She came to my house many times with samples and also met me at the furniture store several times until we came up with a plan. It didn���t end there.   If you are looking for a window treatment company, look no further and be reassured you made the right decision. Brian is a true role model for what all companies should look like. He truly cares about his customers. Brian communicates well, is very knowledgeable, patient, honest, polite, professional, and courteous. He has a plethora of high quality materials to choose from. He installed window treatments for all 16 windows in my home ��� I���d call him again with no hesitation.

  HOME DEPOT

  The installers arrived on time and completed work in a timely manner. After install was completed decorative grids on the inside of the windows were found to be uneven which required 3 of the windows to  be reordered and replaced a second time. I obtained several estimates before deciding on home depot. Home Depot was the highest priced but I went with them because I believed that the windows would be high quality and energy efficient. I am very disappointed. With the cold temps we have had recently I can feel a considerable amount of cold coming from the windows. I have ugly thermal curtains up which I was hoping I would be able to remove after installing energy efficient windows, this will never happen because these windows do not keep the cold out. After I complained about the cold coming off the windows I was told that the reason I have cold coming in is because I have a slab foundation and the cold is emanating from my foundation. Also disappointed with the trim around the outside of the windows. Pieces are overlapping,does not look professional in my opinion. I Paid way too much money to be having these types of quality issues. Home Depot will never replace any of my windows again. I also attempted to put up a public review on the Home Depot web site, with photos, but a link is required to do so. after complaining that I was unable to excess the public review site I still do not have a link.

  BRAK INTERIOR

  I contracted with Brak Interiors to sew curtain panels with material I provided.  We discussed and discussed what I wanted but that is not what the final product is. 1 of the curtain panels is not large enough to cover the window. When I called I was told that I got what I ordered, which is technically true. I did get the 3 curtain panels with a order sheet that does not show the exact measurements for the curtains. 
  
  
  
  I will NEVER use them again but take some responsibility since I allowed him to leave without providing me a detail written order.  That sent a red flag to me but I ignored it and allowed him to take the material without providing a detail receipt.
  
  
  
  I strongly recommend that anyone who does business with this company be sure to get a very detailed order sheet so you will not waste your money as I did.

  State Window Shade Company

  I had a bad experience with another window shade company and called State Window Shade to ask some questions. I found the person who owned the business for 30 yrs was very knowlegeable and took the time on the phone with me to answer questions I had regarding windown treatments. This company's representative was professional and personable. I will use this company in the future to purchase my window shade products.

  BUDGET BLINDS

  The job was handled in an expedient fashion, but I was expecting some cord wrap-arounds for the cords as I have a cat that plays with them. The sales rep promised us these and we were not delivered them upon installation. This did not meet my expectations.It made me wonder if there was a mis-communication or if we were purposely blown off with this request.
  The valances in my office are small and somewhat flimsy and do not stay in place very well. The set-up is cheap looking. For $3500.00, I thought I would have had nicer valances in this room.  Otherwise, the wooden blinds are nice and give the room a warm feeling.
