The crew that did the encapsulation (Jose A, Sergio, and Ivan), although young, worked together like seasoned veterans. Each person knew what their job was at each stage of the encapsulation and the work flowed smoothly and professionally. They kept the job site clean and hustled when hauling the supplies, tools and trash to/from the truck. He gave me several choices and prices, then he let me decide without any pressure sales. They even had several choices on paying for the service. I had another company come to give an price, that guy was 2 hours late, never went into the crawl space gave me a higher price and said he would email me a written statement. I never got it from them. When the guy came to do the work they were very nice, went right to work and completed quickly. They also too photos so I could see the work they had completed. FGot a quote for $22,701 to have interior of basement concrete floor torn up and a drain put in, with a sump pump. Thankfully we got two other quotes. One for $17,000 to tear up the outside around the house and put in a drain. The last quote from B-Dry System was to call a concrete leveling company and have the patio leveled to stop the water from draining towards the house. $1800 later we have a dry basement.

AThe remodel turned out very well. The open concept opened up the the kitchen and made it brighter. There is now more usable counter space and usable cabinet/storage space. All new Amish made cabinets were installed along with new granite countertops, with a granite composite double sink. All new lighting was also installed. I am overall very pleased with the outcome.
