ASuperior Lawn Care & Home ImprovementsI contacted Superior Lawn Care & Home Improvements to power wash my patio and re-sand it. From the three “pros” I contacted, only Donnie responded, within a few minutes. I sent him photos, he offered a quote and we agreed on the price. He and his crew came the next day. Not only did they complete the work to my satisfaction, they also power washed the gutters. I asked Donnie for a quote on another project, pouring a concrete pad for my garbage cans, and once again his quote was reasonable. They started work on it the same day and completed it the following day, and the crew did an excellent job. I also asked him to cut down a small tree while they were there, which they did for a very reasonable price. After the first rain, some of the sand between the patio’s pavers got washed away (as expected). Donnie and his crew came back and filled out all the gaps. All in all, a very positive experience. ALebanon Lawn & LandscapeZach came out promptly, but it took 10 days for him to give us an estimate. He emailed us the contract, we signed it, paid deposit with a credit card and never heard from him for several weeks. After trying to contact him with four phone calls, we were finally told when the work would be performed. The work was done on the given date and the work was done excellently. AMaufran ConstructionMauricio and his crew are experts at their craft and it really comes through in the finished product. The work, in our case, involved tearing out and hauling away concrete and stone from an old deteriorating walkway within our flower garden, and then replacing it with a new paved walkway. Shortly after placing the request, Mauricio came on site to assess the project and provide a quote for the work. Honestly, I was planning to wait at least a year before proceeding with the project due to the expense I was expecting. Mauricio informed me about an alternative to traditional brick pavers – “stamped concrete” - which is significantly less costly and has many other advantages. With stamped concrete, there is a nearly unlimited choice in patterns and color combinations, with the end result looking virtually indistinguishable from a brick/stone-paved surface. The crew started the work within a week of my accepting the quote. They completed the tear-out/haul-away and prep within a single day and then pouring and stamping was done on a subsequent day. The sealing and finishing work amounted to about one additional day’s time. All in all, the project spanned a couple weeks, with some weather interruptions, etc, involved. The whole crew was prompt, hardworking (but really seemed to enjoy their work!), courteous, tidy and very responsive. Scrap and debris was generally cleaned up and removed at the end of each day. They even offered to salvage the old paving stones for us during removal. So we now have those available for use elsewhere if we choose. It was very clear to me that Mauricio goes above and beyond, taking a lot of personal and professional pride in achieving the best results for the customer. He insisted on making a couple follow-up visits to tend to some additional finishing details, and apply further sealing touch-up. Much appreciated, as it noticeably further enhanced the appearance. To state the obvious at this point, we are extremely pleased with the entire experience and finished results! Now we can’t wait for next Spring to see it all surrounded by beautiful flowers. If you are planning a brick paver project, consider stamped concrete as a great alternative with many advantages (lower cost, quicker installation time, more durable and less maintenance over time, without compromising on beautiful appearance). I highly recommend Maufran Construction for your landscape-paving (or similar) project!- Barry F.

AMantz's Lawn & Landscaping, LLCBruce Mantz and his crew can come to my house any time! Punctual. Professional. Meticulous. He didn't start the job when he said they would - he started it a day early which was fantastic!!! If you've ever had a contractor at your house before, you probably know that doesn't happen. At the end of each day they cleaned up the job site and didn't leave us with a mess. We told Bruce that he's the professional and has free reign as far as design went and to what he felt needed to be done...it is not a mistake to tell him that and then just let him do what he does. Now when we have company over there is a "WOW" factor when we show them our backyard - it went from being an eyesore to a work of art. We absolutely love it! He gave a lot of thought to what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. There were a couple of days that they weren't able to work because of heavy rains; because he knew that was a major problem for us, he drove 30 minutes north just to see how the water was flowing through our backyard for himself. When the rain cleared and they started work again, sure enough, he modified what he was doing based on what he saw. To date, we have ZERO problems with heavy rain water in our backyard anymore. Anyhow, in an effort to keep this short, if you want to hire a contractor that loves what he's doing and not just trying to make a buck, you can't go wrong with Mantz's Lawn & Landscaping, LLC.- Mark R.

APremier Brick Pavers IncWe started working with Lana long idstance about 5 weeks before the installation. Lana was extremely good about keeping in touch with me and answered all question. Work started on time and the crew was in and out within 4 hours. This included all clean up work also. We have more areas to complete and we plan on using Premier Brick Pavers again until we have everything else done.- DIANA C.

AEarlier this year, we hired The Site Group to perform a project in our backyard. It was comprised of the destruction of an existing walkway and patio and the construction of new walkways, a larger patio with fire pit and a pavilion. Dave came up with an awesome design that blended with the architecture of the home while providing new spaces for mulch beds where we have been able to create multiple gardens. The crew was easy to work with, very professional, and got the job done with great diligence. We’re completely impressed with the final result and will enjoy it for years to come!

AThe work went really well. George and his crew of two guys showed up on time. They started work at around 9am and finished at around 6pm. They did not stop all day. They did a lot of work. I was very happy with the results. The most impressive part of their work was how well they cleaned everything up. I don't think there is a single twig to be found anywhere in the yard where they worked. They really did a great job of picking up all the debris and getting it out of the yard. I can easily go out right now and mow my entire yard and not hit one stick. The Willow tree was a big job, but they got it down and took it all away. I am very pleased with all the work they did for me.
