    Spec's Power Washing
Spec's will forever be my "go to" when I need any specialty cleaning service done! I've had both my home powerwashed and SUV detailed inside and out. The automatic washes always seemed to miss places and I had noticed I was getting little scratches on the hood so I decided to look into other options before I destroyed my car with those things! . I'm a mom of two kids and 2 furr babies, And while we all know how hard it is to remove dog hair from the upholstery, ( trust me I've tried everything ) my car looked better than it did the day I left the car lot! Time and detail was put into every air vent and seam! Doing some work around the yard, I decided to have my home power washed as well. Paint was chipping off my front porch and to prepare the new paint, I had him include the porch in the service. Very pleased with the quality of work and care that was done on each job! No paint clippings were left, nothing over turned and a dirty window on the second story was also cleaned since I couldn't reach it! (Thank you!) Pricing was very reasonable! Looking forward to using Spec's again!

Bill and Chip did a great job. Professional painters. Only problem was the weather--rain delayed the work, but not their problem. Would use them again anytime. We wanted the porch and floor done first to move my wife's plants on the porch. They did that for us. They also got the backyard done so we could use it for Memorial day weekend! At the start , they power washed the whole house before painting.

Scheduling was very flexible. They arrived on time and were very polite. They offered additional services (to power wash my side walk and deck), but did not pressure at all. I added the side walk to my service and plan on having them come back to do the deck after seeing how amazing my house looked when they were done. Will definitely use again.

All parts of the job were done incredibly well and in a timely manner.  Kevin was easy to work with and flexible when the power washing had to be rescheduled due to a broken spigot.  I would absolutely recommend Kevin and his work to anyone!

    20/20 View LLC
First off, communication with Sheila before the job was very nice and informative. Crin and crew came as planned and also was very informative as he prepared for the job very well. My white vinyl sided house had a lot of greenish moldy looking areas growing especially in the shaded sections, so I was very concerned about picking the right company to do an expert job. It seems like last summer really was a bad season for this type of growth on siding. The reason I picked 20/20 View was so many good reviews on Angie's List, plus they appeared to be a very competent company. They did not disappoint, my siding looks new again! Plus the guys were very cordial and very respectful of my property. I didn't tell Crin but I'm a Quality Assurance Manager, so a good quality job is very important to me. I will use 20/20 View again. If you're looking for a company that will do a first class job in getting the exterior of your home to look its best again, call them, you will be glad you did. I highly recommend 20/20 View

A Brush of Class Painting Services Inc
Jamie was quick with an estimate on this painting job.  His estimate was right in line with the others I had received and I decided to go with him because he was local and very frank about his services.   He was responsive in terms of scheduling the job for the coming summer at a time convenient to us.  They did a good job prepping the job, even power washed some mildew-y patio steps without being asked, and then completed the job in the time frame promised.   When I called him about some fairly significant areas of pine knots from new replacement siding bleeding through his paint job, Jamie without hesitation returned to our house in the Fall to stain-block these areas and then repainted them a few days later.  He is a no-nonsense kind of guy and gets the job done with his one co-worker without a lot of gab.

    Pride Power Wash & Painting
They were great initially with contact via email and the over the phone estimate was awesome. William suggested to meet that Saturday and he came out and was on time. True to the estimate, he quoted an exact price the wasn't inflated. In fact it was so reasonable I decided to have the back of my house power washed. They came out to do the power washing and forgot to do the house as it was an add on. One call and they came to correct it next day. That left the staining. The weather never co-operated as it has to be above 40 degrees. There were a few days that would of worked and we also had to plan around the rain. I had to make these initial calls to see what their plan was. Other than this. everything was awesome. They were professional, prompt and the quality of job performed was as expected after reading the other reviews.

UPDATE: After a winter the deck floor lost color. We called William and expressed our concern. We were initially told it was the Stain used. The Stain that he recommended by the way. During these phone calls William kept on claiming. "I know what we did was right" he also mentioned that "We shook the Stain/Sealer". This was curious to me as I never would do so. Shaking a 5 gal bucket is not easily done to the point were the pigment it thoroughly mixed as well as the sealer. So, I called the Manufacturer. They told me it must be mixed/stirred. I wondered why my bucket seal was never broken and the remaining product in the bucket was clumpy. They Never mixed the product properly.

Since, William did come out to the house. He pointed out several areas where sap had come through the boards. I will grant him this. Although there were many faded areas this hadn't happened. He also stated the deck looks good. Well, that's relative! We happen the think not. We have reached out several times. Recently, he offered to correct, but I'd have to pay the labor. What? Are you Kidding? He also stated that he'd do the job the same way. Again, are you kidding? So, we decided not to have Pride Power washing to return.

Pride is not a Company that will admit mistakes. We tried to work with them instead of just posting. They do not want to compromise. We offered solutions, but every time, it was met with resistance. We did the job right. We disagree! Do not use this company.

We chose because of all the A ratings and price. Initially, all was good. But the company does not stand behind their work. They stick to, "Well, the labor part was done right so, what do you want me to do about it". Not the way to treat a customer that has concerns. That bought the watersealer they recommended etc.

    Jay Beckholt
So here is the good news:  He is fast, efficient and on the very, verylow end with his estimates.  He returns phone calls, shows up on time and moves quickly through the job.  When all was said and done, our garage looks nicely painted.
Here is why I gave him a D on quality and a C overall:  The back of our garage eaves and soffits had fairly significant issues with wood rot due to a improperly installed metal roof (unbeknowst to me)  This rot was up high, second-story-climb-a-ladder-height.  What amazed me about this service experience is that after power washing and scraping, Jay chose NOT to mention to me that his painting job would be very compromised by this wood rot.  He just spray painted over it!  In between his first and second coat, I noticed an unpainted area on the end of a fascia board on the lower gutter level.  I climbed a ladder to check it out and low and behold the wood could not hold paint because it was indeed disintegrating from rot.  Then I looked more closely at the upper eaves and saw similar issues.  When I called him and said, "hey Jay, is the wood up top rotted?" he said "yes".  When I said, why did you continue to paint and not say anything to me when you saw those issues, he said "my job is to paint -- I figured you would have fixed it if you cared to prior to me painting".  Wow.  So I told Jay to put the brakes on his painting job and let me bring someone out to replace all the bad wood and fix the roof that was causing the problems.
Once the carpentry was done, he did come out punctually and put two more coats on the siding (this time using the right color match) and finished painting the trim.  I still don't think he understood my amazement at his complete disconnect about painting rotted wood  without mentioning it to me and how that his painting job would just fail a year later, and make him look bad.  I did not expect him to replace the wood, but I certainly did not think it was too much to ask of him to tell me their were significant issues with wood damage.  I think he just wanted to get through this small job and move on.

It went well. Too a little longer than planned because 1 employee was not available. However, I was not in a rush. The estimate included repairing/replacing a cracked board, which they ended up not doing, but they reduced the actual cost from the original estimate. They also provided the name of a carpenter who could do the work needed.

The specialists did an excellent job! They cleaned the house and garage using a wash, rinse, and protect process. They periodically asked me to come outside and provide feedback about their service during the process. They asked questions, provided information, and ensured everything was done well.
