On 08/15/2019 Zachary Robinson owner of ZR Contracting collected a down payment of $2750 from me and that was it! The excuses started immediately and still to this day continue, Ive been trying to get a refund from him for the past month. One day hes coming to see me, another he wants me to come see him, one day he sent the check via mail, another via Fedex. All via text msg and all can be confirmed. He is a lousy human being, an expert liar and the lowest of the low.

. During the estimate, Troy told us their trained crewmembers use cameras and slowly lift the slab so as not to damage pipes and heating located under it. He told us the slab needed to be lifted about 1 inches and the area in the hallway also needed lifted. The contract he drew up used this description of an 11x11 area and also stated that the workers would move the washer, dryer, and wooden shelves in the laundry room. The washer was never moved. There were no cameras and workers assured me that my heating ducts ran east and west, not north and south as I told them. The workers finished quickly stating that they had filled a large void under the laundry room floor. When the room became very cold later in the day, I discovered that the void they had filled was my heating duct. Had they reached into the vent opening, they would have known that there was a T just 4 inches away connecting to a north south heating duct (the one that is now totally clogged). At the time of the work, I pointed out that the hall floor and the floor behind the washer had not been raised. This was brushed off as not necessary. Had they moved the washer as stated in the contract and placed their fill hole in the area under it, both of these problems may have been avoided. I also feel that we were overcharged since the floor was raised at most inch in only one corner and from inch to nothing in other areas. The total area covered was less than 7x11. Any extra material used was deposited into my heating duct.

We dealt with their mason, Brian. He went above & beyond to fix our problem. He was thorough in explaining our problem. He was on time, neat and very respectful of our property. He did a great job matching the existing brick. I can't say enough good things about our experience. An added bonus was a 6 month follow-up email to make sure everything was still good!

Amazing experience. Bill Clink was very supportive and informative about what was going on with our foundation. Came up with the solution, obtained all permits and ensured the job was completed to our satisfaction.

    Airguard Restoration
Gil, from Airguard, showed up promptly, and immediately walked through all of the individual areas of the basement. He investigate the installation of the current sump pump configuration, as well as the walls that had been added after the house had been built. He gave us complete peace of mind in regards to the condition of the property, and took the time explain everything he looked at. We would absolutely recommend Airguard, and Gil, to anyone else who needs work done!

He was knowledgeable, professional and very honest. He was so honest, that he advised a solution to the problem that didn't require his services. If and when we ever do need waterproofing, we will hire Steve.

Very well. Within schedule, great cleanup, great instructions. They were even very careful when pulling their truck into our driveway. Kyle and the crew worked diligently, and the cleanup was done very well. The job was explained well, answering the questions we had about future needs/concerns for our walls.

They came out quickly and took a look at the problem area.  He told me that while they could come out and fix the problem, it was something I could resolve on my own easily.  He saved me some money and I really appreciated that he was truthful with me instead of trying to make a quick buck.

Originally came out to snake the kitchen sink that was clogged. We have had several other companies do this, and it just kept clogging again. The employee found that there was an issue in snaking the pipe, so went back to his shop to get  a larger snake that would work better. While doing this, he found a major problem that another contractor had created- a broken pipe caused by digging up my basement for waterproofing. The pipe was filled with the concrete that the waterproofing company had poured. They came back out the following week and fixed this problem. They were very fast, friendly and gave me a great price! They even talked to the waterproofing company to try to get them to fix their error. I will definitely use them again!!!

Since the work is all outdoors it was dependent on the weather and the prior jobs, so patience is needed.  The people were very nice.  Once our deposit had been cashed we went over a month without any contact from them at all, which made us a bit uneasy at first.  Once we initiated contact to get some kind of idea when we might have the work done, they got back to us fairly quickly and were always very pleasant.
I spoke with Bill the Friday before he began the job and he was very knowledgeable and nice.  He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions in a friendly and professional manner.
The work was done beautifully, quickly, and very professionally.  They took care of everything we asked and beyond.  We were very happy with their work.
