CHome Exteriors Roofing, Siding and WindowsI did not know how to rate Overall Service since no service was done and the NA button did not work and I decided to go with Average. I did not know how to rate whether I would use them again. I answered No because I am not looking to have a new roof put on my house, and they did not do work on my current roof. My report here is to help others who might be looking for gutters, and reading that in the description. No need to waste your time and the companies with contact. I read the company information on Angie's list to include gutter repair. They do not offer this. They only work on warranty issues with their roof/gutter installations. They do not put up gutters nor repair them unless they installed your roof as well. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice, but was unable to help me with my gutter - not roofing issue.- Margaret N.

AKenko RoofingHad downspout issues caused by multiple levels of the roof not channeling water effectively. Water was running into basement. Called 7-8 companies. No one was available except Kenko. They were out to the house within an hour. Incredibly responsive. Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Scheduled a very reasonably priced repair. The end result was phenomenal, very high quality work and cleaned up well afterwards too. My wife and I have had numerous contractors work on our home in the last two years. Kenko’s service and performance was exemplary. Thank you!- Mark T.

FAntonio's Home ImprovementsSupposed to come 9am Thursday, showed up at 1pm. Said something came up. Here for an hour then left his crew here while he went to get supplies for 2 hours. Called and said he had an emergency and had to leave. Said he'd be back Friday 9am. Showed up at noon on Friday. Said he was held up, again. Here for 2 hours then said he was going to get lunch. Gone for over 2 hours. Left around 7pm, said there was a just a little bit of work to do, caulking, painting, etc... Said he'd be back Saturday afternoon. Calls me Saturday evening, tells me he was held up, again. Said he'd be back Monday afternoon. Didn't show up. Didn't return any of my phone calls. It's now Tuesday evening. Phone calls not returned. His "done in a day" job is now almost a week in and it's safe to say he's not coming back to finish. Money paid up front. Do not hire! He's a thief!- Michelle W.

FHome Solutions HandymanMade me wait over 2 weeks to get scheduled estimator Todd. Did not show. Didn't call back for 45 minutes but then didn't have his schedule of when could come back. Tried to say took pics do estimate over phone. Called back next day to complain secretary Carrie just transferred me to Todd. They did not have initial call date written down. Said since I had other estimates to just go with other vendors. This small job test for multiple projects failed.- Tim M.

ABradley's RoofingAll went so well. Smooth and professional. They cleaned up after each day. Every nail or piece of paper was gone. The most updated equipment was used. They never destroyed any landscaping. Seamless gutters done on site was amazing to watch. Mr. Daniels answered all questions and concerns. The roofers were always pleasant and were nice to my dogs. AProject Manager Abe Izzo contacted me after an Angie's List search for commercial roofing contractors near Beaver Falls. Abe was awesome! We met at First Reformed Presbyterian Church of Beaver Falls and he immediately went to work! After several weeks of discussion and 2 other bids for the project, Shell Restoration was awarded the job. The project began the very next week and, despite poor weather, his crew completed the job in less than two weeks. Our church roof was a complicated install due to the steeple, and the many peaks and valleys connecting the old building to the new building. The newly shingled roof looks amazing, and fit our limited budget perfectly! I strongly recommend Abe Izzo and She'll Restoration of New Castle for all your roofing needs!

AI had a tree fall on my roof which caused a fair bit of damage. I came on Angie's List on a Sunday afternoon looking for someone to repair the damage, within an hour I had several different companies reaching out to me. One of those being Rigid. They weren't the lowest quote I received, but I would say it was a fair price. The repairmen were professional and quick, and had the job done (which consisted of a whole new roof, plus truss repair) within about 6 hours. I of course had an insurance claim since the damage was quite substantial. During the repair process, some items were found that needed to be repaired, yet were not part of the tree damage and thus would not be covered by the insurance claim. Although this was a small amount, Rigid did not charge me for this extra bit. I would definitely recommend Rigid Roofing, and would probably use them again in the future.

The team was great at communicating and made sure I was always informed of timing of when to expect the crew. The crew who did my repair was very detail oriented and made sure the repairs would blend in well with my older home.
