  Donnie was great, super quick to respond to my call. He came to our house the next day and cleaned and repaired the gutters and downspouts. The roofline is pretty high but it was no issue, he was able to give me an estimate and do the work on the spot. He���s got a practical, creative, reasonable approach to his work and I felt the price was very fair. I will definitely call him again for future projects!!

  They did a great job on the mulching with one exception, when they edged my flower bed with a trimmer they got to close to the siding on my house and took a small chunk out of it. I called and was told they would take a look at it and take care of it. Well weeks went by and nothing so I made another phone call and was told no one used a trimmer to edge the flower bed which was not true because you can see the trimmer marks from the line on the side of the concrete. Another call was made and this one was ignored and not returned till I was called by accident instead of another customer so I asked again and I was promised it would be fixed. This happened on March 26 and it has never been resolved. The mowing was acceptable because they used a trimmer to get areas the rider didn't get.

  Excellent work! They were delayed but they called to let me know. When they arrived, I walked the property with the team leader and told him what I wanted done. He asked questions and they got to work. During the day, he and other team members would ask further questions to fine tune the project. They worked hard and did a great job. My trees look much better. While working on one tall Maple tree, the man who was 25 feet up in the tree called down to suggest that the tree was partially rotten and should be removed. The boss told me that it was a bigger job than they were able to perform and suggested another tree company. I am very satisfied and would happily hire them again.

  Very fair on price. Quality work. On items he charges hourly he works very hard and gets it done in a timely manner. He is fully insured. Would highly recommend him to anyone. He also does tree trimming.

  The gentleman who did the estimate (Brian Benton) was very professional.  He came in November, arrived on time and carefully walked the area with me and discussed what I wanted to have done.  He was very knowledgeable about tree types, health, etc.  I was happy with his estimate for the work and asked that the job be done.  He stated they could do the job in the near future or if I wanted I could have it scheduled as "winter work" and they would give me a 10% discount.  I decided to go with the "winter work schedule".  Paul called on Friday to schedule the work to be done today (Monday) March 3rd.  The crew arrived in a timely manner in spite of the snow and extreme cold.  The crew was so professional, courteous and hard working.  We were very impressed with all the safety equipment and precautions that were taken.  They worked carefully but hard, moving constantly and were obviously a good team of four.  The gentleman heading the team reviewed the job before starting and after they were finished to be sure everything was done to our specifications.  They were extremely careful about the cleanup, raking and leaf blowing the whole big area and taking away everything.  They even used the leaf blower on our driveway and raked it as well even though it still had snow on it from the storm!  All their equipment, helmets, ear protection, rope bags, climbing gear, chain saws, wheelbarrows, rakes, trucks and chipper were in excellent condition and obviously well maintained.  I could not be more impressed and am very pleased with the job.  I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

  They are hard workers and didn't leave any debris behind. They check on what else can be done before and after they have finished their work instead of following things blindly. They were really looking for my inputs and I appreciate that. I couldn't honestly find any fault with anything they did. They were on time and worked even in the worst weather. They seemed to know quite a lot about what they were doing. I was very satisfied with their services. Their price was about average and very much in the ballpark; I had called around and everybody was about $50 or $100 about the same. I think their price was fair and well within the price limit. They were well supervised and I didn't see anybody in the crew sitting and asking somebody else about what they should be doing. They all seemed to know what they should be doing and were working in a team with one another.

  Ken's Tree Experts

  I was very happy with them and satisfied with every aspect of their job. One of the reasons why we went to them for a couple of jobs is because they seemed to be closer and they kept in touch with us a little more aggressively than the other tree service company. They were in the ballpark with regards to their pricing.
