    Mike's Automotive
Mike's Automotive has been doing our work for about a 1 1/2 years.  He takes care of our fleet and personal vehicles.  Reasonable prices.  Also there are times when we need a vehicle repaired on short notice to get the truck back on the road as soon as possible.  Mike has always been able to accomodate us.  We highly recommend this company for service work on your
    vehicle.

HENDRICKS AUTO SERVICE & TRANSMISSIONS INC
It was easy to get an appointment. We dropped the car off and picked it up the next day. They are very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I would tell friends and family to expect to have the job done right.

I was on my way back from short trip a few hours away from home and my car started acting up . I was out in the middle of nowhere and made it to a very small town called New Vienna ohio . I tried to figure out what the problem might be and detirmined that I needed to get a repair done before I could drive the car again . I asked at the local gas station about possible repair shops and found out that there was one shop in town. I was afraid at this point that I would either have to pay for a very expensive and long tow or see if this shop could fix the problem . I was worried that due to the fact that I was far away from home and basically stranded that the shop would probably charge me an exorbiant rate . Boy was I wrong . It was closing time when I arrived at the shop but I explained my delima to the shop owner and not only did he agree to diagnose the problem for free but said if the parts could be brought in from the parts store in a neighboring county he would fix it that night so I could get home . He found that the parts were available and even gave me a very very fair price . He didn't try to gouge me due to my being from out of town and basically stuck . He and his tech did the work quickly and efficiently and he gave me sound advice on maintenace tips for the future . Overall it was an amazing experience and if he wasn't so far away I would definetly have any other repair work done here . Great service , great price , went over and above what he had to and didn't charge me a dime extra for basically having to give emergency service after hours .

    Rogers Garage
Took my 2002 Ford Expedition to Roger's Garage due to all the favorable
reviews on Angie's list. It was my first time there. They were nice,
but lacked some professionalism on the phone. The sales person (Mike)
was not knowledgeable about the status of the repairs the three times I
called. The mechanic always needed to call me back. The mechanic did
properly diagnose and fix the problem, something that I don't think a
chain auto service location could have done. It was an electronic
module that was intermittently increasing voltage and it did take a few
days of tests to properly diagnose the issue. When I went to pick up
the vehicle, I needed to leave quickly since I was on my way to work.
It took a while to check out and then when I got to the vehicle, the
battery was dead and it wouldn't start. Turns out they had forgot to
charge it after they fixed the module. This was very inconvenient and I
was late to work. They did offer me a ride, but couldn't give me one
for another 30 minutes. All in all, This isn't a bad place to get your
car fixed. The mechanics seem honest and the prices are in line with
other service centers. For me though, I have found a place closer to
home that provides better customer service so I will be going there from
    now on.

    Jamie's Tire & Service
They are great. They are incredibly nice people. They are easy to work with and try to come up with the best deal for you. You never get the feeling that they are trying to get the most out of you. I had a flat tire once, and the guy worked a deal out for us on the tire. I really feel like they are being honest.

    REED'S AUTOMOTIVE
I once took an old truck to them and asked them to repair something that I knew needed to be fixed.  They looked the truck over and let me know that they could fix it if I wanted them to, but that the engine itself wasn't going to last.  I asked them what it would take to repair the engine, and they told me it would cost more than the value of the truck itself.  They didn't want me to spend money repairing a truck that wasn't worth repairing.  Now that's an honest company!
