ACRS ContractingAbout three months ago, we hired CRS Contracting to do foundation repairs and install new French drains in our home. My wife and I were concerned about costs and running into additional problems, but the crew was able to calm our fears and kept the whole project on track, even finishing earlier than expected! They were able to dig up our foundation, install new piping, fix the foundation, and waterproof the foundation UNDER our original budget, which was truly a blessing for our family. We enjoyed the experience we had with the crew and they showed up on time, worked efficiently and professionally, and were kind to myself, my wife, and our children. AA to Z Dependable ServicesI called A to Z to have a quote for fixing my broken sewer line. They gave a reasonable quote for fixing the basement and would follow up with a quote for the outside. Mike Hillard and Nicholas Kowal were the two professionals that A to Z sent out to fix my broken sewer line in the basement. Mike was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was the one I had the most contact with. Mike has 25 years experience and it shows. Mike and his team realized that the basement wasnt what was my real problem was. So instead of doing what was in the quote which wouldnt fix my problem completely, he set out to fix the problem completely while still staying within the quote price. He was able to fix the basement as well as fix the crushed pipe outside in the devil strip for the original quote amount. The whole process took only a day and half. They used all the proper materials and left the area cleaned. I am completely happy with the service that A to Z provided and would recommend them especially Mike Hillard.- Billie S.

The guys were all very nice and did whatever was possible to keep the dust to a minimum. AOur home was built in 2014, and within 3 years, the stone-clad chimney was pulling away from the main wall of the house. The concrete slab under the chimney chase was too small to support the weight of the chimney. The thought of removing the stone, rebuilding the chimney chase and repouring the slab foundation was a bit overwhelming. We did some research on helical piers, and thankfully came across Total Foundation Solutions. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy to communicate with. The work they did was amazing. I would give this company the highest rating, and would hire them again, if necessary.

FGot a quote for $22,701 to have interior of basement concrete floor torn up and a drain put in, with a sump pump. Thankfully we got two other quotes. One for $17,000 to tear up the outside around the house and put in a drain. The last quote from B-Dry System was to call a concrete leveling company and have the patio leveled to stop the water from draining towards the house. $1800 later we have a dry basement.
