    After calling several repair companies that either did not service my area or never answered, I called Appliance Service Plus and spoke with Paul. He was very nice and was able to come out to my house within 2 hours of me calling. He took the time to accurately diagnose the problem with my dryer and explained what repairs needed to be completed and the price for the repairs. My dryer works great now.

    All Hours Emergency Plumbing, LLC
    Well I contacted them @3:15AM and explained my issue to a woman on the phone. Said we have no hot water at all. She informed me that it wasn't an emergency and she would call me back later to set up an appointment. Tell me again how someone can call themselves an emergency plumbing company yet get to pick and choose what they considered an emergency. For one I am a Machinist. I have to work with greasy coolant which gets over my skin. On top of that, we have a 6 month old and a 3 year old who have to refrain from bathing. Seems to me, they just don't feel like handling the call right now and rather wait till the morning. I'd like to see the lady have to go without a shower a few days cause I'm sure it'll take that.

    I called up with a washer that wasn't draining. They came out the next day, came in, did their troubleshooting, fixed it within an hour, billed us an invoice, and were in and gone within an hour. It was a great experience. It was very punctual, very quick.

    Francis was sent for the job, and you couldn't ask for a nicer guy. He was very professional and thorough with his work. He even leveled my washer machine that had been off balance for a while. I ask for a none smoker because I have asthma and the smoke on peoples clothes affects my asthma. Francis was well groomed and a non smoker. Highly recommend this company. Excellent work!

    Complete Appliance Service
    I've used Complete Appliance before and they are knowledgeable and professional.  They are clean and leave the area clean so as far as getting things done well and pleasing, Complete Appliance is great.  They are pricey and I've gasped at the bill.  The last service we had an appointment and after an hour late we called and technician said he was running late on another job.  This is reasonable but when you're running over an hour late, a courtesy call goes a long way.  Also, have used them with warranty work and they do fine but the techs are very impersonal and robotic about these calls.  For example, a more practical choice was to replace an appliance but rather than make that recommendation he didn't and it would've been a negligible difference in cost, which we may have covered the difference.  Overall, the work and technicians we've experienced have been trustworthy though in all a bit pricey.  Still, a little more effort on customer service would be nice.

    Complete Appliance Service
    This is the second time I have called on Gabe to fix an appliance in our home.  He responded quickly to my call.  He talked with me about what was wrong and took a chance on ordering the part he felt was needed based on my report of the issues with the dryer.  There was a problem getting the part from his usual supplier, so he kept in touch by phone and email and gave me a choice of whether I wanted to pay for expedited shipping to get the dryer back in service sooner, which I did choose.  I originally called him on a Friday and the parts place wasn't open on the weekend.  He set up an appointment with a 2-hour window for the following Wednesday and came on time.  He fixed the dryer and made sure it worked before he left.  He is extremely polite and efficient, and I would definitely call him again and recommend him to others.

    On a Wednesday evening, I turned on my oven to preheat. Before I opened the door, I saw sparks and little flames coming out to the top element, so we unplugged the oven.  I went to Angie's List to find a repair person and saw the good ratings for Complete Appliance Service and was glad to see he was close by.  I was also pleased that he had an online appointment request feature on his website so I could get in line without waiting for the next morning.  He called me promptly on Thursday and set the appt up for Friday so he could order the part and have it with him, which I appreciated.  He gave me a 2-hour window for his arrival and was right on time.  He fixed the oven and waited around a short while to make sure it worked properly.  He was quiet, pleasant, and efficient.  I could not be happier and will make CAS my go-to service provider for all the appliances in our home (since things always seem to break down in threes:))

    These guys are fantastic! On both service calls, the tech could have replaced damaged parts and charged us, and we'd never have known the difference.  Instead, on both service calls, the tech was able to repair the parts and keep the cost to only the service call charge.  I don't know of many businesses these days you can trust to do this.  The were also very prompt (next day and same day), and extremely professional.  I highly recommend them.

    Their store was so clean and well arranged, I felt very comfortable getting something from them. They had two of the refrigerators I was interested in. I picked one out, purchased it, and they delivered it. When I began using the appliance, it was not getting cold. I called them and the owner came out right away. He was mortified! He brought his repair men out and replaced a part. This did not fix the problem, so they took it, completely repaired the appliance, and brought it back. Now it works like a brand new machine! 

    I really liked the owner and the fact he sat down in my kitchen and spoke with me. They were very quick to fix the problem and told me if there were anymore problems, they would fix it for me or do whatever they needed to do to make it right.

    Called D&L early Saturday morning. Within an hour, Bill arrived, asked a few questions and properly diagnosed the problem. He replaced the capacitor and the air conditioner was up and running. Price was fair, service was fast, and repairman was trustworthy. I will use them again without reservation.
