ushered into a side room after letting the receptionist know that I do not have insurance and will be paying out of pocket. In this room I proceed to wait another 15 minutes. At 9:04 an aid takes my weight and blood pressure. She says nothing of the wait, and simply gets right to business. She leaves without a word on how long the doctor will take to see me. It?s 9:07 when she exits my room.

I sit, and wait. And wait. And wait some more. On my phone I?m able to browse and read responses to discussion threads over 200+ replies long. I also even have time to properly Google and research several websites on ?how to complain about private practice.? This isn?t even with 4G speeds, this was done on 3G (a web search speed half as fast).

At 9:43 the Dr. enters the room without a greeting or salutation, and not a mention of a wait. I get a number of questions about my most recent blood work (when was it/who was it with) and this concerns me, because I came in for my ears. After another barrage of mechanically delivered questions, she says to sit on the table. She checks my ears, nose, and throat and says ?your ears look fine? and recommends an OTC antihistamine. She directs me to the payment desk and scribbles stuff down on my paperwork. It?s 9:48. She does not bid me farewell or even say goodbye. Rather she walks off to another room and closes the door behind her. At the desk, I wait another 10 minutes before I?m seen. There is only a single person attending to patients at this desk. I?m told rather bluntly and coldly that this will be $60.

60 dollars for 8 minutes of interaction with staff, of which only 4 was with an actual doctor. I paid $60 for 1 hour and 32 minutes of waiting, and 8 minutes of attention. From a practice that I?ve been attending for more than 10 years (between her and Dr. Thomas Wagner) I can honestly say that this in no way is the ?personal, quality and cost-effective health care? advertised on your website.

I work the service industry as an Assistant Manager for Dollar General. In my store, there is a statute of service and customer service that we are upheld to. From the minute they enter my door, they expect to be greeted and helped by individuals paid a fraction of what any one person in your office makes. Should they find fault in any level of service alone, then we would be at risk of losing our jobs. Further if one of my customers finds a ten cent discrepancy on a product that costs $1, they will tell me. And if I am in any way cold, disheartened or short with them, or even make them feel in any which way wronged, then this 10 cent discrepancy may cost me my job. So I am always pleasant, personable, and kind to my customers, who in these tough economic times cannot afford to slip 10 cents. I?ve done this for 10 years; 10 years of selling merchandise and making people feel happy, comfortable, and safe spending what little money they have. I can honestly say that your practice did nothing to make me happy, comfortable, or even safe in spending a single penny. It alienated me, and disheartened me.

I sincerely hope you change the way you treat your customers. I may sell candy bars and gallons of milk, but you sell wellness, and right now the quality sucks.

He takes the time to listen to patients and does not overbook. The wait is not very long. I always have a good experience at his office.

I'm happy with them, they are prompt you don't have to wait around for them. If you can't get it to see the Doc. they have a physician that sees you.

I like them because they are close and they are thorough. They are timely; when you go in, there is very little wait time. The staff is very friendly and helpful but the billing system is a mess.
