    As always, Deke & Team never fail to impress. I was suppose to have my 2500HD in April after a long trip, but "life" got in the way. I was, however, able to get in today without an appt and get squeezed in for service. This is unusual for a busy shop like Deke's as other shops would say "bring it in on date". Deke didn't blink an eye and just took me in. My family has been with Deke wherever he's been, including the 22 years at his current shop. Oh, and I also bring my C6 Corvette Track Car for servicing here, too.

    Where do I go to get my fast car (2013 C6 Corvette) ready for a track weekend? Deke's, of course. Two track weekends in a row, I need some "emergency" work/upgrades done. The first, was an install of a twin oil cooler...the bad thing was I needed it in 2 days. Thanks to Deke & Ron, I was up on my trailer and off to Barber MSP on time and on schedule. The second time was suppose to be a simple fix to my A/C and a noise I heard from my serpentine belt...only it wasn't my serpentine belt but a failed flexplate! Up on the rack Spooky goes for major surgery and off I go to the National Corvette Museum Motorsports Park for yet another track day on time and on schedule! Guess where I am taking Spooky before LSFest East? Deke's, of course!

    The repair was relatively quick and they have great customer service. However, they overcharged me for the part, stating that the other company had the part listed for the wrong amount. It is still the same price as it was when I last checked it. They did call the other company and refund the overcharged amount. Overall, not a terrible experience, but not the best either. It seems as if their database for part cost doesn't update as frequently as it should. The labor cost was ok and my car is once again running which is the most important thing!

    It was good, a very reasonable price. There is one complaint that I have and they all know it out there. If you call and want to schedule by phone for service, the people that answer the phone will screw up the scheduling on what day or time it was. They do this every time and they're absolutely worthless. The service desk will actually give you their business card and say go ahead and call them directly to schedule. I don't know who hires or controls the people but I'm not the only one and it's not the only time I've had it happen. Every time I've been there if I went thru them it's been messed up. Dealing with the service people it's fine.

    Excellent service with check sheet for safety inspection and a separate evaluation sheet for the brakes. Found two air filters for the ac system which were very dirty. Asked if I wanted to replace them for very reasonable price. This fixed the occasional odor that I forgot to ask about. Very happy with their service!

    They got the part the same day and repaired the vehicle. Everything is working as it should and they were professional and kind in the process. I highly recommend Deke's for service and as for price; it's an expensive world.

    They have been pretty fair, they come with deals where they can, I'm a long time customer, so they will try to hook me up sometimes when they can. They're great to deal with, they're professional, I think they're pretty honest with me, they've never done anything wrong by me.

    We take all of our cars there. My daughter's car was the last one we took in. He is very honest and trustworthy. I would not go anywhere else. He is just a good guy. He is not going to take advantage of you; he's going to tell you how it is. He is not going to raise his rates. I just took my minivan there and thought it was my brakes. I did not know what it was. He said something was just hanging there so he just rid of it. He did not charge me or anything. He is very knowledgeable. If he is not able to fix something because that is not what he does. He certainly has his Rolodex of people that he can refer you to that he would use so that always makes you feel better if it is somebody that he is recommending. It is a good shop.

    My 45 day license  tags were expired for a week before the title came. They charge $250 for document fee service and all I got was excuse after excuse when I asked them where my title was. I was without the ability to drive the car  for over a week because of expired license plates, and needed the car  desperately!
    Not the least bit happy in that they didn't go the least bit out of their way to solve the problem, they just made me wait and wait.

    Coughlin Toyota is a great place to do business. They are a great bunch of people to work with. If you ever need anything, they are more than willing to bend over backwards to help you. For the first 25,000 miles of the vehicle, your service and oil change is free. That was nice. I bought the Hyundai before the Toyota  dealership was here, that is how I got to know them. These same people are now over in the Toyota dealership, I know both businesses. We have had the Hyundai for almost eight years with no problems. I traded it on the Toyota. They gave me more than I expected for it. They are just wonderful people to work with. If I couldn't get my car to the dealership, they sent somebody to get it. They would take it, do whatever needed to be done, and bring it back. They gave me good deals on both vehicles. I had spent several years in the car industry and so I knew the prices were alright. Having spent almost 20 years in the automotive industry, I know how wearisome these people can be even on a business to business cash back other than just being a customer to business.
