In my opinion he is the best family doctor I've ever come across. I've been using him for around 15 years and he has excellent staff. There is no waiting time at all and if there is, it would be around 5 minutes.

They are real good and thorough. They are not expensive. They are willing to help. They watch your pocket book. They are really a great company. They have great doctors working for them and nurses. They have great friendly staff. They are real thorough in explaining everything like what is going to happen and what are they going to do before they do it. They are just all-around great people to go see and get work done anything in the medical. My interaction with the doctors was real good, no problems. Their facilities are nice and real clean.

The office was able to get me a next-day appointment. All of the people at the front desk are always very polite, efficient, and thorough. After checking in, I sat down to wait. I probably waited about 15 minutes to see the my CNP, and was escorted to the back. They allowed my husband to come in with me to the appointment since he was concerned as well. My CNP was very thorough, asking lots of questions about recent symptoms and issues. She listened as I talked too much, did a breast exam, and was patient and very concerned.
She ordered a mammogram, a blood test (done in-house), and a pregnancy test (also in-house). The visit was positive, even though I had gone in quite worried. The CNP had a great bedside manner. I'll go see her again.

His bedside manner was excellent. He made my 2 year-old daughter feel comfortable with him enough to let him look in her ears without tears. He's worth the wait if you have the time to wait for an appointment with him.

It is okay but they are always late. I like my doctor, you know, I keep going everything but I'm always taken late when I'm there and if I'm there chances are I'm not feeling that well so it's like double annoying. They are always late and my son is with me too, so which should have been a quicker visit, it wasn't. He was bored and I was bored. They were 45 minutes late just by taking me. I sit there and wait in the room. I like them, I'm not going to bash them or anything but they were just always behind.

My mother went to Southwest General Hospital, where she's been all the time. They did not have in their records that she is allergic to morphine. She went back, because they had discharged her too early, and she was in a lot of pain. When she went back, they gave her morphine again. It was an eight month ordeal, and she died. The people in the ICU were amazing, but there were some people there who just sat there and didn't help, when my mother fell out of a chair there.

I met with Dr. Gotsis, and he immediately put me at ease. He actually wanted to hear what I had to say, and wrote it all down, and gave thoughtful commentary. He broke down a comprehensive set of tests to get to the bottom of my issues. His bedside manner is super friendly and kind, and he's the first doctor I've had in a long time who actually made me feel like I was heard, and that my concerns were legitimate. Most doctors tend to blow you off, but Dr. Gotsis doesn't.
Furthermore, everyone he referred me to for tests and therapy was equally compassionate and easy to work with, even the guys who did my MRI. So he's not only a great doctor, but he surrounds himself with good people, too.
His receptionist is always busy, but she's never rude with anyone, and will work with your schedule to find the best appointment. I even confused my appointment once and showed up on the wrong day, and she found a spot for me that day so my trip wasn't wasted. I was amazed--I didn't even ask her to do that, she just did it!
The nurses are always friendly, and even the intern my doctor was training was really friendly and easy to work with. Everyone in the office, that I've worked with so far, communicate really well, and welcome questions, and want to make sure you know what's going on in your body and what the plan is to make you healthy and why.
I'm so pleased with this whole experience. I feel like in the wide world of medicine, I finally hit the jackpot and found the right doctor for my family.

My experience has been good and I have used them for years. He is very thorough and does good tests when they are necessary to be done. They are fine and are quick to get me in. The office environment is okay and I enjoy the nurse practitioners very well. They need a little bit better communication sometime and they try to get all the necessary testing done within the week that they are ordered.

I trust him and I like his mannerisms. He is very professional. His office is in an older house and it has a lot of charm, but on the other hand, if you like the complete sterile and brand new feeling, it does not have that.

He helped me with some back issues and also helped me with some medication to help me with travelling. He explained everything well. He and his staff are so nice. He is very thorough and has excellent bedside manner.
