    BCMRoberts, LLC
Mike and Ben have provided many services for us for over 20 years.  They produce an excellent product and are always friendly and helpful.  Most importantly, they are very honest and trustworthy.  They provide quality work.

    Deck Masters
Deck Masters did a super job on adding a screened in porch on our house. Beautify results. Very professional carpenters and workers. Very courteous and hard-working. Very fast once on site. Kept us posted continually. Owner stopped by to inspect work in progress about evry 3rd day. Started and fininshed construction right on time. You'll have to wait several months since they are booked well in advance because of their great and well earned reputation, but they are clearly worth the short wait.
p.s. go with the cedar on walls and timberteck on floors - worth the extra price.

    American Deck Inc
Dave and Ray were very professional and helped us determine the correct scope of our project.  They were able to detail out the various options for our project and provide a quote in a timely manner.  They did an excellent job of following up and answering additional questions we had.  The bid they provided was price competitive, but we selected another contractor based on a personal referral.

    J.S. Brown & Co
All the work was performed professionally. I did not have to "sweat the details" because my lead carpenter made sure everything was done in a way such that he would want to live there himself. He saved me money when the windows in the plan turned out to be  a custom size and if I could accept and a very small difference, I could use standard windows for large savings. They were at my house for 9 months, and each and every day the work site was picked up and swept. Once they started work, they were here everyday until completion. There were no delays whatsoever.
I have used JS Brown for much smaller jobs: a shower replacement and a couple of windows. I hire them knowing that I don't have to worry about shoddy work or undesirable people at my home.
My "new room" is now 14 years old and looks like new. We are extremely pleased with JS Brown, would use them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

    Elite Home Remodeling Inc
The entire experience of working with Elite Home Remodeling was flawless.  Robert, the owner came to the first meeting and sat down with me while I explained what I was wanting to do.  He went out and took measurements and then we discussed the specifics of the room.  He came up with some great ideas that look fantastic in my room. He put some smaller windows near the floor that overlooks the pond.  It turned out beautifully.
Tom who designed the room  came out with the plans and we made a few small changes.  They said it would be about 4 weeks to get the permit and plans together and it was exactly four weeks. They called and told me the job would start on Monday.
Dave and Rocky arrived early Monday morning between 7:30-8 a.m. everyday!!  They started early every day taking only a short break and would work until approximately 4 p.m. every night.  Dave would then come to me after working and explain what was happening regarding permits, etc.and that I needed to decide on the type of wood I wanted.  He was so patient showing me different kinds of wood I could choose and he helped guide me through the process.  I was amazed how he would spend 45 minutes with me after he had just worked so hard all day.   He wanted everything to be perfect and it was.
Rocky was the first to arrive and would get the job site ready for the day.  By 8:00 a.m. machines and hammers were going.  It was my wake up call.  No more sleep for me.  My two little white dogs would go out and greet them.  They even took a few minutes in those first few days to let the dogs know them. My dogs were so comfortable; so much so they would sleep through the hammers and machines.  We called Dave the "Dog Whisperer" because he was able to get Ruby to come to him which was rare for her.
Dave and Rocky worked so well together.  They were a team and it showed. Later another Dave came who was truly skilled, too.  The three of them were a joy to watch.  They all knew what their part was and they did it.
They battled the cold, snow, wind and never complained.  Sometimes, I would hear them out whistling or singing as they worked.
They had one day to get the roof on because they were calling for snow and ice the next few days.  They started at 7:30 and did not finish until every shingle was on that roof.  I don't even thing they took a lunch that day.
The men were always kind, polite and professional every day they worked.
If I had any concerns, I could tell them or call Janet, Robert's wife who would quickly get a message to Robert and the concern was addressed immediately.  It was obvious the whole group was a team and everyone who works for them knows it.  They are customer friendly.  They do what ever it takes to make the customer happy and I am thrilled.
The room exceeded my expectation.  It is solid and well constructed.  They produce quality work!!  They finished the room last night and when they left, it was spotless..  Windows  were washed, no paint anywhere on the floor,  and they swept and dusted the floor. They handed me the keys to a spectacular room.
I would highly recommend Elite Home Remodeling to anyone wanting to remodel or build an addition to their house.

    Suncraft
It was the first time we had used them. I would give them an A+++. We had estimates from numerous companies. The thing that impressed us the most was that the president of the company, Jeff, had the experience and knowledge. He had a great relationship with the town we live in so it was great that he was able to get the permits and everything so easily. We really liked the fact that our backyard has a lot of trees that we were able to keep. Instead of clearing them all with a bobcat, his men hand dug with shovels. His crew showed so much respect for our property. You couldn't tell that they were doing an addition when they left the job site everyday. The price he quotes you was pretty much exactly what the final project was. His workers have been with him for generations. I can't say enough good things about this company.

    Sawdust Therapy
I have had Greg complete many projects for me over the years. The most recent was the repair of a Pella patio door that was installed improperly by a "big box" home improvement store. He had to remove the exterior stairs, re work the exterior trim, caulk, paint and then replace the stairs. The work was beautiful when it was complete. He has also made a custom half round maple and cherry table for our entry hall that is just beautiful. My wife and I live in Columbus and it is well worth the little extra cost to have Greg make the drive to Columbus. We always know we will be pleased with the results.

    Hometown Handyman
I had Ando come out to do an estimate on extensive remodeling to my house....What a great guy! He is clearly very passionate about his work and I can tell is someone who does top notch work. I would not hesitate to use him in the future, but took my project in a different direction. He is someone who, as a single woman, I would not hesitate to have in my house. Really great experience with him.

    Elite Home Remodeling Inc
THEY DON'T FINISH FLOORS OR PAINT (WE HIRED OUT AND DID SOME OURSELVES). EXAMPLE- FOR ELECTRIC THEY USE ALL OWN LABOR (NO SUBS). 3 PROBLEMS: 1) CHANGE INNER WALL FROM SIDING TO BEADBOARD NOT INCLUDED (WE THOUGHT IT WAS) - MUTUALLY AGREEABLE SOLUTION FOUND THAT DID NOT BREAK BUDGET; 2) LEAKING ROOF FIXED; 3) STILL WAITING FOR SUBCONTRACTED ELECTRICITY TO MAKE FINAL ADJUSTMENT TO TWO ELECTRIC SOCKETS SO GAHANNA WILL PASS INSPECTION. WE HAD OUR WORK DONE DURING THEIR WINTER SLOWDOWN AND SO THE PRICE WAS SOMEWHAT CHEAPER. PRICE WAS 10K LESS THAN THAT OF ANOTHER COMPANY LISTED WITH ANGIE. WE WERE SURPRISED AND DISAPPOINTED IN THAT THERE WAS NO FORMAL 'FINAL INSPECTION' TOUR (SIMILAR TO THE FINAL WALK-THROUGH IN A NEW HOUSE). THIS SOMEHOW DIDN'T SEEM TOO PROFESSIONAL, ALTHOUGH IN OTHER RESPECTS OVERALL PROFESSIONALISM HIGH. SOME DAMAGE TO LAWN DUE TO 'CONSTRUCTION SITE' WAS EXPECTED. CLEANUP PRETTY GOOD ALTHOUGH STILL FOUND WOOD CHIPS AND NAILS FOR SOME TIME AFTER. SALES GUY WAS CONSTRUCTION
