    I urge anyone who wants to use this company for a post construction clean of a remodeled house to view the pictures I have attached. Lisa and Michael were always very friendly and super responsive. My house was completely remodeled and I reached out to them for a house cleaning appointment and was suggested the post construction clean up which would consist of 2 appointments (the same week). The 1st appointment the whole house would be completely cleaned and then it would all be done again on the 2nd appointment to ensure all dust was completely gone. I have worked directly one on one with my well known local contractor for over 3 months now, who has done an amazing job on our home Remodel. Appointment 1 I made known to Michael and the girls cleaning that the contractor was still working on the master shower to go ahead and skip cleaning that bathroom until the 2nd appointment. When I checked in on them before class I saw the girl using my brand new bar stools as a ladder, my contractor also told me this when I asked. They were cleaning all the kitchen cupboards and told me the basement was finished. I came back late that night to check on things and the insides of the kitchen cupboards looked great and the house smelled very good. My contractor said they were only there perhaps 4-4.5 hours which is not near enough time to comeptelty deep clean a house over 3,000 square feet and that was remodeled. I noticed the laundry room wasn't done at all nor was the living room, including window sills and fireplace mantle. The granite counters still had a dusty film on them. The floors appeared clean until I looked at them in daylight the next day. I reached out to Michael and Lisa who said they'd have it all handled for the 2nd appt and said the girls approached this differently than should've been done. I was paying $770 for this. I went back the next day during daylight and stood up on a step stool and noticed the top of the kitchen cupboards filled with dust, toilet bowls not well cleaned and mold on the basement shower drain. I texted Michael these photos and stressed my concerns and requested a new team come out because I didn't feel comfortable with the same girls coming back to my house after I reported them to Michael. Michael called me and his first question to me (rather than apologizing for his teams poor job) was questioning me and my contractor asking me how well I knew him (my contractor has absolutely no benefit of lying to me and saying that he only saw the girls clean the kitchen and kinda sweap the floors and saw them go in the basement. It would not affect him in anyway to say they did a great or poor job. Michael immediately sided with the girls saying my contractor wasn't telling the truth (the customer should never be questioned- especially after sending pictures of the poor job done). He told me the girls said they never cleaned the laundry room or living room and agreed the toilets should've been cleaned better, as well as basement shower and the tops of the kitchen cupboards (but he did make the excuse that the cupboards tops were too far out of reach- even though they were well made known that even the living room windows were 18ft high and I was told that'd be no issue to be cleaned). He also agreed the girls shouldn't have been on my bar stools but told me they said they were only knealing on them (either way for a post construction clean up proper equipment such as ladders should be brought and used- not customers furniture). I told him I'd like a new team to come out and he said that the girls were the best he had (again, see pictures attached). I said I wanted a refund and would use someone else. He said he'd only refund me $570 since they did do work that day and that since I said the kitchen looked good (prior to me checking the tops of the cupboards the next day during daylight). Michael and Lisa can continue to accuse my contractor of not telling the truth and saying the dust had just resettled instead of realizing their team just did a vey poor job. With having a 100% satisfactory agreement it should include the capability of a new team coming out. I am sure the girls were made known that I complained so therefore I did not feel comfortable with the same girls coming back to my house when no one would be home to supervise. Michael never once apologized to me over the phone about the poor job- all he did was question my relationship with the contractor and played the game of he said/she said. When a customer expresses concern of what really was cleaned during a $770 cleaning service and sends proof of the poor job done, you don't accuse the customer. Was hoping for a much better outcome for something that was supposed to be "post construction" clean. He kept saying he wanted to make things right but you can never make things right when you are blaming the customer and the contractor even after being sent photos. They also have deleted my Facebook review that included pictures of the poor job done, as well as block me (and my family) from their Facebook site. Highly suggest customers not to solely rely on Facebook reviews and other similar sites where the employers can delete poor reviews to make their rating look much better than it should be.

    Tiffany and her coworker from Booking Maid Easy did the best work that has ever been done on our house. The company is run very professionally, and usually the owner communicates with you within minutes if you have a concern. He follows up when he says he will, and is easy and professional to deal with. They deliver what they promise, and the women who come to the house are people who I would trust in my home. This is not always the case. The cleaners were extremely thorough and did the baseboards and the woodwork very well. Other people who I have had clean have done a sloppy job for almost the same price.They are a little bit pricier than some of the other companies, but I feel it is well worth it to deal with a company that does a great job, communicates in a timely manner, and is professional. I am really happy I found them!

    I contacted this provider as they are certified for air duct cleaning and all reviews were positive on Angie's List and BBB. The owner Alex Kaplan contacted us within a day of our submitting a request. He arrived on time performing a thorough inspection of our system and providing us an estimate for services. This company is highly certified for all services they provide. Alex is very knowledgeable and professional in his approach. As we had some type of dead rodent odor coming up through the vents we were in need of immediate assistance. Alex was able to arranged to have his crew come the next day. This was a pleasant surprise and exhibits their dedication to assist the customer in any way possible. It required two days to complete the service. Both technicians, Andy and Andrew, were very polite and professional in carrying out their duties. Photos were taken as the job progressed showing the before and after the ducts were cleaned. The pictures assured us a thorough job was being completed. They also handled the moving of furniture as needed. They also washed all the registers and applied a disinfectant at the end of the cleaning process. This required us to be out of the house for 2-3 hours. Here comes the above and beyond. Even though the ducts were cleaned nothing was found of a rodent and the odor continued. Andy took it upon himself to find the origin of the odor requiring him to crawl into a very limited access area. He located the dead rodent under an air register in the insulation. Not only did he remove the critter but he reinsulated the area for us. I gave this provider an A on pricing even though we had nothing to compare it to. The rating is based on the the professionalism, the quality of work and the willingness to help a customer in need beyond what you would normally expect. Thank you for everything.

    Contacted and schedule Maid Brigade to complete an move-in cleaning on a home I purchased.  Wanted completed prior to my arrival  Was very specific indicating a thorough cleaning and they said "they could do it"   Price would be a max of $545.  I agreed and gave credit card to pay since I was out of state.  They said they would send Ray over to get exact evaluation when I had possession of home.  They said on phone they would clean several things like fireplaces, but when Ray came over, he said they don't do fireplaces or ovens or stove tops.  Well they did clean the stove top and oven but not fireplaces.  I feel the cleaning was general cleaning which was not very good; I re-cleaned everything.  There is a big difference in general cleaning and a move-in cleaning.  They charged me approx $600 and billed my credit card on 15 Sept without even a courtesy call that amount increased.  I still do not have any receipts as of today, Monday 21 September.  I had to call them on 17 September twice and they never returned call.  I called on 18 Sept and spoke to them and told them I wanted my receipt.  They  said owner on vacation and Marge would get it to me Friday night  when they get back.  Still no receipt.  I feel they they are not very professional and are a poor quality company.  If you use, just make sure you are there and check their work and BEWARE OF YOUR CREDIT CARDS.

    I spoke with Debbie regarding an estimate to do a thorough cleaning of a house my husband and I just bought before we moved in. She was friendly and gave me an estimate that I felt was reasonable. I went ahead and scheduled the cleaning. I had to reschedule the cleaning due to some delays after closing and she was very nice about it and got me rescheduled for the next week. Three cleaners (Terri, Colleen and I can't remember the other lady's name as I had so much going on with the move..sorry!) showed up at the scheduled time and got right to work. They were all very nice and they had to work around a painter that we hired (again because of the delay). They were gracious enough to do this without complaint. They asked the right questions regarding what and how I wanted things cleaned. I was pleased with the job they did and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

    WE HAD GONE ON ANGIE'S LIST AND READ THE REVIEWS. AGREED UPON A PRICE AND SET UP THE SERVICE SCHEDULE. WAS TOLD WHAT WE EXPECTED, ONE ROOM DEEP CLEANED A VISIT AND GENERAL CLEANING FOR THE REST OF THE HOUSE. WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE TWO PEOPLE FOR TWO HOURS. ARRIVED WITH THREE PEOPLE AND CLEANED FOR 1.5 HOURS. OUR MASTER BEDROOM AND MASTER BATHROOM WAS CLEANED REALLY WELL, BUT THE REST OF THE HOUSE WAS NOT REALLY TOUCHED. UPON COMPLETING THE BEDROOM/BATHROOM TOLD MY 87 YEAR OLD MOTHER IN LAW AND HER CARE GIVER THAT THEY WERE DONE. THEY RESPONDED THAT AT LEAST THEY COULD CLEAN THE KITCHEN. THEY DID AND THEN TOLD THEM THAT WE OWED $12.50. WHEN MY WIFE CALLED AND SPOKE WITH HER, IT WAS AGREED TO GO OUR SEPARATE WAYS, BUT SHE THEN TEXTED MY WIFE BACK AND CONTINUED TO TRY AND MAKE HER POINT AND THAT WE WERE WRONG IN WHAT WE WANTED.
