His name is Mel Yoder. I got him from Angie's List. I had gotten ten names from Angie's List. I had them all come out and give an estimate. Tear off and replacement of 2 roofs on outbuildings. Replaced all vinyl siding on house. Approx 19 squares. Installed vinyl siding on one outbuilding 24x40, two and a half story. Installed aluminum soffit and fascia on complete structure,and two new windows. Other outbuilding, installed aluminum soffit and fascia. Replaced gutters on both outbuildings.

The result is that we have a new roof. However, the experience was horrible. We just finished with the results of filing our small claims case against them. We won the case. They now need to pay the $700. judgement plus court costs. They did not give us the $250. rebate they promised and was advertized. Further they owe $450. to correct an HVAC problem they created.
