    Office called me the Friday before the appointment day (Monday). The Tech called me Monday morning and told me exactly when he would be there and he was right on time. He performed the tune up and explained to me everything he did. I showed him a problem I was having with exhaust flue gas condensation and he showed me the suspected part. He offered to return with the part and install but I declined because it was something I felt comfortable with fixing on my own. I did find the part on Amazon and completed the repair. I now have full confidence in my furnace for the heating season.

    I arranged a convenient day to install the new system, and the techs showed up that morning. Steve Hixon and his assistant, spent the day removing/replacing the furnace located in my garage attic, and the a/c unit located outside my condo. They were friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, the new Coleman a/c unit as shipped from the factory, was defective. It had to be replaced with another new a/c unit, which caused a 7 day delay in getting new air conditioning. Lucky for me, that week was cool, and the a/c was not needed. And the new furnace worked perfectly from the start! A minor glitch appeared with the new a/c: there was too much refrigerant in the system, which caused the a/c to periodically shut down. But a Dor Mar service tech quickly identified the problem, and the new a/c has functioned perfectly since then. My new heating/cooling system included a new programmable Wi-Fi thermostat which allows you to check and change the status of your home system from anywhere you might be, using an app on your smartphone. I've adjusted my condo temperature, both heating and cooling, several times from a distance. It's a very nice feature to have! I found all the Dor Mar personnel that I had contact with, from Steven Brewer on down, to be professional and helpful. The price I was able to negotiate was a reasonable one, given the high-end nature of the units. And I also got a five year service maintenance agreement included in the purchase price. All in all, I am very satisfied with the Dor Mar team!

    He was friendly, efficient, and very expedient. Even let me know about some issues with the current duct work and that our filter was not the correct size. House feels so much cleaner and the dryer is finally collecting lint as it should and not perspiring all over the laundry room.

    I paid for the sewer line replacement, it was about $3000. The heating and air conditioner was taken care of by the insurance company, we had a flood in the house. It was very good. I have a brick street and they actually put the bricks back to where they should be because it's in a historical district. They pay attention to detail.

    Failed to get back to us regarding scheduling our appointment, after several contacts--most of which we initiated.  Josh said they were very busy and we were leaving on a trip, so that worked out OK for us, but we ended up cancelling the contract after they failed to get back to us for more than 1 1/2 weeks after we were told we would be contacted.  Feel this shows a lack of professionalism and organizational skills.

    Air Supply was on time and even gave me a call that he was on his way.  We have had several companies service our heat pump in the past with the same existing issues that have never gone away.  This is the first company that actually listened when we voiced our concerns and described the issues we were having with our furnace/heat pump, he promptly fixed all of our concerns!  Honestly, it was like a breath of fresh air to deal with someone that actually listens and wants to help. I would not hesitate in the future to call Air Supply. Great Company!!

    My furnace is up in the attic which makes it very difficult to access. Everything is great now. It was great. I would give them top rating. I don;t know what grade to give them on price because I couldn't shop. The parts could only be theirs. It was based on their quick response. They came right in and took care of it. Its worked like a top ever since. Ironically, yes, I would use them again to fix anything that was wrong. 15 years ago, I put this furnace in and air conditioner. It got maybe to more work. Its kind of a toss on should I go on ahead and replace it now or I might actually fix it and replace it in the next couple of years. I don't think I will go with them because I was upset with when they sold it to me, I was told they would replace ti for free and they charged me every time. I dind;t have it in wirting. It was just a verbal thing. It was the guy in charge of service and it didn't occur to me to have it in writing. When they came I was told, we didn't have that authority. I said that's what I was told and I gave them the guys name. They're going to win the battle but lose the war because I won't be going with them when I replace. I'll use them for repair. I don't have any choice for repair. When its time to replace it, I will not be using them.
