    I called the shop and explained that there was no picture on the TV. After looking up the model number, the guy I talked to explained that parts for the 20-yo TV were no longer being made. He said that it might be possible to find a shop that stocked old parts, but that he didn't. Even though there was no money to be made from talking to me, he continued for about 5 minutes, with advice on purchasing and setting up a new TV system. When I actually have something repairable, I will definitely give this company a call.

    Mr. Campbell does not use start singles when he installs roofs. Which voids the manufactures warranty for windy damage. He also sells an upgraded single to get more money from you that will not carry a warranty because he does not install to the manufacture specifications. His roof pattern is not consistent. I have singles going 3 different directions on my roof. He also only uses 2 nails per single. Call a roof inspector and have his work inspected. If you have a problem with your roof who are you calling back. (Mr. Campbell) He knows the short cuts he is taking and he knows how to cover them up. He also damaged my home. Damaged my gutters, ripped a light down and stuck it back with screws with out telling us. He does not tarp your yard and feels the clean up is your responsibility. I would not use this company. He damaged my home and feels he has no responsibility. I have a roof that has not been installed to the manufactures specifications, The manufacture sent a certified rep to my home to inspect.

    Excellent response and outstanding work. Pricing was very competitive. Quality of work was second to none, installing extra features that provide additional weather protection. Much care was taken to cover and protect plants and shrubs around house and barn. Cleanup was exceptional, it's hard to find a trace that the crew was ever here. The job took approximately 2 days, they showed up on schedule and worked till after dark on both days. Each member of the crew was very polite and professional. They departed leaving us well satisfied with beautiful roofs on our two buildings. We are very pleased and would highly recommend this company to others.

    It went very smoothly. The pool table was in a storage unit already disassembled. The pool table was not stored all together, it was placed in different sections of the storage unit. F&G made sure all the parts and hardware was there and had to tell the owner there were parts still missing, which they then found in the storage unit. Once they got to our house, they worked the entire time and worked very well together to make the best use of time. They changed the felt on the table and it looks great.

    The day they were supposed to show up at 11AM they called shortly before and said they couldn't make it until 1PM. Around noon they called and said they couldn't make it until 3PM. I called at 3:30 when they hadn't shown and they said it would be around 5:00. Around 5:15 I called when they hadn't shown up(they were stuck in traffic) and they finally arrived around 5:45. Bob McQueen climbed out on the roof with me to inspect. We arranged a day and tentatively a price of around $500, though he told me he wouldn't make any money, and later suggested some other things he thought he should do, which I didn't (and don't) think are necessary - nor did the other contractors we have had look at the situation. He told me the connectors were expensive but I called around and was able to find a place that sold them for about $12 each. The day they were supposed to arrive they didn't show in the morning. When I phoned I was told it was difficult to know since there were two jobs ahead of me. They never showed and never called then or the next 4 days (which were, to give them some credit, over Thanksgiving break). The Monday after Thanksgiving(today) I tried calling to see if there was a reason they weren't able to make it which I would have put into this review. Bob McQueen got upset and said he would have his lawyer sue me if I wrote anything bad - will he based on this? I will update if he does.

    It went very well. Lori prepared a great meal and the presentation was stunning. Many of our guests complimented the food and display. We appreciated her punctuality and preparedness. We would definitely hire her again.

    This was done the way home services should be. The representative, Willie was top notch. He helped us pick the shingle color, came to the house with a sample of every component to be used and came through on all promises. He was there for the entire job and was the last to leave after a complete walk around of the property.

    He noted a couple of roof nails that had come up and fixed them. He patched a problem gutter and gave me an overall 
    assessment of the condition of my roof. It pretty much met my expectations for the service that I expected for what I paid.

    Greg Campbell was great to work with.  He has installed roofs for family members which is one of the reasons I chose him to do mine.  He waited until proper temperature to do the roofing job.  There was some clean up issues missed but nothing too major (I found a couple nails/shingle scraps in yard).  I would def. use Greg again for a roofing job.  Great price and great to work with.

    I requested a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday service but they insisted I'd asked for a Monday. They were rude to me over the phone when I explained I hadn't asked for Monday so I decided to cancel the Big Deal.
